I placed 2 no order on bookmyoffer.com of Samsung 64 GB memory card but when product received it not Samsung original product and I want to return it. But there is no option on web page to return the product. i also try helpline no many time but only computer recording play and call cut down. Please help me to return this duplicate product

Hello this is shashibhushan, i had ordered memory card of 64Gb of 2 no.s on 25/12/2015. my ordered nos are [protected] and [protected]. i received the product on 14/1/2016 which were fake Dummy Samsung micro sd hc card from Premium XDISK imitating samsung brand 2. Not of Class 10 standard 3. MRP is marked as Rs 249/- This item is sold by OP Traders. I contacted to customer care ([protected]) but there is not response and i even mailed to the posted mail address( [protected]@bookmyoffer.com) i received mail as (The domain name of the email address is not valid). So, i kindly request you to make them to refund my money and block the site as soon as posssible.
