Hello Service Team,
My Washing machine is 2.3 years old. I am getting an E-56 error and continuous beep sound.

Raised the complaints and I am receiving the multiple calls from different local technicians rather than prompt Bosch service center technicians.

One technician reached home and without diagnostic asking to replace the motherboard and Display boards, the reason is due to insects lying on the...

My Washing machine is 2.3 years old. I am getting E-56 error and continuous beep sound.

Raised the complaints and I am receiving the multiple calls from different local technicians rather than prompt Bosch service center technicians.

One technician reached to home and without diagnostic asking to replace the mother Board and Display boards, reason is due to insects are lying on the PCB's.

After his removal of PCB's and now the machine is not getting any powerup. He is asking us to change the power cord.

looking for the prompt service person who can deal with Bosch washing machines.

The issue is resolved now. Service technician came from Bosch service Centre and changed the Operating display PCB and then E-56 error got resolved. disappointment about the PCB design and it's lifetime about only 2 years for the such a big reputable BOSCH brand. However much satisfied by the service Centre team for their commitment on the customer care and their extend support during the Pongal festival holidays. Note: The complete boards, services cost are FOC. It has to be mentioned that, they are acknowledging the customer's mindset about the lifetime of the electronics boards in BOSCH washing machine products. Expecting Bosch's PD to looking about the PCB design with tripper / fuse kind of safety for high voltage / low voltage fluctuations. Especially for the Indian conditions. Overall satisfied with the service and my machine is running fine now.
Bosch Home India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The issues are not resolved yet.

Technicians came with main Board and Inverter Board. Replaced the Both No improvement.

Now suggesting to change the Operating display board.

Note: I am already using 5KVA stabilizer in my house. So, they do not have option to force customer to use stabilizer as their common rectifying method.

Waiting for the next round of trouble shooting from Bosch Service tech.

I believe Bosch is not giving enough focus on the customer care.
The issue is resolved now.

        I have raised the complaint 2 time in customer care regarding noise is coming in my fridge, they have responded promptly but problem is still persist. 1st time changed sensor for this and 2nd they came and done something and said it will not happen again. And they informed if sound came again just hold the fridge for some time and the sound will go. This is the way that service engineer told. The sound is also coming mostly in the night time when we are sleeping. My fridge is completed just one year and is extended warranty. This really unexpected from Bosch. I have used only 2 fridges in my life so far and both i have replaced due to no of years worked. I am really fed up the Bosch.

          Dear Bosch,
          Your team continues to disappoint me and cause great inconvenience to my family. It is more than a month and the issue has not been resolved yet. Everyday, I am making repeated calls to your service manager Swapnil and all I am getting is false promises. Till date, I have never received a proactive call from him giving any update and every time he makes a commitment, I have to follow up by calling him 2-3 times.

          I would like to know if there is an internal complaint redressal mechanism within Bosch or there is no other option than to go to a consumer forum.

          I have not paid a premium price for such a useless service and I would like to try all my options now. Though I am not expecting any response from you, I am sending this email for my records.

          Here is a summary of timeline:

          First Complaint Lodged - 21st October 2020 (Complaint Number[protected] Response from your team: The machine needs some part replacement and it will be done in a few days.
          Second Complaint Lodged - 26th October 2020 (Complaint Number[protected] The engineer closed the previous complaint without ordering the parts so asked me to raise this complaint. Nothing happened after this complaint.
          Issue Raised at service.[protected]@bosch-home.com and Twitter Handle of Bosch - 28 October 2020 - I had raised it to this level and even then, it took 7 days for you to respond.
          Engineer Visit After Escalation - 5th November 2020 - I spoke to someone named Swapnil, who claimed to be the Service Manager for Pune, and he said that I will get the replacement in 10 days.
          Commitment Date of Replacement - 15th November - Till date, nothing has happened and all I am getting is false promises and baseless commitments.

