I have a 6 kg Bosch Washing Machine. It has an issue with the drum making a lot of noise while rotating.
Machine is just a couple of years old and is under warranty which I paid Rs.3999/-.

The machine is making so much of noise even neighbours ask me which brand it is and I have say it is BOSCH

I have raised a request Service Req Number [protected], called 3 times before the recent one and twice service personnel visited and did nothing. The second guy said this looks like a manufacturing problem, there is a bit of rusting inside and drum is an issue, this will get replaced with a new machine. Then two days later he called me and said that the drum will come under warranty but I have to pay Rs.13000/- to fix as the internal part is rusted. I refused to pay and he closed the ticket.

I had a Samsung front loading washing previously and not a bit of rusting in the machine. My parents have had an IFB front loading machine for the last 15 years and it also doesn't have any rusting.

If a Bosch machine is getting rusting in 2 years, it means the material used in the Bosch washing machine had quality issues when it was built.
And the service personnel who visited the second time has agreed to the same

Now I have called 3 days before and finally told the same to the escalation team and they have raised the issue to have replacement of the machine.

Now the bangalore service center guys are back to square asking the issue, then telling me to pay Rs.12000/- now.

I am being tortured by the service center people asking for the same things again and again, asking me to pay when I have extended warranty.

Please do the needful to get the machine replaced, as I have faith in Bosch as a brand. Rust has shown up after 1.5 years on the bottom, which should not happen on a galvanised steel body used by Bosch in building a washing machine, I am sure there is some manufacturing defect. I do understand that one in a hundred would miss the standards. But please understand a customer's issue and do the needful.

not working from 20.12.2023 . I registered complaint in Bosch customer care many times . they came and check and they told we will replace with in 7 working days, but still now (13.01.2024) we didn't get any new replace machine. Nobody take responsibility and no one told correct reply
No body don't buy Bosch washing machine very worst .

    Washing machine / defect in 3 months

    I purchased a 'Bosch Washing Machine WOE703S0IN from your Vijay sales mira road outlet with Tax invoice No. MR-D-SI 1593. dated April 27, 2023. For about a 3 month (exactly 8 days) its working was satisfactory. Now, it has started giving trouble. It Stop spinning and washing.The machine does not wash the clothes properly. I am sure some manufacturing defect has impaired it’s working.
    While lodge a complaint on 5 Aug-2023....

    Home Appliance not working after warranty

    I bought a washing machine 2 years ago for around 30k and now the same is not working and when i registered a service request they are asking to pay almost 15k to repair it, which is not acceptable.

    They are true fraudster as their appliance stop working after the warranty ends....

    Defective Refrigerator

    The above mentioned BOSCH freeze was purchased on21/03/2023 along with washing Machine and dish washer thro ur marketing manager Mr Subhrajit
    Mohanty. All the three products were dispatched from Chandaka
    wire house, Bhubaneswar delivered to our new house in Pahala area Bhubaneswar.
    The freeze was commissioned
    by Mr Niranjan Bhatta in April 23
    He opened the packing comissioned the freeze. Two nos of drawers...

    I had purchased a 6.6KG washing machine (Invoice no: VEL[protected], Dated 4-Jul-2023) from BOSCH outlet Vellore, Tamilnadu.

    I had paid 33K rupees in total. I got invoice for 30K. The remaining 3K was received by the showroom representative at the time of delivery of the machine on the same day of purchase.

    I was told by the same showroom represetative that the request for installation (to be done in the immediate next day) has been raised. But the installation didn't happen as promised. Upon checking with your customer care, I was told that no any installation request was raised. I was shocked on hearing this. Finally my call was taken as input for installation request by your customer care team and work was done on the next day.

    I was waiting for the e-mail for the extended warranty as committed by that showroom representative.
    Nothing was received so far. Upon calling the showroom person on 28-July-2023, I was told that he will check and update. I was waiting till 31-July-2023 and had called again as I didn't get any call from them. They had asked for my eMail id (I had given all those details on the day of purchase itself) and I had sent the same again through SMS and WhatsApp.

