I placed order for samsung evo memory card 64 as shown on their website for Rs.499/- they claim they provide this item under offer and they shown original samsung evo image on website. but when i received they courier on outside on envelope written same thing as describe on their site but when i open it i shocked because there was local loose piece of memory with with imprinted samsung locally it was not near to samsung second shock when insert in nokia lumia 730 it was not access . it was pure cheating such nonsense company, when i call to customer care they longed complaint assured they will contact soon but after 7 days there was not any response i tried many times to contact them call is cut automatically after some without response kindly make my money refund such cheater give relief

On 24 december I have purchased a samsung class 10 32 gb memory card from bookmyoffer.com which had been delivered on 31/12/2015 .. When i inserted it in my phone it is showing sd card is corrupted retry formating it .. i Tried lot of tym on ur contact but from there i didnt get any reponse .. Kindly focus on it and replace or return my money back.. The bookmyoffer online company is totally fraud no customer care facility, no exchange the product, no return the product, no refund the money. I will take a serious and legal action against bookmyoffer. Dear Sir/Mam Bookmyoffer delivered my order on 4th January 32 GB memory card but it not working properly and after checking from samsung authorised service centre it denied form originality. and bookmyoffer.com complain number is not responding on call. order detail- reference number- [protected] price Rs 398. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will take a legal action.
