I saw an Offer of a shoe, memory card and a headphone combined for Rs. 1149 and ordered it with COD. Though it displayed that it would take 4 days to arrive, it finally took 2 weeks to arrive. On opening the package, i found that the memory card was an absolute waste, (it wasn't even a memory card) and it doesn't work at all. i mailed the bookmyoffer team regarding this issue and asked for a refund.Now they say that it does not come under any warranty or guarantee and they cant help it. I have all the materials still in the same condition as received and hence ask the website to refund the amount to me as soon as possible.

I Ordered Samsung Power bank 16800 mAh with LED light With Order Number [protected] On 2nd August. It was delivered me On 7th August. But the product is 25500Mah Which is different from bookmyoffer.com and also the product is defective.So I want to return it and refund the money Rs.548 Which I paid through Cash on delivery.I need help.please contact me as soon as possible.

I Order one samsung 64 gb memory card on 26/10/2016.I received my product on 4th Nov 2016.memory card Not working .It shows preparing for errors.It's totally a duplicate product of Samsung memory card.when I insert a memorycard it hangs on my mobile phone.it's just 450 rupees but my mobile is hanging on for this memory card so kindly take action for this complaint and immediately return my amount.please take a action As soon as possible.

The powerbank which i had received from bookmyoffer was first of all used. I was clearly visible as it was muddy. Also when i charged the powerbank, it came to my nktuce that ghe powerbank didnt hold any charge even after 6 hours of charging. Plz help me against this complaint. Also it clearly appears to that the website was trying to fool me. I want a refund or a replacement for the product. Plz just do something.😡😡😡😬

I had ordered a power bank and memory card from Saturday Sunday Media Internet Pvt Ltd, that is WWW.bookmyoffer.com. the prodcut was delivered to me on and i found the product was damanged. I tried calling on the call centre number but no body responded to the calls. I sent mail to their email id [protected]@bookmyoffer.com. I called up again and a lady picked up the but her reponse was not in proper manner. She was not ready to talk to me also. After taking the order number suddenly checked in and system and did not repsond properly and told me if you have a sent a mail the back end team will reply back to you. The Company is doing fraudlent to the customer, better take action immediately on this Company. My order no. [protected]. I have paid Rs. 1, 149/- by cash at the time of delivery. Kindly help getting back the good product or money .

After transferring data to sd card after restart data lost and data courrupted

They send me wrong product and fake, corrupt product.
When i said to return it they cannot give me proper reply..
I purchase sandisk 64gb memory card with earphones and axe deo they send me 128gb samsun fake and corrupt memory card. so i want to return it.

But it was contain two data cable & there is no led light, the power bank (Portable charger) is only 10000 mah & it is very poor quality.

As per my order it is different & strange so i am shocking.
Due to inconvenience i would like to return it.

So pl.co-operate me & return my amount which was i paid to your co.

I had ordered for a Samsung Evo 128GB memory card on[protected] for a total amount of rs. 649 through cash on delivery option. On[protected] the package was delivered and the courier guy never gave a chance to check the package, got the money and went off. When I opened the package, I found out that they have sent me a 64GB fake memory card instead of 128GB memory card which i had ordered. I notified this to Saturday Sunday Media Internet Pvt. Ltd on the same day of receiving the wrong package with necessary screenshots and photos and there is not even a single response from them till now.

I want them to collect the product back and refund my money ASAP or I am going to file a complaint on the concerned people in consumer court.

I received a fake product(power bank) from http://www.bookmyoffer.com. I had made several calls to their customer support but they are simply putting the call to hold after hearing my query. They are not ready to refund the amount what I paid and the product cannot even charge my phone for a single time. My order id is [protected] .Authorities, please took necessary actions against this website..i will attach the picture of the product and the conversation what they did.