    I am yet to receive the e-Mail for the extended warranty.

    I feel there is something terribly wrong with that Showroom and I request to kindly interfere in this matter and take necessary actions to send me my document for the extended warranty for which I had paid.

      We purchased the refrigerator after 6mnths there was rust all over the door.. we complaint several times but nothing was done from the team and now the warranty has expired we have extended warranty from Onsite god but these people are also not ready to do anything.. this is clearly a manufacturing defect … the amount of the refrigerator was 60K

        I had baought a top load washing machine in 10/2023. It showed problem while spinning since somewhere around April or May 2022 when the warrenty period was not over (2 years). I tried to connect customer care via call, what's app and online also. But could not succeed as there was no any response from them. Now when I sent mail before 1 month, they came to check and are charging me money saying that warranty period is over. They are not responding now to my mails also. Very pathetic service. We are forced to wash our clothes by ourselves only.

          My car was given at Bosch Car service centre Volvo XC 60, which was in working condition there was a problem with pick up which generated after i gave it for servicing in june, after which i again gave the car for checking and it was said that the problem is now over, only after two days servicing light was on again with a lag in pickup! I last gave my car, which was in driving condition on 14th july, after 10 days they delivered my car back saying it is not possible to repair it but it is better than before. As soon as they parked the car without diesel, my driver started the car but it didnt, i called the serviceman, Javed, who then told that battery is creating problem, i bought a new battery, and started it and took to the petrolpump, where my car stopped and never started again, no i towed my car and took it back to your service station, who now tell me that it will take 25-30 days and only the part cost is 1.5-2 lakh .

          I want my car to be in the same condition as given or i will take legal actions and sue the company for harassment and wastage of my precious time and money .

            On 14th march 2023, Bosch team provided service to our washing machine. next day after the service, abnormal sound was observed from the machine during running. I tried to connect with the team again but received negative response from them.
            still the issue is not resolved.
            kindly rectify the issue.

              Our refrigerator model No KGN57A40I purchased 5th december 2016., at Malad west..caught fire and whole kitchen was almost burnt.. refrigerator was totally burnt. The cause of the fire was short circuit at the back of refrigerator

                What a pathetic service from Bosch. I think I have made a wrong choice and I wont be recommending this brand to any of my friends.

                Its been 3 weeks since this ticket has been created and its still not closed.

                Tell me one thing will you resolve this ticket or not or else I will be tagging your Bosch heads in Twitter and will upload all these emails and will escalate.

                Seriously I was not at all expecting this so called Bosch.

                  I am aligned with the complaints here.
                  I have a 15yr old IFB (which also used Bosch components) but never failed in all these years.
                  I have a Power Module failure on my washing machine WAT28469IN - Bosch 8kg front load which i purchased in 2018/19 but it is as good as new (because for 36 months we didn't use the machine at all).
                  I come home after 3 years and turn on the machine and it's dead and Bosch confirm it's a dead power module (i.e. the main PCB that sits at the bottom left at the back of the machine).
                  @Bosch India: This is unfair that a machine costing 52, 000/- has such an expensive part replacement - Bosch quoted 15, 000/-
                  Kindly give me a reasonable quote or else I'll be forced to repair the PCB (thankfully I'm an electrical engineer).

                    I have purchased one in number of Bosch GDC 120 machine..that warranty 6 month but machine defective next 1 months...I booked online repair but Bosch company pay money their repair.

                      2 months ago had an issue with bosch washing machine drum. Had raised a complaint through bosch customer care. They sent a technician via Sri Vinayaka Enterprises who came and solved the issue... but then facing water leakage after the drum fixing... again raised a complaint 2 days before but no response from them. Please take necessary action.

                        As per below complaint logged on 22nd May 2223 in reference service person has visited and he check the machine and told all parts has been damaged and need to replace and cost will charge is rs 13500. and collected his visit charges. when i informed him about the warranty he not agreeing and told you have to contact from where we have purchased.

