Bosch Home India — Dishwasher performance

I am a customer and had purchased Dishwasher under the impression that your are the one of the best in industry.
I have been complaining to rectify complaint for almost 3months now and still not able to resolve problem.
I have spoken to Mr. Saraswat to day for resolution based in BHOPAL and his language of speaking was out of order and he said this is how we speak and you can go ahead and launch complaint. Any service industry will not treat his customer like this.
I am now interested to give away my dishwasher as my House wife is not happy with the product purchased.
