[Resolved]  BookMyShow — Transaction done, but am not received my tickets

Recently booked 2 tickets of dangal for 1 jan 2016 hyderabad from bookmyshow id - 01 akula. [protected]@gmail.com and completed the transaction
But transaction completed successfully but i have not received any ticket and i had proof of transaction which i got as msg
Ranjith kumar l, you paid rs117via at book my show (Orderid:bil/[protected]/dangal/[protected]..
Plzz look into the matter as fast as u can coz i need my ticktz fast or refund my balance. Looking in quick response... My another contact no is:[protected]
