My bose headphones stopped working, and It was under warranty, and I have given for replacement, at bengalore bose office, receipt is attached. But they never replaced. My complaint number [protected]. I have emailed, and visit bose office in Bengalore, called them many times but no solution.
Neither Mr Rajkumar replies and answer to my calls and emails.
Now bose help line also not answering my calls.
The boss customer service is very unsatisfactory and they are now harassing the customers, they are unable to provide services. I hope for the solution.

I am very pained and anguished to hear this issue going thru the system that we been owning with so much cost to it.
I have taken this issue with bose service center here in mumbai and waiting for resolution. I guess we should file a complaint in cosumer court to ask for refund or give the system back to its original state as it was as it was running.
