DOES NOT COOL - LISTEN TO THE NOISE IN ATTACHED VIEDIO - DIFFICULT TO SLEEP AT NIGHT IN THIS NOISE. REPEATED COMPLAIN SINCE PURCHASE. EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THE PRODUCT. MY FIRST EVER FRIDGE PURCHASE - WORST DECISION.

    We did purchased a Bosch dishwasher in Bangalore RDS and CO. They delivered it to our home in hyderabad through logistics after full payment and asked us not to open the package until the technician visit. We did followed all the instructions as per them.

    Finally, Bosch technician came to our home to install the machine and removed the package and upon inspecting that he said that the received product was damaged and said that they will replace the product. We waited for around 2-3 days and escalated the issue through Bosch customer care. They took around 20 days to say that they will replace the damaged parts and no refund and replacement is possible. We got little bit confused and didn't left a single stone turned. Finally, the dealer agreed to refund for the machine. Following is the written communication from him and our conversation,

    You agreed and we waited there for about four hours but we didn't receive payment. Instead you replied that you will not do the payment until you receive the machine.

    You wasted our efforts and broke trust in every aspect. The initial e-mail is from your side saying that you will refund us as soon as you receive the screenshot of the logistics receipt (from hyd to bangalore).

    Why did you initiate that email if you have concerns about the refund at the time of booking ? We did not break our promise and we booked the machine and sent the receipt. But after listening to you and your team's response towards this matter and after waiting for around 4 hours we cancelled the booking and brought the machine back to home.

    I feel very sad about this where there is no mistake from our side and even we waited there infront of a transportation office for such long duration and finally back to home.

    I really won't leave this issue and will definitely escalate this through proper channels. I even don't want to reply to this email but as a proof of written communication I am doing this.

    Upon seeing this conversation by now you should understand the pain I am going through by purchasing the Bosch Dishwasher.

    By purchasing this machine by spending hard earned money we are not at all happy. Even it is very frustrating to talk to the dealer, customer care and every one calls and ask the story from the start.

    Especially the dealer is did not stand on his words which caused a lot of pain to take the machine to transport office and bring it back to home on my own expenses. Its not only about the money but the response from them is terrible. They say bank transaction is failing for some time and again after that they say they will not send the money until they receive the machine.

    Very terrible experience from a company like Bosch and if this issue is not resolve I am not going to leave it here definitely after taking this much pain. Replacing the damaged machine with the new one is my first priority and incase if its not possible take back the machine and refund the amount as soon as possible so that I can purchase another one but not definitely Bosch.

      Sequence of Events: 1. The complaint no.[protected] was raised on 18 Feb 2021, due to PCB (Printed circuit board) issues. After repeated follow-up the PCB (Printed circuit board) was installed on 27 Feb, 2021. However, during installation the technician has caused major wreckage to my unit. The 2 nos. of main clamps on PCB cover Panel are broken by him (Pic is there in mail transcript attached herewith), one of the screw is improperly tightened and has come out of screw hole (Pic is there in mail transcript attached herewith), and the cover has been roughly damaged at many places. This is so rough handling of my device. The technician admitted that these clamps were broken by him and I instantly talked to the Qdigi services, and the person at your service told me that these clamps have been ordered and will be fixed on my unit soon (I have phone recordings for these). Till then my complaint will remain open. 2. After about a month, on March 25, 2021 the technician came again with clamps and Panel. The Panel which company sent was of different color (grey) while my refrigerator is of red color. They explained that grey unit is currently in production, so red colour is not available (completely unacceptable as my refrigerator is just 2 years old). Even then, as my part was damaged I agreed for installation of grey panel. Now, here is the second blunder by technician. The Panel which was sent by the company as spare parts and was not having the required switches (a transparent delicate one) and the soft padding at back of it unlike the ones present at the back of old Panel already present on my refrigerator (which was damaged by technician). So, in order to make the incomplete Panel a complete one, the technician tried to remove the switch and Padding from back of old Panel and in the process broke the switch (damaged part Pic attached in mail transcript) and also damaged the Padding. This means instead of replacement I now suffered more damages. I talked to service manager Mr. Rudra (Mob: [protected]) and he assured me that such complete panel (as present in my refrigerator) will be ordered and fixed on my refrigerator 3. Now, the real policy of company. Mr Rudra in consultation with Mr Bijay (Mob:[protected]), regional head called me and informed me that such prefixed parts are not being manufactured by company and they cannot bring parts from manufactured refrigerators. So they are planning to cut some double sided tape (by cutter) kind of thing and fix it instead of the prefixed padding at the back of manufactured panel. Similarly, instead of the prefixed switches they are planning to bring a separate switch and fix it, instead of the prefixed Panel. I informed them that these manual interventions will damage my unit more and if my unit suffers any technical issues later on, will the company be responsible. They are not willing to take any responsibility, but are willing just to finish the work by any stupid way. Prayer: My Prayer to is that please instruct higher management of BOSCH Home Appliances to arrange completely factory produced unit of the entire Panel unit (with switches and Padding) so that it can be installed on my refrigerator. In case, the company admits that it cannot produce one such spare part, then it should replace my entire refrigerator unit (color does not matter) as being a consumer I can’t take risk of consequences which will happen due to non-professional technician and mishandling. If my unit is damaged by BOSCH Technicians, it’s complete liability of BOSCH to fix it to the state as it was before service.

