Big fraud company. i ordered mi power bank only 31rs but they people collected 649rs and they provide a damged product that product also second hand product. i complaint jan 3rd but they did not return back. no phone communication and mail commucnication also. i raised direct complaint in book my offer my ticket number is
QR2-3AG-X9GM (Ticket number: 44701)

no action they take.

I asked to delivery person of ecom express they also told like a fraud company. my money totaly waste.

please do as it as possible please..

        I ordered Ray Ban Avaitor Sun Glass from Book My Offer site at 700/rs as per mention on website (including Tax and Delivery charge cost 918 rs/).

        After opening of packing found Rayban sun glass was duplicate. then after i approach to customer care no 91-[protected]. This nos is not working even i tried so many times. then i used to mail at [protected]@bookmyoffer.com. no response is coming.

        This company is fooling customer. so please take strong action against such fake company.

                                      But sorry to state that it is not working at all.

                                      Its a totally a duplicate/fake products supplied by them which is not working at all.