                Bosch washing machine fault none from bosch replacing its part

                Registered a complain to BOSCH for its under warrenty product . one month passed no one turned on at my door for its service . on first day of complain the technician visited and confirmed part fault and will replace once he receives . in between 21st oct to 22nd nov crossed but no solution . wrote 8 mails to BOSCH but only assurance i have received . pls help ([protected]@gmail.com)...

                We have purchased bosh washing machine at May 2017 from Croma Velacherry.

                During the rinse, we could see that the smoke kind of burnt smell is coming from clothes. The moment we hit upon the issue, we switched off the washing machine. We had ran the drum clean program as per booklet. Your demo person did not gave the instruction for how to run the drum clean program. And he also suggested that you can use the machine as it is. Monthly we used to clean our washing machine using your powder.

                When we call for service, he told that it would cost around 10000 rs. Please do a favor for us with discounted price.

                  I have purchased Bosch washing from your dealer, IHAM DIGITAL, CALICUT, in the month of August 2017.
                  The machine worked well but a few days back it has noise while working.
                  I have registered a complaint to the customer care and technician came .
                  As per his report the drum has to be replaced which costs around ₹10000.

                  As the drum has got damage within a short period of 3 years I am asking whether there is any chance to get it repaired without any cost.(the IFB machine I have used earlier has got damage after 12 years ).

                    Hi,

                    I have a SMS46KI01I/13 bought in Oct last year. The rack clips keep becoming loose and don't work effect hence a complaint was raised over the customer care. Since then I have complained multiple times to no avail. Eventually I reached out to the are manager customer service and he says he cannot help me replace the rack clips and I will infact have to purchase the entire rack for 1475. I need 1 of the attached clips only and I am being forced to purchase the entire rack instead. How is that even a logical resolution?

                      No update on extended warranty for more than 40 days

                      Created a service request for an issue with vibration after 10 days of installation of new washing machine.
                      Engineer visited and explained about extended warranty and said it was valid only for that visit. So I obliged and handed over a cheque for extended warranty.

                      I recently bought a bosch 3 burner hob gas stove 3 months ago, but ever since my life has been hell. 1 week into the product using the ignition went out, it didn't work. registered a complaint which took 2 weeks to reach back. had to arrange for an alternative stove until then. during that period the gas leakage was so high and created a dangerous environment in the house. the technician fixed it 3 weeks after the initial complaint. 2 months after that incident, the small burner stopped working and the big burner was generating strange load sound while trying to ignite. the gas leakage continued after this event. registered a complaint about the issue and as expected they took 2 weeks to get back. the technician said both the burners have been damaged and this will not come under warranty.

                      i had high hopes for the company products but so far it has been a hellish experience. a poor product, the worst customer service in the industry. the gas leakage is so bad that it turns my house into a fire hazard zone. The response from the service department has been "shell out 8k in order to replace the burners". are you guys kidding me, why the hell am I supposed the shell out 8k for a brand new product which I bought for 20k. I have not received any assistance or help from the company or the agent, this is no longer tolerable and the product has turned into a life hazard in my house. i really need something to be done from the company's side to fix this issue.

                        I purchased front load washing machine on 06/11/2020. But till now no technician visited and not installed the same. Merely selling the product not serve the purpose, it is the duty of the company to the item sold must be put in use by the customer at the eatliest. So installation must be taken place immediately, not more than a week . Hence i request to take up the matter and arrange to install the same immediately.