      First company technician will break my appliance, and now even after two months of 0 resolution, company management will say that we can not say u a timeline for resolution. That means nothing is being done. How can something is not having a max timeline? This is a fraud company folks. Stay away from #boschhomeappliances

        Fraudulent activity for dishwasher repair

          I had registered a complaint for my BOsch refigerator last week. My fridge is just 2 years old and a technician visited and advised that a part costing to Rs. 6000 has to be changed which is not in warrantee. Now we have been waiting for that part to be changed and the concerned person is not responding as to when should we expect him. At first place after investing in an expensive appliance like bosch, we did not expect it to get out of order within 2 years!!! Secondly when you charge Rs.800 for your visiting charges, we should be able to expect atleast a dependable and fast service. As of today the person had switched off his phone. We don't know whats the status of our complaint and when is it expected to be resolved. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED.

            I have booked for a bosch dishwasher on[protected]through the Bosch dealer Griyas, Mayiladuthurai} by paying an amount of Rs 1000 as advance.
            On 01-01-21, the dishwasher was delivered (Invoice No:2928).
            On 02-01-21, two technicians came from Karaikal Bosch service centre and installed the machine.When they switched on the dish washer, an error message (E3) was produced.They said there was defect in the machine and senior technician would come to rectify it.
            On 07-01-21, senior technician came an tried. They could not rectify the problem. They said there might be problem in the board and it should be replaced. Since the machine did not run for even a single minute, the machine delivered to us with defect, we did not like to replace the board, we asked for replacement of the machine and not the board.
            after a few days the machine was taken back by he dealer for replacement. after that no action was taken by Bosch and we made a number of follow ups through phone calls which yielded no results. Since we have faith in Bosch's reputation, we have not made any written communication with Bosch.
            It has been nearly three months, still we have not seen any progress.
            we request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest possible to replace the dish washer.

              Front load washing machine WAB20267IN/30

              My front load washing machine model no. WAB20267IN/30 has stopped spinning from today morning. The machine was purchased in 8 Feb 2020 already on 23 Sep 2020 a complaint was raised that the machine was not working and service was done only after 15 days.

              Now the problem happening today. we were under the impression that Bosch was a company with good quality unfortunately it turns out to be negative.

              I had issue with washing machine which was not going to spin or rinse after the wash first time when i lodged the complaint the technican comes home just cleans the water pipe and collects service charge of 800 and leaves after testing it had the same issue so i raised another complaint now the second technican calls up and says he has orderd a prc to be chnaged after couple of dys this guy vists and chnages the PRC collects the amount of 1200 and leaves after testing the machine has the same issue so i raise another compalint and asked for senior technician no the senior technician comes home he checks and he said some board might be the problem and they order for that board after couple of days another technician vists home and changes the board and collects 5550 and leaves after testing the issue is not resolved when i call him he says he is waiting for senior technician and this is in mysore now i feel no one in bosch service center is trained they are just doing R&D on our machine and the main moto of these technician is to some how sell some part and make money i feel bosch has the one of the worst service center

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I have purchased 'Bosch 8 kg Inverter ExpressWash Fully Automatic Front Load washing machine with In-built Heater White (WAT24463IN) on 15th Oct 2020. Machine ran into a problem in second week (probably on 14.01.21) of January 2021. I have placed a complain about the same on the same date.

