Bosch Home India — I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Consumer Electronics - Chimney

Hello,

The issue that I have experienced was:

I have placed order for Bosch Appliances for one of my client. the total bill quantity was around 3.5 Lacs. Client has paid the advance amount for chimney on[protected]I have attached Document no.1), I have been placing installation request from 21st of march till 11th of april ( i have attached document no.2 & 3). Technician ( Ajay Singh : Mo - [protected] ) came for installation without any equipment on 13th of april and was very rude. ( you can check document no.4 & 5 ).

I insisted him to install the chimney on the same day as my site got delayed by 1 month already. He didn't check the 90degree level and installed the chimney on slant. ( I have attached Documentno.6 ). and also broke the chimney. ( i have attached document no. 7 & 8)

I had a talk with his manager name Shubham ( Mo - [protected]) on the next day about the broken chimney. I have been continuously complaining to Puspa Agencies to reslove the problem. Pushpa agencies contact person name : Arjun Parihar ( mo :[protected] ).

I have informed this 3 persons to replace the chimney but 3 of them are blaming each other. I have the proof that the chimney was damaged by the technician because technician sent me photo of installed chimney and it is clearly visible in that photo. ( i have Attached Document no. 4 & 7 )

I want the exact time and date for chimney replacement. Kindly talk to pushpa agencies or the technician but need to resolve this problem now.
