I just got my parcel I ordered nike combo as I opened it was fake there was no tag on that product . The product logo ie nike logo was prited nd quality was soo cheap that its value in market is not even more than 100 rs i paid 800₹ my order refrence no is [protected].
I tryied to call them on their customer no but none of them pick my call

I placed and order as mentioned above through COD payment mode and the products were delivered to me on Sept 10, 2015. On receiving the product, I discovered that the same were counterfeit product and were not genuine Nike. This fact can be arrived at easily by assessing the products on the following points: 1. Fabric used is really poor as compared to the original Nike. 2. There are no Tags; stickers etc. anywhere on the product containing the basic product details, washing care etc. which is a standard practice followed even by small brands. 3. No invoice is made available alongwith these products. 4. Stitching pattern of these apparels is really sub-standard (there is no over-locking, lining etc. over the stitching) I tried to return the same to the trader by sending them an email on their complaint Email addresses mentioned on their website and email communication with me [protected]@bookmyoffer.com and [protected]@bookmyoffer.com however received no response on the same. Again sent a reminder on Sept 28 2015 and received no response. I tried to make various calls to their customer care number but in vain. Finally on 29th September, someone picked up the call however refused to accept the return and the call was handed over to one senior Mr. Jitendra Rai who asked me to share the pictures on his email id: jitendra.[protected]@bookmyoffer.com after I insisted for his personal Email ID. I shared the pictures on the same email id on 29th September only however no response has been received from them even after my reminder mail and several calls which went un-answered. Request you to accept this complaint and investigate further so that such online frauds and infringement of IPRs can be checked. Let me know in case any further information is required on this from my end. I can share the Emails sent to them alongwith pictures of the product sent to them.

Purchased Compo Pack of Nike Shorts and Track pant. They are offering the same product at Rs.2 and Charging 848 as Shipping Charges. They Delivered the worst quality local Manufactured Shorts and Track. They are Cheating by showing Product cost of Rs.2 and Heavy Shipping Charges and Delivers the Wrong Product and Now they are Not even Picking up the call at - [protected].

I has been provided defective powerbank on delivery by the company and when i had complained in its customer care number my calls was put on hold then disconnected after that i complain through mail i was assured that my problem should be solved in 5-7 days but today is 8th day and no action has taken place. I hv received mi 10400mah power bank, which is 100% fake and damage, i am atleast call on c. care no atleast 10 times, but no one response, if my product is no refunded within 7 days, i am directly going to consumer forum, and also filrR. I have ordered a 10400 mAh mi power bank from the bookmyoffer.com site. Instead that I received 20800 mAh labelled power bank. But the power bank does not perform, it can even not able to charge my 1650mAh mobile 30%. I have mail twice to the company regarding that but no reply from the company. Hi This is Mahesh Chavan, i order from bookmyoffer.com on 10.09.2015 as order no. is [protected] . combo od Jeans, T- Shirt, Belt, and Sleeper But on saturday i recd order on 21.09.2015 but it was all faulty slepeer is also diffrent size which is not same i.e. one is No.7 and another one is No.5. Jeans and T SHirt also very poor quality and too small i cant wear all this stuff. its does not fit to my size . I have make the payment worth Rs. 849/- and open the item and found the packed / shipped item is totally mismatched with ordered / catalogue item with differ in sized also.