                From service centre, I have been informed that certain parts need to be replaced so they have lodged the complaint and that part will come from Chennai and would take about 15 days or so. Since then and till date, when ever I call at the service centre, FIRSTLY they are not receiving the phone calls and if they do they are buying more time and according to them they themself don't know about the status of the replace part.

                I have found the service level is very SUBSTANDARD and very much UNSATISFACTION about my choice.

                Please note: Kindly let me know how much time I have to wait further and when can I expect my washing machine be fully operational...

                  There is a cloud of smoke in the machine when the machine in spin mode. Technician says bearing is damaged so need to replace the whole DRUM (10, 000 Rupees).

                  This is not the way to repair. Should I need to change the whole drum from every small mechanical issue?

                  So you guys selling spares. No doing any repair work. Then that could have been told by the customer care. NO need to send a Technician and charge for that too in name of service.

                  Now when I see the service sheet says 1.5hr service, but the inspection happened for 15 mins inspection. (Total 30 min as the technician on the phone with other customers). you charging 800 Rupees which could have been informed on the phone. As you guys don't repair.

                  What is the need to change Suspension? if the drum bearing is damaged?

                  I had a pretty bad experience with the Service team. The Service center manager clearly told they just replace parts and they don't repair.

                  Technician informed bearing is damaged. As a customer I want the bearing to be replaced not the entire Drum. I am expecting a feasible solution

                      This is further in continuation my complaint, somebody came to attend the complaint of the machine to my entire disappointment he informed that the machine which was sold to me, the model has been discontinued. This fact was never been brought to my notice while i was selecting the machine i there for wish that matter should be shorted out with the dealer that he should not play foul rather explaining to the customer all facts. The shot of practice should be stop.
                      In all fairness of this issue this machine should be remove and new machine should be provided to your valued customer.
                      i hope the whole issue is very clear only action should be taken to square this uncalled issue.

                      This is a joke by BoSCH. In my case I am facing similar issues too. I regret for not choosing LG or samsung. Technician has damaged Panel of my refrigerator and when asking for replacement, Bosch people r saying this model is not in production and hence no spare parts are produced for it. This is simply a joke. I will never ever buy Bosch machines in future

                        I am desperately want to bring to your notice before going to costumer protection send. I constantly reminding your dealer regarding day one complaint of leakage of washing machine. But to my entire dissatisfaction your dealer is not attending to my complaint for the last about two months.
                        Probably your dealer has supplied me defective and rejected piece.
                        Now there is a option that this piece of washing machine be replaced immediately. Otherwise i have no option but to take this matter to department of consumer protection cell Govt. of india New Delhi.

                        This is very disappointing that i am suffering due to bad performance of washing machine supply to me which was not shown to me at the time of finalizing the deal. For the last about 9 weeks the matter is hanging and causing lot of inconvenience.
                        We are already using three machines in our different houses but never experience such problem but due to supply of this junk piece this time by your dealer M/S Behal Enterprises Dehradun.
                        Please get is this machine change at the earliest to avoid any further hassle in this case.

                          The product as told by your technician himself during the time of installation itself has an issue of full current leakage from all over the dishwasher body and we have not used it even once after demo due to safety precautions and no consideration is done from company or dealer side even after several complaints made both to the dealer and customer care service, only complaint nos are being provided. The technician who visited has put up a report of earthing to be processed at our home and as said by him that "all Bosch product has this issue and we would not have purchased Bosch dishwasher but of some other company"". But we don't have any earthing issue at our home and all other electrical appliances are working properly without leaking any current.And moreover earthing is done at places for safety purposes not for any new product which is faulty and leaking full current since the day of purchase. We have purchased it on 25 th Dec 2020 and as the product is in warranty we want this dishwasher to be returned and refunded as we do not want any such unsafe product for any mishappening to occur. Complaint was lodged to the dealer within a week of purchase and then severally and then to the customer care on 21st 28th 30th jan2021 but no follow up or action is processed for any solution.                           As I have purchased this dishwasher for my parents who are senior citizens and have no domestic help . They are being very frustrated both by the replies of the dealer and technician and they have to visit the shop at intervals for appropriate solution to this which itself a task causing great inconvenience to them as well as to me as I'm working and can't give this much of time daily for this issue. I have invested in this product for convenience to my parents but am feeling much disappointed.
                          Kindly get this dishwasher returned and refunded as we are very disappointed with this purchase and with the services and customer care.

