Bosch Home India — Washing drum repair after completing warranty

We bought bosche front load washing machine of worth 35k with 10 years motor warranty and 2 years warranty for remaining parts. As soon as the warranty of 2 years completed we got the drum repair which costs almost 15k. What is use of purchasing such high brand high end models if they doesn't bear even a period of 5 years. If the spare costs almost 40% of the total price, then why it is not included in the full length warrenty like motor. It seems like a scam by this so called high rated companies. We need replacement of the spare part within warranty
