I had ordered samsung evo microsdhc 64 gb class 10 memory card rs 399 only on WWW.bookmyoffer.com on dated 28.11.2016. I received the pack on 30.11.2016. On opening the package, i found that product was not properly packed. When i tried to mount the sd card in my smartphone, it does not get mounted. I checked it also on other devices, it in vain. I had raised a query on 30.11.2016 and 3.12.2016. I received the back mail that response will be given in 48 hours but no response has been received till today i. E. On 5.12.2016. I am feeling like cheated and going through mental agony due to your irresponsible behavior. Kindly look into the matter. Pick up the damaged product and refund the money.

    I purchase an samsung battery charger 25000 mah but it not worked till received date. I also discuss with customer care approx 20 times and send 3 mail regarding same but now till date i have any response from ur side. My reference number is [protected].
    It is last complain other wise i will go to consumer forum and also give too much order but after coming order i will deny for received.
    Plz do needfull at your end otherwise i will also go to court for further action...

        I have ordered for combo of 3(three) branded check slim fit full sleeves shirt size 40(M) vide order #[protected] for ₹749/- and on 18 Oct 2016, I received one worn out cheap quality jeans pant. I had raised the complaint along with photographs of the delivered product to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com for return pickup of the cheap quality jeans pant as delivered by bookmyoffer and which was not ordered by me and asked for refund of my money amounting to ₹749/- to my Bank Account as provided by me. After several mails, on 24 Oct 2016, I received a mail from [protected]@bookmyoffer.com that product reverse pickup will be arranged with in 7-10 working days. A ticket number 15073 was generated for the purpose but nothing happened thereafter. Again after numerous mails from my side, on 03 Nov 2016, I received a reply that the reverse pickup will be carried out but thereafter till date neither any reverse pickup has been carried out nor my money amounting to ₹749/- has been refunded in my Bank Account as provided by me. Also on 21 Nov 2016, I have registered a complaint at consumerscomplaints.in but from there also I haven't received any positive response till date. It is requested that an immediate action be taken for refund of my money.

          But they have sent me fake Product. I have mailed them and even call them. Whenever they attend my call they always reply that they are gonna replace my product within 7 working days. But they have not taken even a single step. They are not exchanging my product and even not returning the cost of Product.
          So, it's my humble request kindly helpe from getting rid of this situation.

                          I ordered Mi branded 20800mAh power bank on 1/11/2016 but On 6/11/2016 I received shipment of Samsung power bank after making COD payment of rs.599. But the product is duplicate, its only charge a mobile upto 70% approx and then off instead its having capacity of 20800mah. I mail this to their cus care mail id and also make ph call to cus care no but call not connected every time and they did't reply any positive feedback.

                                      I have ordered for combo of 3 branded check slim fit full sleeves shirt size 40(M) vide order#[protected] for ₹ 749/-and on 18 October 2016, I was delivered one worn out cheap jeans pant. I had raised the complaint along with photographs to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com for return pickup of the cheap jeans pant which was not ordered by me and refund my money amounting to ₹ 749/- to my Bank Account. After several mails, on 24 October 2016, I received a mail from [protected]@bookmyoffer.com that product reverse pickup will be arranged with in 7-10 working days. Ticket number 15073 was generated for the purpose. Again after numerous mails from my side, on 03 November 2016 I received a reply that the reverse pickup will be carried out but thereafter till date neither any reverse pickup has been carried out nor my money amounting to ₹ 749/- has been refunded in my Bank Account as provided by me. Kindly refund my money at the earliest.

                                        Sir, you are chested me that i have booked running shoe on 15.8.16 through the book my offer website i paid 1248 rupees but give me wrong shoe size. I have waiting for 3 months. Thats shoe also returned.But till today i they will not sent another shoe. My ref. Id no. [protected]. Its very very neglected.your customers care call centre very worst.
