I've purchased Bosch 32L Convection M/W HMB55C463X on 21.10.2020. I received a fake product, in turn; and have been registering complaints about the same repeatedly for the last 6-7months. The M/W would not heat at times and would not bake a cake some other times. Company could not send any technical person to correctly identify the fault and mend the appliance. Later, its door refused to shut and it became literally useless!! I raised complaint about the same and a technician came and tried to mend the door. When asked as to why even the mechanical part of the product is not working fine; he literally didn’t have an answer!! A week later, same problem started, and the door refused to shut altogether. I again raised the complaint; technician revisited and said that a part needs to be replaced. He left mentioning that he would request to HO for the part. One day, I received the information that the product can't be repaired as the required spares are discontinued from the company side, and hence they have initiated a refund against the same. I fail to understand how the company could discontinue the spares for a product whose warranty is proclaimed for a period of 2 years!!
The refund process again took some 25-30 days, after a rigorous follow up from my side. After the amount was transferred, I asked them to get the product lifted from my place as it has been a literal piece of junk all through the year and was occupying space at my home!!
After a follow up of another 10-15 days, today, on 02.10.2021, one fine person turns up to lift the product without a Company's ID/Receiving letter/Return challan!! When asked for the same, he asked me to talk to Mr. Naveen Saini( who claimed to be senior to Narender Singh, Branch Head- Gurugram) who threatened to initiate a legal procedure against me and to send an advisory from the company for not returning the product. Is BOSCH hiring such illiterate managers who do not even know the basic rule of generating an invoice/bill against any transaction?? How could I hand over the product to anyone just like that!! The person was neither having a company ID, and he didn’t have any return invoice either!! After a long, heated discussion, Mr Naveen shared a fake invoice on WhatsApp to the person who came to lift the product (who’s actually a field-boy of 3rd party logistic company), and not to me, which amounted to INR 21, 200/-, while my product costed INR 12, 299/-. When asked about the difference in amount, he started using abusive language and threatened me to be ready to face dire consequences!! Do you wish to tell me that BOSCH is hiring illiterate GOONS as managers who are there to threaten the customers and at the same time perform an organised LOOT in the company itself!! Who’s going to pocket the difference amount of 9, 000/- ??? Why a return challan has not been sent when the product has to be lifted??? Why’s Mr Narender taking a personal interest on an Off day and even threatening me to return the product without the challan??? And finally, when a fake challan was shared (to the labour class person, not directly to the customer), why there was a difference in the amount???

    I purchased your refrigerator from M/S Suyog Gharsansar, Latur on 30/10/2020 (Model KON43VB401 SN 7314)
    I complained about loosening of gasket on May 11, 2021.
    In the first week of June 2021 new gasket was made available from you.
    Now just after one month i.e. from July 15, 2021, once again the new gasket is loosened.
    Technician from Solapur attended this twice in three months. He diagnosed it is due to defective door.
    Door is heating so gasket gets loosens. A new door came from your company that was not proper. So I am suffering because of your defective refrigerator.
    The problem continues for 11 months. What a kind of customer care is this from a world renowned brand ?

      We brought refrigerator in August 2021 and now since 21 September refrigerator is dead.. in just a month.. so many complaints but service executives are not able to repair as parts are not manufactured.. if Bosch can't manufacture parts they should stop selling their products.. bad service and no body to resolve the problem.. not at all recommended.. pathetic service and refrigerator...

        Bosch Mixer Grinder

        Address: Nariyelil House, Irapuram P.O Kuzhoor Mannoor

        I have purchased a Bosch mixer grinder on 29.09.2021. It stopped working by mid of 2021 and Bosch repaired the product by replacing some parts and the faulty jar as well which the engineer has informed as the root cause of the failure.

        2 seperate service request raised for this fix and it took more than 1 month for replacing the faulty jar.

        Now the product is not working again since 25.09.201. It is not expected...

        First, I have compained on July 19th 2021, still after completion of 2 months also they are not able to resolve our problem. Within one year of warranty we are facing so much probleme like e11, e26. Technicians just visit our house and they are checking but not resolving our issue

          I have submitted a request to repair my washing machine on 16th August however till now i haven't received any satisfactory answer from their representatives.

          I received a call from Bosch customer care and it was told to me that my washing machine will get repaired by 26th however when i called them upfrontly, now they are telling it will take more 2-3 days. What a ridiculous customer service they are providing. I have never seen such pathetic customer service.. Really they are disappointing a lot. I should advise one not to ever purchase any bosch product. First of all their product quality is not good and than they do not provide good customer service, it's just waste of time and money to purchase their any product.

              Hello there,
              I purchased a top load washing machine on Dec 2018. It's within the warranty period now. The washing machine is faulty so that the clothes turned out tared when we use it. I fed it up complaining the issue. No one visits. Finally, I tried contacting the toll free number provided in the bosch website [protected]. One of a gentleman attended the call. I was stating the problem to him. He abruptly disconnected my call for no reason. Again I tried contacting them. This time a girl attended. I told her the call was disconnected recently. She raised her voice n she too disconnected the call. I wondered about the executives response to the customers. Annoying behavior of bosch customer care executives makes us regret to purchase bosch products. Bosch executives n customer care is disrespectful and irresponsible to the core. Trying to dispose bosch products outta my house.Never think of buying Bosch products any more. Don't cheat customers by saying you are caring the customers.