                            I purchased one Bosch washing machine on the date of[protected].from Home appliances shop in kochi Name Fridge House .model no Bosch WM WAB 16060IN.its a front load washing machine. Before 2 years o[censored]se it's stared rusting it's front side bottom. Now in this 3 months it's got rusted very badly. (pic of rusted area I am attaching) I complain to Bosch service. Technician called me in the morning and said he is one the way. He asked me about the complaint I said its rusting problem. The technician told he is on the way. When I said its rusted. He is not interested to attend. He came to check my complaint in the evening 6 clock. From the first impression I feel bad on service. He came and check and said he will send pics and inform next day. After more than 10 days Ii didn't got any call from the service centre. So I to call to the technician .Then he said he didn't got any response from top. After 6 more days (total 16 days) I received a call from service adviser. That was very irresponsible question he asked me first that. Sir.. There is a chance to get rust on top load washine machine.i replayed to the advisor that I am not using top load. I am using front load.. He said sorry... And said sir we can't do anything for this rusting problem. So I am complaining on this way. From this reputed Bosch brand I never. Expect this.                             I just received a message to call toll free number. Or message through email. I did already.i feel from the concern service centre here is avoding my complaint .i recived a mail. Informing that it's not in the warranty. I used Samsung front load machine for 11 years. When I purchased this Bosch machine and used it in same place . In the mail not explained how it's get rust. They have no answer for that. Getting rust in 2 year. That I can't believe from Bosch. Plz do fast response. It's already getting 20days.

                              I had bought Bosch dishwasher less than 2 years back and used it for 15 times max. Everytimeni call CC, no one shows up. If they do they end up giving a temporary solution which lasts for couple of days. Now during Civil times I needed it the most without any luck from Bosch

                                I had booked one washing machine (front load) of WAT2846LN 7.5 kg vide Invoice No JB688 dt 31/08/2020 by paying Rs.36063/- at Arjay Retail Show room, located in Jayanagar, Bangalore 560011 (ph[protected]. The machine was delivered on after 4 days and the technician came on 14th September 2020. We had in the beginning only informed the showroom people that our house is in 2nd floor and proper care to be taken for delivery. At the time of delivery it was found the first step was narrow the machine has to be lifted upto first floor. When the technician opened the machine it was found that the front machine gasket has come loose. He told that it was manufacturing defect and we have a choice of asking for replacement or refund.

                                When we enquired with the company people, they (Mr Yash Rai – Manager Bosch company) told that the company will take responsibility upto delivery to ground floor and after that it is the owners responsibility and the defect was due to improper handling and the company is not responsible. If we are ready to take the responsibility, then they will provide a replacement, which we were not ready (which policy must have been invented by the Company person by himself). This issue was discussed jointly with the show room person Mr Srinivas and the company person Mr Yash Rai mANY TIMEs, and we insisted for repayment of the invoice amount as the company does not have any machine of a smaller size. Mr Yash Rai of Bosch company asked to send the account details with pan card and photo ID which was given on 23rd September 2020 and he promised that it will be credited in 15 days time.

                                From October 5th 2020, we (me and my wife) had made many attempts to contact the show room person Mr Srinivas and Mr Yash Rai and he kept on saying it will be done this week, next week, etc, but on 28th October 2020 he told it was not possible to refund the amount and started telling some ### stories. Subsequently, we made umpteen number of attempts to contact Mr Srinivas of the Arjay Retail Show room and the calls remain unanswered.

                                Now it is 2 months since we have booked, but the co operation from the company person Mr Yash Rai is very casual, non committal, careless, negligent, inept, incoherent, non responsive and non co operative which is visible from failure to return the call or not answering or giving any response and also not keeping up his words. I am working as Company Secretary and HR Manager and find it how the company is managing with such kind of a person. The unusual experience from this episode has made my BP level to increase many fold and without proper solution, do not find any choice except filing a suit for the following:
                                a) Refund of the invoice amount of Rs.36063/
                                b) Payment of damages for mental tension, harassment Rs.30000/
                                c) Unconditional apology letter from Mr Yash Rai for treating a CUSTOMER like an unwanted CUSTOMER
                                In this regard, if you need we will provide call list from Airtel centre and Vodafone centre which my wife uses) regarding the number of calls made to the show room person and Mr Yash Rai in this regard. I am sending whatsapp message sent to Mr Yash Rai in this connection.
                                Further this experience holds me back from having any future contacts with the company or its products or to recommend it to other friends.
