After having registered complaint in consumer complaints a service person again inspected the front load washing machine and found that both tub and drum need to be changed along with belt and he mentioned the cost estimate rs. 11195 which is too much for a repair. He also mentioned about buy back option.
The washing machine warranty period is marginally over. I. E., after two years and the company's ultimate aim is not to fulfill service since the matter has been complained to you.
It is mandatory that the spares cost is to be compared at par with other companies then their motive will be known.
There are companies which extend the warranty for rs. 4000 and replace almost a to z in the washing machine.
Then what is the solution for repair.
We have to spend more than 50%of cost towards repair.
We people purchase due to attractive advertisements with our hard earned money and bound to face problems like this.

Is their any possibility to resolve my complaint.
