Hi, I had bought a Bosch refrigerator with the understanding of high quality. The fridge was working fine for 5-6 months but later water droplets started forming at the bottom of the trays. These droplets started tricking down to the vegetable tray and everything in the tray would get wet.

I filed two complaints [protected] on 16th June & [protected] 13th Sep. These complaints were attended to after nearly a month and the issue remains unresolved till date.

Finally in 1st week Nov, I was promised that a refund will be given and was asked for cancelled cheque & PAN copy. However, till date I have neither received the refund not received any update from the team.

Appreciate if you could refund the full amount at the earliest.

    I got a Bosch refrigerator in india recently but the alarm gets invoked daily in that machine for which we have manually turn off which is irritating. We are having sleepless days and nights due to this. We have raised customer care service request. They came and this issue but they are unable to resolve. Kindly replace the device or refund the money back. Not happy

    What actions you have taken on this? Did you follow up on the issue for closure. No response or ignoring customer request.

    IT IS PAINFUL daily when alarm keeps ringing.

    This issue is not addressed. NO RESPONSE from customer care. the worst customer service provided if this is kind of support we get i would not even purchased Bosch. I regret for buying this brand.

    No respect to customers. NO FOLLOW UPS. If you are unable to support customers, why are you selling the product?

    Should customer follow up to closure on the issue? dont you have SLA?

    I DON'T need this fridge please take it back and reimburse the amount. I will take action LEGALLY on this as you don't understand my concern and ignoring the issues of the customer.

    This has an impact daily at home. we have to turn the alarm manually at midnight, during days, and on vacations we get complaints from neighbors

    so we are not peaceful after buying this product.

    Hope at least i will get a response on this email or please share the email address or point of contact with whom this needs to be escalated. thanks

      I have been having a really very hard time with Bosch support.
      * I opened a ticket with Bosch for my washing machine on 30th of November.
      * Technician came and checked the issue on 2nd of December, only on the third since the ticket was opened, whereas I was promised that the issue will be fixed in 24hours, while purchasing the product.
      * After inspecting the machine, the technician confirmed a rat bite on a bunch of cables.
      * I was charged Rs.800 as a visiting cost, though I have the product under warranty.
      * I was told that the replacement of those cables would cost Rs.1200 -approx.
      * I was told that the cables would be fixed in 3-4 days max.
      * It has been more than 7 days and yet no sign of getting back on this.
      * When I checked this with the service center, I was told that the product is not yet delivered and the cost of the product is Rs.1990. Do you mean, 5 cables cost 10% of the entire product value?
      * If there is a slight difference in the price, say about 100 or 200 is fine, but the margin of 800Rs is totally unacceptable.

      So far, I am totally unhappy with the service, the amount I was charged as a visiting charge and the amount estimated for the cable replacement.

      I want clarity on this.

      I have purchased 2 Bosch top load washing machines, trusting your product and it's post sales service.
      Now, after experiencing the worst service and the expensive service, I would never buy any Bosch products, in fact I was planning to buy Dishwasher and I am dropping that plan now.

      Neither my friends or my family members would be happy to buy your products, knowing what I've been through with your support team.

        Dishwasher performance

        I am a customer and had purchased Dishwasher under the impression that your are the one of the best in industry.
        I have been complaining to rectify complaint for almost 3months now and still not able to resolve problem.
        I have spoken to Mr. Saraswat to day for resolution based in BHOPAL and his language of speaking was out of order and he said this is how we speak and you can go ahead and launch complaint. Any service industry...

            5 years back I brought bosch washing machine front load from kerala thrissur. I have found some problem and changed new drum. Now again have some problem and I report to service center at thrissur. Last one month I am waiting. Till not they did not come. What will I do. Three time I called the service center.

              Bosch front load washing machine issue not resolved more than 35days

              Hello,

              I have lodged complaint regarding door lock issue of my front load washing machine almost 40days before. Complaint no : [protected].

              Engineer had visited on 22 oct 2021 and told that door lock needs to be replaced. They will order it and fix within 3days. Till then I am chasing with service center and now area manager to get it resolved. Everytime they gave me fake assurance.

