The above mentioned BOSCH freeze was purchased on21/03/2023 along with washing Machine and dish washer thro ur marketing manager Mr Subhrajit
Mohanty. All the three products were dispatched from Chandaka
wire house, Bhubaneswar delivered to our new house in Pahala area Bhubaneswar.
The freeze was commissioned
by Mr Niranjan Bhatta in April 23
He opened the packing comissioned the freeze. Two nos of drawers found damaged which was replaced. Since then the fridge
was running fine.
We were out for a week when we returned on 6 th August 23 heard an alarm
.On opening the door we found inside no cooling, all the materials kept in the referigerator smelling had to be thrown out.
It was a Sunday d we informed. Mr Mohanty. On 7th technical person came opened the invertor & the control module boxes in presence of my husband.
He noticed 5/7 dead tiny ants in side the boxes & concluded that damage has been done by ants. He also told that this damage is not coming under warranty.
How ever we did not agree with the reason given by him. We are using different makes of freeze for last 50 years d never come accross such reason.
We told that every house has few ants here &there and how in future similar damage will not repeat.
As BOSCH is a product of German known for it's best innovative technology and quality
such a breakdown can happen cannot be imagined.
Therefore I request you to please replace my fridge or refund my money.

Awaiting the earliest resolution. As fridge is non functional we are facing lot of problems.
