Name & Address of Service Center: We have purchase bosh washing machine from bajaj electronics on 08 feb 2019 at the time of purchase they told this product has 5 years extended warranty and from 3-4 days washing machine is not working fine. then i have called customer care and in formed about the issues and also informed about warranty the they have told ok when service person visit you can show your in voice copy to wave off service charges. today i got a call from service person and he is telling no any bosh washing machine has 2 years warranty only in reference service person has visited and he check the machine and told all parts has been damaged and need to replace and cost will charge is rs 13500. and collected his visit charges. when i informed him about the warranty he not agreeing and told you have to contact from where we have purchased. job sheet / Work order no.: [protected]

As after taking extra amount for extended warranty for 5 years. iam not getting and answer . hence request you to please look at the matter and re place all parts under warranty ASAP.