                          I have received a mail regarding this complaint and they without any talks or visit or any observation of the fault are just mailing that there isn't any issue... But actually the product is faulty and we are at the same position of that before lodging the complaint.. And the issue lies unresolved.
                          They are asking to do earthing for a new product which is not digestable because all our other products of different companies are working very well without any such issue and this thing was not stated at the time of purchase that I have to bear the cost of earthing and any casualty to occur after this purchase.
                          Kindly do appropriate observation and don't just overlook the matter.
                          Our product is in warranty period and the problem is occurring since the day of purchase, so we do not want to have it any more kindly get it refunded

                            We are living in sivarao street, Satyaranarayana Puram, Vijayawada
                            We are facing so many problems with street dogs.Almost 15 street dogs are living here.They are biting so many people here we are one among them.it has bitten almost 10 people. We have given so many complaints but there is no action yet. 10 days before a vehicle came and took some dogs but after 3 days again they left them here again.please take necessary actions to get rid of it.we are suffering slot.We are not able to send our kids outside. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

                                I purchased a Bosch washing machine 4 month ago from a store in chennai. I was told the installation engineer will arrive the next day for installation and I can purhcase an extended warranty from him directly.
                                I paid the amount for the extended warranty to the engineer next day, he did not provied me a receipt, he said he will need to register it once he reaches office and I will be receiving an email with additional warranty information.

                                I've been reaching out since then, I'm not receiving a response from the service center nor the receipt

                                This is highly unacceptable. I'd like my issue rectified.

                                  On a great regret I am composing this mail, having believed in BOSCH company, as good brand, bought Bosch True mixx Mixer Grinder 1000W MGM8842GIN8509, On 31/12/2020 from BOSCH Authorized Dealer: Sapthagiri Enterprises, Kalidasa road, VV Mohalla, Mysore 570017.

                                  Grinder stopped working with smoke from the device on 12th Jan 2021. We called the authorized dealer and registered complaint at [protected]. The person who picked the call replied to us that this would happen if the machine is used 5 to 6 time. Even if 5-6 times grinding should not cause this issue. Also our earlier mixer grinder was sent for service once in eight years(Bajaj Twister Mixer grinder) This shows that the machine once comes to our house it become family member and we use it with care. We brought the machine for home use not hotel business or Juice business. This is not acceptable response from the responsible person at the reputed brand authorized dealer.

                                  After Registering for service on 12th Jan 2021, the service executive picked up the product on 13th Jan 2021, and told within 2hrs will get the response, After 2hrs when called again, he responded that he would revert back as he is outside and not at the service center. We again called after 8hrs later then we came to know that no engineers available to check. and sent SMS

                                  On 14th Jan 2021 Technician called and informed us that they will keep the Mixer grinder under observation. We do not know the reason why the new machine to be kept under observation as this machine is tested ok from the manufacturing unit.

                                  However, we respect your routine procedure, but so far we did not get even a single response from your service center about the status of the machine. We expect a better customer service from your end.

                                  With these service delays customers will lose faith in brand. We are disappointed as the new machine is under major repair and it has been kept on observation. We need the machine for daily use. Hence please replace the Mixer Grinder with new one.

                                  If we do not get a favorable response from you for the above issue, we are left with no other alternative than to file complaint at the consumer court for this issue, negligence and mental agony caused. We may also share in social media for a greater audience if our request is not addressed at the earliest

I would like to make special mention of Mr Ramamoorthy Pattabiraman the Service Manager for immediately responding and replacing the machine just a few hours after communicating with me over the phone. Also we thank the spare Manager of Mysore Mr Raviraj for delivering the machine at home Thanks to the whole support team of Bosch for responding to the grievance. Please improve the Customer support.                                   BOSCH such a brand name taken for granted by such irresponsible, careless, unethical company dealer, service centers.
                                  Now just wait and watch, how I will take it forward. I will flood your social media handle and even I will file consumer court complaint.
                                  It's almost 1 month since no reply of the service or product hasn't been replaced.
