I got my "Mi 10400 mAh Power Bank" on 22/08/2015 Order no. [protected], but it is a defective product, even my 2300 mah battery phone can't charge fully with this power bank. so i want refund of amount paid ₹580 and compensation for the fraud done by them. even they are not giving any response of my complaint; Ticket tracking ID: XTQ-8AV-MD43...

My Mi charger is not working and not genuine product .and trimmer are also damaged and not working.
I have calling Book my offer customer care they are not responding plz. Change my product / refund my money..

I booked one product with book my offer.com vide order no. [protected] with payment terms cash on delivery but the products which are i received in that one product's packing was damage and there was 3 products in that 2 power banks and 1 earphone but these all 3 are faulty.No product is working after a lot of calls at their customer care no. First of all the data cable; worst quality, very very old product which the would hardly cost 40-50rs.. Secondly memory card; at the time of booking it was of 16gb and on memory card 32gb is written but the card is corrupted ... Thirdly earphones;damaged delivered and that to used one and very very old product. ......

Dear bookmyoffer, You irresponsible managements..Simply saying apologies doesn't solve customers issues..firstly you have to be committed towards each and every issue to resolve and keep your company value and goodwill..
