          Order number [protected] Complaint number Case Tracking ID: XEX-6VJ-T9PZ Call never connects & the cs mail does not reply . The complaint ticket is open since 15th January. The contact page form was filled on the day the product was delivered & till date no one has contacted me back. The SD card received is duplicate & damaged . I have paid 598/- on COD & want the same back. They are not replying at all.

I got no mail or message that my order was cancelled. In addition to that, on tracking it on their website status of my order saying that fulfillment in progress. Is there some type joke going around. Half of webpages are full with their ads. If they are not providing items, then what they do. Is they collect user's information or by doing so they maintain their traffic on their website to be above on search list of google. They are here for playing their profit games or doing actual business. Our mail is full of their promotional mails. Is there any organization that deal with these things or we have to face this monkey buiness always.

Order no: [protected] on 26 Dec 2015 I received a fake china made sd card on Jan 16th 2016. I tried to contact them but no response. Please bar such looters from doing online business.
