              I placed a order for Samsung 32GB SD card on 28th Dec 2015 (Order reference number: [protected]) and I received the same on 1st Jan 2016. When I opened the package the SD card seal is already opened. When I mount the SD card in my device its not working. The card is completely damaged. I tried to contact the customer complaint service for several times but its not getting connected. They are cheating us with damaged piece.

                  I have been received " samsung microsdhc 16gb (class 10)" memory card from "bookmyoffer.Com" website but it can not work properly. It can transfer data at the speed of 50-100 kbps instead of high speed. When i inserted in my mobile and perform transformation from phone memory to micro sd-card then mobile system display error message like file operation is failed. So i request you to replace it as soon as possible.
