I purchased a 'Bosch Washing Machine WOE703S0IN from your Vijay sales mira road outlet with Tax invoice No. MR-D-SI 1593. dated April 27, 2023. For about a 3 month (exactly 8 days) its working was satisfactory. Now, it has started giving trouble. It Stop spinning and washing.The machine does not wash the clothes properly. I am sure some manufacturing defect has impaired it’s working.
While lodge a complaint on 5 Aug-2023. Bosch technician visited my home to check the issue in machine. After checking the washing machine by expert technician.
He reported there is an issue of clutch in washing machine.
Since this machine is within the guarantee period,
I was following with bosch team from 5th August, there is no help and proper response from team.
I have spoken with Area manager Mr Anil chavan and told my problem which i facing with washing machine. Mr Anil chavan don't want solve the problem of consumers. After listening my issue he directly told can't able to replace the machine.
I am from middle-class family after spending more money and we dont find the good product and service which is not good. Request you to please help me to solve the issue. I need machine to be replaced.