              It's been we are using Bosch washing machine, n last we have noticed some issues with our washing machine same day (17.11.21)registered complaint to the customer care, he told that within 48 hrs engineer will contact you n yes he contacted n he also mentioned about the service charges n all. Wen he comes he told us that we have to change the drum of the washing machine wen we enqired him about the expenses he tells us that he doesn't know about some other person will contact you for it..and he left with (so called ) service charge(800₹).since today (25.11.21) they haven't contacted us, infact I have called them thrice...every time they are telling within 48 hrs or 24 hrs engineer will contact you, but very sad there is no response from their side...anyway thank you for your service ..n moving on with something better

                  Dear Team,

                  I brought a new refrigerator on the 11th of July 2021 (invoice attached). The very next day complaint was registered through the shop regarding cooling is not happening.

                  The service engineer visited and solve the issue then after a week again same issue we have faced. So far we have logged complain 6 times but every month same issue is happening.

                  I would request the team to immediately visit the below-mentioned address and resolve the same and also requested to replace the refrigerator since it seems it is a factory issue during the manufacture.

                  Reference to the subject service request, Engineer visited the yesterday but no such servicing has been done only removed power from the stabilizer and put it directly in the socket.

                  Also, the engineer was supposed to get back yesterday evening which is still pending.

                  My refrigerator issue has not been solved yet, Request you to please take up this matter very priority and do the needful.

                  Please share the service report of engineer troubleshooting for my understanding.

                    I have this Bosch Washing Machine Front Load Classixx model. We are using this in family. Since last month, we noted that one lower side of the Machine body, left lower and towards backside corner started corroding. Its developing quite fast and some chipping also seen. Left lower backside one support leg also now getting punctured inside. Temporarily I placed few rubber pads below that corner to support. I reported about it to the service team at your portal and also sent pics of machine condition. The Machine is placed well on an elevated cemented platform so basically being maintained at good operating conditions.
                    The service Ref No. issued was[protected] on 9-Oct-2021.
                    Later a service member called-up and took details, including pictures, and he indicated that about INR 17, 000 will be required to rectify by replacing the body of the machine.
                    Myself being a Mechanical engineer with Toshiba and knowing the metallurgy subject, I consider its wrong material selection for the body and base frame duly considering the fact that its a Washing Machine and hence is supposed to work in wet atmosphere. So I should not be charged so heavily for rectifying the technical/design issue.
                    I mentioned same way to the service member. Later a phone call also came perhaps from India branch Customer service centre. After similar explanations, the executive mentioned that they understood my point and she will escalate this issue to higher levels for suitable resolution.
                    Complaint re-lodged because of no resolution; Ticket No.: 01985589 & 01985577 on 30-Oct-2021.
                    Its already over a month since I raised first complaint to Bosch India but to no avail so far.
                    Now machine is in bad status and condition is deteriorating fast. Kindly take-up the issue to resolve before it collapses. Perhaps replacement of machine with some usage charges shall be the approach.
                    Looking forward to the resolution.

                      My Washing m/c went out of order on 7th Sept'21. I raised first complaint on 8th Sept vide Complaint No. [protected], which was resolved on 10th/11th Sept'21. Again it went out of order on 18th Sept'21 (twice within a span of 10 days) and I once again raised complaint vide Complaint No. [protected]. The engineer visited us on 21st Sept'21 and said Mother board needs to be replace and he is raising an indent for that and will come back after 3 days once he gets the spares.

                      I waited patiently and kept on following up with him after 3 days, finally on 30th Sept'21 I got call from Bosch Customer care and they informed that the parts (Mother board) is not available in stock. They offered either Replacement or Refund of entire amount spent on purchase of washing m/c as it was under warranty. I asked for replacement, but they said this model is not available now. Then we agreed on Refund, which they said it will take 5-7 days for the refund.

                      I have sent all documents and original invoice to your Bangalore team. Since then I have been waiting for my refund and it is already 23 days after submission of documents. In between I have got several wrong assurances from your office, giving wrong commitment dates of first 8th Oct, then 15th Oct and finally 22nd Oct, but all these commitments were false and I am still suffering for more than 48 days now.

