I have ordered combo offer "MI 10400 MAH POWER BANK AND SAMSUNG 9000MAH POWER BANK WITH EARPHONE". I put power bank in charge. Both the power banks are duplicate. Its not yet working or charging for 10 minutes. I have paid 748 rupees for this. Kindly replace the product as soon as possible. Need your reply at the earliest

Order no. [protected] dt. 08.09.15. The product i ordered was Nike (Combo Of -Lower+ Sorts), L. But the product i recieved is no genuine & does not fit to me. I complain by Emailing & tickiting no[protected] but till date my problem is not solved. I request to refund my money.

The product i ordered was a Nike (Combo Of -Lower+ Sorts), L, the product i got doesnot fit to my size & is alos not a genuine product. I request to refund my amount.

I had ordered a power bank in Book My Offer on[protected] and recieved the order on[protected]. The Power Bank is fully charged but, it is not charging a single mobile also and it is discharging very quickly. It is a 10400mah power bank but it is not charging a single phone also. I have Ordered combo offered to Book my offer 3 Jeans Combo, Size-30 on dtd. 10.09.15. Today, i have received the shipment / ordered item in black carry bag. I have ask to Courier / Shipment representative to view ordered item first then will make the payment and his response is that you are suppose to make payment first then you can open the item. I have make the payment worth Rs. 799/- and open the item and found the packed / shipped item is totally mismatched with ordered / catalogue item with differ in sized also. I have ordered 30 and received item is 30/32/34 sizes. Immediately i had ask to representative to take back the product but he has denied and said you have to contact to co. in this regard. Ordered two power banks, one of xiaomi 10400 and another of samsung 9000 mah with headphones. The xiaomi one looks like it has been used alot before and is not working at all. Only 3 led lights out of 4 are working and even after charging for a whole night, it died out of battery after charging a cell phone for only about 20-30 mins. The samsung one looks fake. Can't say how it works though.Head phones are of low quality and are not working properly on any of the cell.Tried to contact the customer service but no response. Need a replacement or refund for these crappy products.

Using brand name un authorized and making illigal products in the name of Nike and other reputed companies, this is nothing but a Cheating. I have ordered 3 combo pack of samsung charger, earphone and powerbank of 2600 mah but after delivery I found that the charger had been already damaged and earphone was malfunctioning which earbuds are coming out while using ang power bank was of xiomi mi brand not sansung.so what a fraud bookmyoffer is.Although i tried to contact but nobody respond the phone call.

I ordered for combo of aviator, watch, belt, and wallet but when package is delivered there is no watch in the package. I file complaint in the website of componey and they sent me a confirmation message but they arr not responding to my complaint after confirming. And they given there contact number [protected] they are not talking to me robot just recieves call and ends the call after 53 secend and everytime 53 paise detected from my account. First 5 to 6 hours chared powerbank after mi 10400 powerbank only charged 3-4 parcentage battery chaeged, samaung powerbank are only 25-30 parcentage battery charged, and earphone one sound are off all item are faulty plaese cancel my order and refund my money

Hello this is Amit Sharma I ordered on BOOK MY OFFER online shopping portal NIKE (TWO LOWERS + TWO SHORTS) XL size under COD payment option but on 7 sep 2015 evening I received 3 SHORTS and that is also L size under the order no. [protected] from book my offer shopping portal I tried to contact the help desk no. so many but no response now wht to do some body need to resolve this.
