Updated by ganaesh_k I hav ordered samsung power bank on 19th october 2016. i received same on 28.10.2016. i have charged 6 hours. after six hours when i put mobile into power bank for charge within 10 mintues all power bank charge exhausted again tried samething happend. and it was cracked in the power bank when i opened the parcel. and it was looking like used one very dirty. i dnt know why u r sending like this. my order no. [protected] dt. 19.10.2016. kindly return back my money or send alternative with new one and working condition. dont send old one and used one. or i can give my bank account no. u can credit to my account

Samsung 25000 mah power bank. when i got the courier i found all reused and third quality items, and it is not an original product and even it is not at all working also... after 8 hours in charging it gave 20 minutes as 6% of charging to my mobile... kindly help me with my problem and even i want refund of my money not replacement of the product...

Then i tested in h2testw software for genuinity and found corrupted memory card.

I had purchased product from bookmyoffer with order no:-[protected].
With product list they offered as rebbook watch, rebbook 3 pair socks, usb cable, head set, and wallet.
But yesterday when i got the courier i found all reused and third quality items.
Watch i got is not working not have even its glass, usb and head set is tampered. Socks that i got is used one with foul smell.
All the product they had sent me is fake and can't be used.
Kindly please take action against them.
