My car was given at Bosch Car service centre Volvo XC 60, which was in working condition there was a problem with pick up which generated after i gave it for servicing in june, after which i again gave the car for checking and it was said that the problem is now over, only after two days servicing light was on again with a lag in pickup! I last gave my car, which was in driving condition on 14th july, after 10 days they delivered my car back saying it is not possible to repair it but it is better than before. As soon as they parked the car without diesel, my driver started the car but it didnt, i called the serviceman, Javed, who then told that battery is creating problem, i bought a new battery, and started it and took to the petrolpump, where my car stopped and never started again, no i towed my car and took it back to your service station, who now tell me that it will take 25-30 days and only the part cost is 1.5-2 lakh .
I want my car to be in the same condition as given or i will take legal actions and sue the company for harassment and wastage of my precious time and money .
Bosch Home India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
not working from 20.12.2023 . I registered complaint in Bosch customer care many times . they came and check and they told we will replace with in 7 working days, but still now (13.01.2024) we didn't get any new replace machine. Nobody take responsibility and no one told correct reply