                  I purchased Bosch front door washing machine in June 2021 from Pune electronics showroom. Since 3rd September it’s not working, it’s door is not getting locked. So informed in Pune electronics the same, they raised complaint to Bosch and got informed that engineer will call you within 3 working days. Then again I personally called Bosch customer care and raised another complaint with reference number [protected] with corrected pin code 411060 of my area which was taken wrong by Bosch people mistakenly. Again they told me that it will require 3 working days. I waited till Thursday, it was fourth day of my complaint, I called Bosch again, and I don’t believe that the Bosch customer support girl was so dumb, she only knows how to speak in English like parrot, she was only reapiting the same sentence ‘our engineer will call within 3 working days’ . Unfortunately I don’t remember her name, but she was so unprofessonal.
                  At the end she gave me number of service manager of Pune area whose name is Swapnil Naik. I called him, gave him all details on text sms and watsapp, but till date he didn’t take any action on my complaint. Again I called Pune electronics they gave me number of Bosch engineer- [protected]. And I amazed how relaxed this guy is. Since Thursday he is telling me that he himself or any other engineer will be coming to address the issue. Since Thursday he is giving reasons that I have ganapati festival at my home and other engineers also have ganapati festival and they are on leave. Yesterday around 7:15pm I got informed from Pune electronics that engineer is not well. Now today I have given you all the information with full story happening with me.
                  I have such bad experiences with Bosch and such a pathetic service you people are giving.
                  I am suffering since more than 10 days, and after taking follow up with Bosch people since beginning, I will be going to police station if my issue will not get resolved till today end of the day.
                  So please take action on my issue ASAP.

                    I purchased the front load machine through flipkart for the above said model..the machine got installed on 3rd of Aug 2021 after repeated follow up . I have used IFB front load machine for 14 yrs with out much of a problem, my first complain was after using the same after 5 yrs... I went for boscIh thinking it is the best but to my utter disappointment this was the worst decision i took... The machine went blank just after 3 wash... and with that my harrasment started.. registered complaint with customer service on 20th of Aug 21 after repeated reminders and follow up the technician visited on 24th of Aug. he said the power module is not working and hence need to change the spare part which will be arranged with in a week. The after sales/service team is worst you can ever get..Even after repeated reminders through mail/phone every time they give dates and will not honor the same. Every time they say the spare not reached and will give new dates.. this has been going for last 5 weeks now, and till this date the machine has not been fixed nor the spare part has reached.. the bosch team, including branch manger, area manager, and now regional manager dont have any clue when the spare part is going to come as each every one give some new dates...if we call up customer care every time they say they are escalating the complaint to higher authority but nothing gets done...now they dont bother to pick up calls also.. service team is the most pathetic team i have ever seen in my life... my suggestion bosch is renown brand but the service team is the worst going around.. it better not to buy this company machine as the service team is horrible

                      My bottle tray has been broken for over 2 months. I have saved details of all my calls and I have called them atleast 50 times and everytime they said they have ordered and a shipment will come and they will come back...I waited to see and thought they might be serious due to lockdown it's not coming but unfortunately it's just a scam.
                      Please please avoid buying Bosch home appliances... horrible customer service.
                      Almost for a month they kept on changing the servicing guy who was going to come then finally they gave me number of the Manager called Nagraj and I thought finally my problem will eb solved but he's no different.
                      Sad to see such service from Bosch

                        I had raised complained regarding dishwasher on August 6 as it was not starting. The issue got resolved on 25th august. The kit was replaced with new one but from then the machine timer is not working properly .

                        There are 4 modes 15, 29, 130 and 210 minutes but for every mode it takes 210 minutes now.

                        I tried that on all mode but the issue persists.

                          Complaint against inadequate and unsatisfactory of service i received from your service provider. Despite of several follow up in last 10 days through phone and email neither nobody giving the proper answer for our complaint nor taking responsibility. now there not even picking the phone.

                          I bought washing machine from Lulu kochi (attached invoice details and model no. FYR) on August 2017.
                          2 weeks back while washing we had plastic burning smell and washing got stuck. and we raised complaint through phone (complaint NO.[protected]) and one of technicians came and informed us that the drum got damaged and need to replace it and it cost would be INR 15000 and also he states that there no guarantee for new drum. He has given the foolish reasons for cause of damage are, we were used Ariel/ Surf detergent and low quantity of cloths for washing. As the machine we bought having believed the quality which vested in Bosch as good brand but the I am very sorry to say that during these years we had to do to change the board for INR 3000. It was happened after 2 years of purchase and now required to change the drum as well.
                          I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales and request from you to do the needful to inform your local service provider to replace the drum at your own cost.
                          Kindly do the needful.

