Updated by Sushovan Ali I was trying to match 128 gb sd card in my mobile but failed. Power Bank don't have any charging eliminator and charging system is not supporting any mobile slot and looking likes a 2nd hand old product, no warranty card provided. I was purchased 16800 mAh and there mentioned 20000 mAh.

Sir i m abhimanyu and i ordered adidas 1.0 albis shies from bookmy offer .com alongwith free samsung powerbank but they hv sent some other local shoes and a powerbank which i not working. This is pethu rathish i order samsung power bank on 3-oct [order [protected]] it was delivered yesterday 10-oct 4:40pm at courier office. I return back to home and open parcel that items have many scratches and looking like old piece.. And another thing i charge fully and use it in mobile that power bank indication show empty signal. Then i confirmed my delivered item is fault and it's old one. Kindly replacement my item or refund my amount. Kindly reply as soon as possible. If not i go for higher complaint because ur helpline numbers not working and i already mail u on 10&11 oct there is no response. Kindly do better..

Sir i had orderd a samsung powerbank of 25000 mah from bookmyoffer.in on cash on delivery. I had paid 500 rs for the power bank. But i have got a faulty product the power bank is not working as i complaind on the site through email for return the product they havent replied for two days.Then i sent an another mail in which i said about the filing complaind to the consumer court. Then the replied me back and said my complaind will be resolved in 7to 10 days. Its been more then a month i havent got any revert from there and my problem exest as it is. Then i went to google and search about the company and i was shocked to know that i m not the only person who have got cheated by the company there are thousends of complainds

Kindly lookin to the matter it is the voilation of outvconsumer rights of a common man.
