But till date i didn't receive any product or updates from BOOKMYOFFER.COM. Whenever i call to customer care they wont pick call untill we try for minimum 10 times. Once they said 7th Jan 2016 will be dispatched. Today they are giving 10 or 11th Jan 2016 as delivery date. Please resolve the issue & give justice on this

                                    I have a similar complaint. I ordered Ray Ban sunglasses. The item delivered to me was a fake, not as advertised and damaged. I request that serious action be taken against this fraudulent site and online shopping portal, before they fool more people.

                                    Also their customer care number +91-[protected] is a fake. The phone disconnects as soon as option 1 or 2 is chosen to either speak to customer care or for complaints.