                        As after taking extra amount for extended warranty for 5 years. iam not getting...

                        and when i have contact bajaj electronics they are telling we have only sold and collected amount their but for any problem with warranty Bosch has to take responsibility.

                        We have purchase bosh washing machine from bajaj electronics on 08 feb 2019 at the time of purchase they told this product has 5 years extended warranty and from 3-4 days washing machine is not working fine. then i have called customer care and in formed about the issues and also informed about warranty the they have told ok when service person visit you can show your in voice copy to wave off service charges. today i got a call from service person and he is telling no any bosh washing machine has 2 years warranty only you need to pay 800 hundred rupees for service.

                          We have purchase bosh washing machine from bajaj electronics on 08 feb 2019 at the time of purchase they told this product has 5 years extended warranty and from 3-4 days washing machine is not working fine. then i have called customer care and in formed about the issues and also informed about warranty the they have told ok when service person visit you can show your in voice copy to wave off service charges. today i got a call from service person and he is telling no any bosh washing machine has 2 years warranty only you need to pay 800 hundred rupees for service.

                            Engineer attended the call RUMAN @[protected]
                            My WM had got stuck while washing was going on, error msg was displayed. Manually removed the clothes and logged a ticket, through Bosch Customer Care center. They send the above engineer, he visits site and updates the PCB has to be replaced/repaired and would cost INR 6850 and 450 for service call attending. I agree to the same. within 24hrs the guy comes with the serviced/repaired PCB. Fixes it, takes google pay payment and put the machine for cleaning 15 mts and leaves the premise saying everything is all right. After he leaves the same issue resurfaces, we call the engineer again, he doesn't recv the call now, asked for bill which he did give and said will come in whatsapp.

                            I search google and find a video to fix the problem and it works the problem is cleared.

                            Bosch / Service providers are cheating customers and extracting money but not doing the actual service. Sorry situation but if i don't recv refund, will take this consumer court for sure.

                              My tumble dryer purchased on 17th May 2019 for ₹34, 199/- has had a PCB failure and I was quoted ₹17, 000/- for PCB replacement.

                              I am absolutely shocked that Bosch is perfectly fine with rubbing this day light robbery onto a customer’s face for a PCB which is about the size of a human palm.

                              Not only that; when I trying to escalating this issue with the Siemens Bosch Management; I am simply redirected to the authorised service center time and again and the service center is merely quoting me the prices set by the “system” set by BOSCH India.

                              I have been repeatedly trying to tell the call center personnel that I am not interested in speaking to the authorised service center as they DO NOT CONTROL the system prices. The Bosch company management decides these prices. Yet she ended up redirecting me the service center again.

                              Your Bosch management is so disgraceful that they don’t mind charging more than half the amount of the original invoice of the dryer on the the customer in the pretext of chips and spares.

                              We Indians should be told about how BOSCH are fooling us in the name of German engineered appliances and charging us a whopping ₹17000 merely for a PCB.

                              If the customer care center and Bosch senior management has some shame left I would like to be redirected to the coward management of Bosch Siemens to know the reason for these explosively high prices for spare parts which aren’t affordable by a normal middle class indian. You people are not fit for selling your appliances in India sadly.

                              I will ensure I tell this tail to whosoever I know so that they know the true face of owning Bosch and Siemens appliances here in India.

                                My Bosch washing machine was purchased in 2020 November and suddenly last week stopped working. Complain made and service executive came, inspected and told me the repair would cost me 10000/- Rs as power module has to be replaced. The new machine cost is 25000/- Rs and the Bosch company wanted to change around 40% for a part. Over and above he told me Part is not available in open market and has to be purchased from company itself. I talked to the Sr Manager at [protected] and explain my situation as it's a new machine and ethically the company should take the liability as I had chosen Bosch because of the brand reputation and had premium price over other brands. Still after a week no response from the company and the manager.
                                I feel dejected and Bosch is fleecing consumers. Kindly refrain from buying products of Bosch.
