I want to cancel the order but when i wrote an email the email address was invalid. The consumer support number is not working on sundays . I clicked on my account too but they showed there were no orders placed..

I purchased on line Ray Ban Aviator from book My Offer website for Rs 848/ under discounted price.The product delivered to me is total fake Ray ban Product and even no guarantee card was given with the sanglasses.
My Order Reference No is [protected] booked on 4 Feb 2016 and is being delivered at my address on 6th Feb 2016.
I called on Book my Offer help desk no [protected] several times but their never connect to Compliant center and call gets disconnected.

Please refer my trailing mails i have tried to contact your customer care but no response received.The Ray Ban aviator delivered at my address today is of very poor quality and its fake ray ban avaitor.
Please refund my amount of RS 848/ and take back the product from me.Even on Facebook all customers have mentioned same.please return the amount ortherwise we have to file compliant in consumer court.

This is complain with much dis-satisfaction & Greif that the above order was made but the same has been not yet delivered.

Therefore kindly take necessary action at the earliest so that my order is honoured.
