5 years back I brought bosch washing machine front load from kerala thrissur. I have found some problem and changed new drum. Now again have some problem and I report to service center at thrissur. Last one month I am waiting. Till not they did not come. What will I do. Three time I called the service center....

I have lodged complaint regarding door lock issue of my front load washing machine almost 40days before. Complaint no : [protected].

Engineer had visited on 22 oct 2021 and told that door lock needs to be replaced. They will order it and fix within 3days. Till then I am chasing with service center and now area manager to get it resolved. Everytime they gave me fake assurance.

I have this Bosch Washing Machine Front Load Classixx model. We are using this in family. Two years back we were very excited about buying Bosch Appliances, so we bought home a Double door refrigerator "KDN30VL30V 01". Now due to power fluctuations the mother board was burnt and later replaced by the bosch service man. But the problem here is the serviceman said one of the pin from a connector has been broken and since the connector part is not easily available the fridge will be ON but won't function...

I've purchased Bosch 32L Convection M/W HMB55C463X on 21.10.2020. I received a fake product, in turn; and have been registering complaints about the same repeatedly for the last 6-7months. In the first week of June 2021 new gasket was made available from you.
Now just after one month i.e. from July 15, 2021, once again the new gasket is loosened.

We brought refrigerator in August 2021 and now since 21 September refrigerator is dead.. in just a month.. so many complaints but service executives are not able to repair as parts are not manufactured.. if Bosch can't manufacture parts they should stop selling their products.. bad service and no body to resolve the problem.. not at all recommended.. pathetic service and refrigerator......

I have purchased a Bosch mixer grinder on 29.09.2021. It stopped working by mid of 2021 and Bosch repaired the product by replacing some parts and the faulty jar as well which the engineer has informed as the root cause of the failure.

2 seperate service request raised for this fix and it took more than 1 month for replacing the faulty jar.

Now the product is not working again since 25.09.201. It is not expected...

First, I have compained on July 19th 2021, still after completion of 2 months also they are not able to resolve our problem. Within one year of warranty we are facing so much probleme like e11, e26. Technicians just visit our house and they are checking but not resolving our issue...
