NIKE (TWO LOWERS + TWO SHORTS) XL size under COD payment option but on 7 sep 2015 evening I received 3 SHORTS and that is also L size under the order no. [protected] from book my offer shopping portal I tried to contact the help desk no. so many but no response now wht to do some body need to resolve this.

    Dear Sir,

    I have received "MI10400mAH (OEM) Power Bank & USB Led Light Polo Club watch and sun glass" on 25.08.2015 at 12:00 pm. Actually the delivery date was placed by bookmyoffer in the order is 20.08.2015, but the same product was delivered by them late for 05 days. All the items packaging in bad condition and their boxes are totally damage. The MI Power bank connector is also not working. MI Power bank is also look like a duplicate item. So you are requested to look into the matter, collect the above items and Refund my money at the earliest. I have also complaint to them through Help Desk No. [protected] on 25.08.2015 at 15:30 pm. The complaint No. is 11297.

    Please solve the issue at the earliest.

          "MI10400mAh power bank with Samsung 2600mAh power bank free" this is an offer in "bookmyoffer" website. I ordered power bank with amount of RS: 641 but I got damage pieces and duplicate power banks not working well. my order number [protected] ordered on date 28.08.2015. And I called so many times to provided contact number +91-[protected] but no response from them and also I mailed them with damaged pictures but for that also they not responded. please do me a favour on this.           Updated by sathish.nani           I Got a call from Bookmyoffer on 8-9-2015 at 8:51 PM with number [protected] and his name is "DEEPAK". He asked my card details like card number, expire date and CVV number. I asked him why you need CVV number, then he shouted at me and he said it is mandatory to credit the amount and he cut off the phone call. Before cutting the call he told me "you do whatever you want."

          Updated by sathish.nani           Today again I Got a call from Bookmyoffer on 9-9-2015 at 1:25 PM with number [protected] and this time his name is "VISHAL". He asked my card details like card number, expire date and CVV number and I provided the details (I have given zero balance account details), then he tried to transfer the money, after few minutes I got response as server busy and we required your ATM PIN NUMBER. I didn't gave the PIN NUMBER.


          These people trying to cheat everyone with stupid ideas.


          Please restrict these kind of fraud things.


          Note: Guys please don't give your account details to this kind of people.

                The company has send me all duplicate product in the online site they showw orignal product they send me damage and duplicate the memory card is local quality in the phone its was not supporting the power bank is not attached in my phone and the headphone they send me local quality tjey written sony but i get cellecom very very local quality

                        I ordered( with Order [protected]) a Nike combo of lower+ sorts worth Rs 2 but with delivery charges Rs 846 so net payment was Rs 848. But when I received the product I found out it to be all of fake product (somewhere from palika bazaar). I want to return it and want my money back asap otherwise I will file a complaint against you for this.