                      Most of the times, no one responds over phone and even if they pick my call, they ask for further 7 days for resolution.

                      I wonder how a big multinational brand like Bosch show such lethargic approach and give multiple wrong commitments like this.

                      I am suffering huge due to this delay and have to hand wash our cloths for more than 45 days now. Due to this recently I am facing Tennis Elbow problem and further have to spent huge amount on my treatment.

                      I am requesting you last time to kindly look into this matter and resolve it within next 2 days.

                        Two years back we were very excited about buying Bosch Appliances, so we bought home a Double door refrigerator "KDN30VL30V 01". Now due to power fluctuations the mother board was burnt and later replaced by the bosch service man. But the problem here is the serviceman said one of the pin from a connector has been broken and since the connector part is not easily available the fridge will be ON but won't function properly.
                        Since he has replaced the motherboard the fridge is ON, only the freezer part is working and the main fridge is not getting cooled. All my vegetables which I kept in the main fridge door have fungus, my milk got spoil within a day. My main concern here is if a small connector cannot be arranged by Bosch service why are they manufacturing products? My hope of Bosch being a Big brand has all come down and here after I will not buy any products from this company. If a small part cannot be arranged for a almost new fridge (2 years only), then what is the use of service and maintenance companies which charged extra 2500/- rs for motherboard replacement and fridge is now out o[censored]sage. Also if I switch ON the fridge it has a lot of sound which is unbearable.
                        I would request someone from Bosch to look into this repair. As I am tired of spending money on non repairable pieces.

                          The streets are filled with heaps of garbages so much so that driving vehicles on streets is becoming difficult. It could potentially lead to diseases like plague and dengue. Request you to please send garbage collectors to clear out the streets.

                            I brought a new front load washing machine on 7th of octobet 2021 from maliekkal electronics, kollam, kerala, india. The very next day complaint was registered through maliakal electronics regarding unusual sound made by the machine. The service centre executive visted 2 times and were unable to solve the problem. In the meantime i asked for a fresh machine as it was prooved that defective machine was sold to me
                            Now there is no response from the service centre nor from the company
                            It is really pity that such company with reputation is not responding to the complaints. If there is no response then i will have to approach consumer redressal commision for this.kindly take immediate action as the product is required for day to day use at home

                              Sept 29 2021, we called up customer service to sort out issue with our Bosch refrigerator, which was not sorted out until now 7th Oct, every single day am called ng service person reply that will visit today evening, next again same. This story will go on May be for a month or until end switch to buy new refrigerator from another brand, this attitude forced either to switch to other brand or to involve third party service. Why Bosch can't handle proper responsible service. Providing reliable product is not end of story, need to provide reliable and responsible service too. I don't know even they bother for this complaint.

                                Dear Sir/Mam, I have bought this Bosch dishwasher from Flipkart in the year 2018 but no proper services were provided after that even for installation no one came for 20 days upon calling so many times they sent someone. After a year or so Dishwasher stopped working we asked the technician to visit after calling and sending so many e-mails they never send anyone and asked the amount of 5700 INR to be sent before sending a technician which we refuse to pay without a technician visit. After that lockdown happened and no technician visit was happening we understood and respected the government's order. After the ease of lockdown and technician visit start, we through official Bosch India website asked for technician visit but after so many calls they sent someone he looked the machine and said parts need to be replaced and took Rs 6850 in advance then came sometime later and said wiring needs to be replaced as well and that was on 25th June which was months ago. Evidence for that payment I am attaching in the File below. After paying no one showed up or repaired ever. Whenever we call that person he doesn't answer or if he answers, he gives us a date and never comes. Meanwhile, I tried to contact Bosch company through various emails, phone calls, and Twitter but no response. They just sell products and provides no services at all after contacting them for months in frustration I m writing this to you in the hope my issue will get resolve soon. I bought this for my old parents to help them but in return, they took the money and provided no service or response. We just got mentally stress. I am attaching a screenshot of all the conversations I had with service engineers, all emails I have written to request repair, Twitter contact but no response, and payment receipts.