                              after one month o[censored]sage lower compartment stops cooling .we complaint about the product and the service team came and find that fan and pcb board are damaged and replaced them after one month as they said it will come from mumbai, they replace it with new one it works fine.
                              But same problem is repeating again and again this is the third time they changed the parts what is the solution for this . i bought this because of bosch company but facing a lot of problmes. please look at the concern and provide me a solution

                                I had registered a complain for Bosch dishwasher showing water tap fault in May 2021. First a person came, and saw the machine and gave me some details that it will cost about Rs.2500/- for the part. After leaving my premises he called up and said another part required costing 9000/- then when i told him about company bill he said he will do privately. He had already taken 800/- as visit charges . My fault i did not take receipt. I refused to get it done privately. Then again i called Bosch and registerd complaint. One Mr. Anil Saroj came from Nutronics Enterprise, again charged me 800/- but this time I took receipt. He said inlet pipe needs to be replaced as the integrated water pump in the pipe is not working. He left. Next day one Mr. Ashraf called for service and I said already someone came and attended. Mr. Ashraf goes ahead and closes my case without the dishwasher being repaired.

                                I waited for few days till i got message case is closed. Restarted the process with Bosch again and they said ashraf closed the case. Mr. Anil saroj hasnt responded since even after taking money. Then when I complained again to bosch with this above matter all over again, I got a call one day from Mr. Ashraf that prt has arrived and he is coming over. No notice give. I was out rushed home to accomodate him as my dishwasher has been not functioning for months by now. He comes and checks machine again and says its not inlet pipe but sensor. Replaces it, shows me it is working and says one month warranty. This was on 24 July 2021. After that I first time I tried to use dishwasher on August 1 but same problem showed. I tried calling him and also messaged him on whats app immediately. Today it is 18 August, he does not answer my calls neither replies to my messages. I cant get nutronics number. I complained again to bosch on August 6 they too havent reverted.

                                Bosch being such a big brand has such poor response and service. For months i have been unable to use my dish washer which is bought for convenience. I am fed up with the quality of customer service in India and how customers are treated like nobody.

                                I am hoping to get some resolution on this.

                                  Sharing my own experience with you all. Purchased a 100% dryer in late December last year. After working fine for 8 months, the machine started over heating so much that you would not like to touch it. Raised a service request and a Bosch representative named Arun comes and checks and says it's too hot and raises an internal request for changing a couple of parts as being defective. 2-3 days later, the parts get changed and he leaves. Next day the machine starts heating up again. The old service request is closed meanwhile and am forced to raise a new request. This is 9th of August 2021. Till now no one visited. Upon taking it up with customer care, the Manager's number is provided. He is Mr.Navin Saini. He explains me that the heating is normal. He further explains that if outside temperature is hot the machine will hear up. This is says in August when peak summer of May and June has passed with no complains. He further goes to explain body temperature and machine temperature and its linkage. Clearly seeing no point in talking to him, I decided to speak with Mr. Navin Athri who is supposed to be the Regional Head of customer service in Delhi and NCR. He promises to look into it and his deadlines of sending someone to look into it is right shifting continuosly.

                                  Meanwhile I decided to check the status of the service request and as expected it is closed. The number is[protected]. The guy at the customer desk raises a new one[protected] and tells me someone will respond.

                                  If the story above does not look to be a fairy tale or a bed time story and if you are at all bothered about your brand name you should wake up from your slumber.

                                  The problem is not in your machine but in your people. Inadequate training, improper knowledge, lack of willingness to work and see and understand an issue is forcing me to take this step in social media before I take it up with consumer court for deficiency in service. There may be many who bark and do not bite but please do not be under this apprehension.

                                  My opinion today regarding your post sales service is very very bad. You present a wonderful brand with a pathetic set of people serving it.

                                    I bought a bosch washing machine in june 2021 6.2 kg model is WLK20260IN . This washing machine was very very very worst👎👎👎 performance after one week from performance date. And service also not provide properly by branch owner don't buy full waste of money. It don't clean our dress properly it dispoint me very much because after buying this washing we wash our clothes by our hands because it do not clean and wash properly.

                                      I had purchased Bosch front load washing Machine in November 2020. Frankly speaking it was only after three days the company technician had come for installation and that too after repeated calls. The technician had mentioned about extended warranty and the offer provided by the company for the same as diwali offer. Had purchased stand and cover for the quipment together which was rated as Rs2900/-and same was mentioned on the packing. He took the amount of the products and the extended warranty as Rs.5000/- that too in cash when we were ready to pay by cheque and was told that we would receive extended warranty letter from the co. By post. Being busy completely went out of our head, when remembered did call the authorised service centre of Mangalore Karnataka and enquiredto which they have replied negatively along with the technician who visited during installation one Mr Prajwal. Never thought we will be duped by an authorised service centre and it's technician and that too of a reputed company. Will never recommend the company to anyone in future and will never buy any products from the company .
