[Resolved] Bosch Home India — No update on extended warranty for more than 40 days | |||
Created a service request for an issue with vibration after 10 days of installation of new washing machine. Engineer visited and explained about extended warranty and said it was valid only for that visit. So I obliged and handed over a cheque for extended warranty. Now its been more than 1.5 month and no news on cheque / extended warranty. When i call the technician, i was told that t will be processed. When an email was sent to customer care, i got reply that they will check and respond. its more than 10 days am following up constantly. No use. Such a disgusting service from class of its own company "BOSCH".. Never expected this. Was this information helpful? | |||
