I have ordered MI power bank from bookmyoffer website thro' COD mode.
When i received the item, I went thro' MI website and followed instructions provided to handle power bank at first use..During the first charging time, charge status led were not glowing..after 6 hours of recharge, I was not sure whether power bank is working or not. when i connected it to my mobile, it got heated drastically...so i removed it and try to contact bookmyoffer customer support team.After repeatedly making 7 calls, a lady took the call, when i briefed the problem, she disconnected the line stating I need to mail to customer support.
When I did, there was no response from them except the acknowledge.(Image attached).

Bookmyoffer Website — Duplicate product delivered and it's fake
I ordered 32gb samsung sd card in boomyoffer.com for rs 400 i received but it is a duplicate product and i want to return so i called customer care no response and i send mail and there is no reply about it... pls give me any remedy to refund my money of rs 400... and my order number is [protected].. pls help me..
