Bosch Home India — Complaint letter for defective & damaged refrigerator

Respected Sir/Ma’am,
This is Mrs. Ritika Nagpal, a proud customer of Bosch products. We have bought many Bosch products -washing machine, a dishwasher, one Bosch fridge earlier at my sister’s place.
Keeping the goodwill and wonderful experience of having Bosch products, I bought another the brand new Bosch refrigerator on 29th September, 2021, Model No.- KGN56LB41I/18, Invoice No. – IP/R-2805/21-22 from EP Electronic Paradise Pvt. Ltd, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, UP-201014.
I regret to inform that delivered product come to me was found damaged at the time of delivery. The outer glass of the door was broken alongwith the inner accessories i.e the shelves and glass trays. Same were reported instantly and the very next day one Bosch Engineer – Mr. Pankaj visited our place and confirmed the product was damaged. As per his checking report, the fridge got replaced on 7th October, 2021 by abovesaid supplier.
But, even the another delivered product is again found damaged and delivered broken. This time, there were dents on the inner door liner, inside fridge, LED light glass was also found damaged. Above all, out of 9 accessories (bottle shelves, trays, vegetable baskets etc) 7 were defective and damaged. The same was reported and this time Mr. Maninder- the Bosch Engineer checked the same and confirmed the damage informed.
Bosch enjoys a great reputation and good will in the market. However, this experience has left me utterly disappointed. I request you, kindly look into the matter, replace our product with the best one as your products always are. I shall be highly served if you do the same at the earliest.
