I am really surprised that a Company like Bose will have such pathetic Support services in the country .In spite of repeated reminders the response has been as good as no response .It is surprising that even calls are not being received by senior team members from Bose including the Regional Manager of Bose .
I have been left with no option to take this for Consumer Court redressal where both the Manufacturer and the Partner from where the sale was done will have to answer .Patience has been tested and can not be tested any further

    Those who are planning to purchase a Bose product, PLEASE DONT EVER BUY IT.

    Their customer service is non existent.

    Try it yourself -

    1. Call to their customer care call center will never get answered
    2. Their Bangalore service center - no one will ever pick up a phone
    3. Their Regional Service head never picks up a phone

    So looks like Bose has non existent customer support in Bangalore.

      There is no service center in Visakhapatnam. I need to get my ear buds repaired since last 1 year. No customer service centers all over India is providing service . It is sorry to say but you don't deserve the price you charge for your products . If there are no services in India then stop selling products in india.

        I have purchased BOSE SOUNDSPORT WIRELESS (earbud) in October 2019. From September 2020 Performance reduced. Only works for 20 mins. no matter if its fully charged.
        I have been chasing these guys on remote issue from last lockdown(COVID-2020), no proper response from authorized service center nor they attend the phone calls nor they reply to emails.
        Bose India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I have been chasing these guys on remote issue, no proper response from authorised service centre nor they attend the phone calls nor they reply to emails. Even Bose india regional manager doesn’t respond to phone calls

              I have purchased wave sound system few years back. It has some problems and not working properly. It was shown to Bose service station, they say they are not getting its required part hence can't be repaired.
              Bose is not having their proper service station in the metro city like Pune. The company's so called service stations ( out sourced one, combine for many brands) service is very bad. If company is not providing proper service station and back up system for such a costly products, people should think twice before buying the same.

                I had been using a Macbook/iPhone compatible QC 20 earphones. I was facing problem with the device and visited service center, Bangalore in January, 2020.
                I was offered replacement after paying INR 16, 000 (approx) and had to return older piece and its casing.
                Now I tried using the earphone to attend online meeting and shockingly found that I had been give a wrong replacement - not Macbook compatible, it works on android devices.

                There is a mistake from Bose here, but I am being told that warranty period is over. Actually, the product is working fine and is in good shape(microphone not working on Mac).

                Customer care (Bose outsourced to 3rd party) is not willing to understand my case. It's not their fault.

                I request that Bose owns up to its mistake and gives me a replacement. I should not end up paying wrong on Bose end.

                  My bose headphones stopped working, and It was under warranty, and I have given for replacement, at bengalore bose office, receipt is attached. But they never replaced. My complaint number [protected]. I have emailed, and visit bose office in Bengalore, called them many times but no solution.
                  Neither Mr Rajkumar replies and answer to my calls and emails.

                  Now bose help line also not answering my calls.

                  The boss customer service is very unsatisfactory and they are now harassing the customers, they are unable to provide services. I hope for the solution.

                    I am so disappointed with the Bose Soundsport Bluetooth headphones. They're practically coming apart. The power button has disintegrated on its own. The silicone door on the charging port broke off as well. Volume buttons are gone. I can't believe I skipped the air pods for a device that should be recalled. It's pathetic.

                    I've sent three emails (received a standard auto response and not an actual one) and Instagram messages since the pandemic started (and have copies). It's now 2021. Let me know which year you plan to get back to me in.

                      I have purchased BOSE SOUNDSPORT WIRELESS (earbud) in October 2020. From February 2021 one side of the bud is not connecting to Bluetooth and not working properly i have searched for service center in HYDERBAD but not able to find out, got information about authorized service center in Begumpet I visited their but unfortunately it has been moved out, but finally i got an authorized service center and visited on 1-3-2021 and i have raised a request for replacement. Job Sheet Number:-[protected].

                      Till now today is[protected] the item is not replaced and i didn't get any call / status information from service center. No proper response from the authorized service center when we as a customer trusted in BOSE and purchased the item firstly it has to work fine out of that when the product is default and when we apply for replacement it should be replaced with in a short period of time.

                      I have completely lost trust in BOSE and ill never ever buy a product again from BOSE and ill share the same experience faced by me to all my colleague's. I think that will be fine ?. I need an explanation in this regard.

                        Bought the bose sound sport wireless headphones while they were in warranty faced issues filled the online grievance form asked to visit the service centre. This happend when there was a lockdown and Delhi had containment zones making it impossible to visit the service centre feom one end of the city to the other. Placed multiple calls never heard back months later messaged theUS SUPPORT TEAM and thats when the indian bose service team decided to respond. They were unempathetic amd simply offered a 20% discupunt coupon and claimed had i visited their centre while the product was in warranty they would have replaced it. Clearly no concept of humanity or ethical bisoness practises. Clearly ignored the fact that to begin with the product was substandard the silicone buttons frayong sound filter loosening. None of that addressed. Pathetic and absolutely negligent behaviour.

                        I intend to Legally follow this up. All others who have had similar experience with Bose do connect ABOUT TIME WE BRING OUT THE UNETHICAL DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES OF THIS COMPANY. FRAUDING PEOPLE BY SELLING SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS
                        I also got a similar response from their customer support team. Have you been able to resolve the issue? please do let me know so that I follow the same path.

                            Now on opening it was sealed packed item, box was of bose quietcomfort (2020) while the product inside was bose soundsports earbuds (2017 model)

                            The box was sealed packed which means its manufacturing error which has led to receiving wrong item

                            have immediately contacted flipkart which has asked to contact brand as item was sealed packed

                            the quietcomfort box serial number 080451M02872395AE, it can be easily tracked to which account it is linked in bose aap.that was my item which i didnt get

                            i got soundsport serial number 077738Z9089B191AE, that too you can easily check HOW DID THIS ERROR HAPPENED

                            can also file police fir for the same.

                              Even i am a victim of Bose after sales service, they have recived my product 3months befor on feb 2021, and still i am yet to get a replacement. If they dont have proper service ethics it is better to shutdown bose in india, what is the use of selling the products when you cannot provide support for your own products. The money we pay is for the quality and service and none of them are present now at bose products, theh prodixts gets spoiled withing warranty periord and after that if we goto service there is no service what so ever even after 3+ months they fail to provide a replacement, whic is supposed to be 15-20days as claimed by bose.

                              It is better to shutdown sales in India if you do not hav ethe proper service infrastucture or ethics to deal with your own customers. Completely taking the name of the Bose brand diwn to dust is what BoseIndia is doung right now. I would urge bose to stop sales if they cannot provide service.

                                This is in regards to the non availability o[censored]niversal remote for Bose Cinemate 15. I have been at the service centre at Dadar Mumbai asking them to accept a request for new remote controller . They said that one has to fill a google form online and submit which I did . I haven't got any reply from Bose service centre even after a month of doing so. This is unacceptable bcos my system is lying at home unused since the last 4months. I have no way of purchasing a new remote.

                                  My product is stuck in your Service center at Chennai for more than 3 months . It is utterly disappointing from BOSE . We have invested high value on yhis product but service support is Very Bad.

                                    1. Above speaker is not working and quality of the sound is absolutely low
                                    2. It gives a non-stop long sound after playing songs for sometime and sound continues until the speaker battery is discharged.
                                    3. Am giving my speaker for service for the third time.
                                    4. The toll Free customer care number ([protected]) for complaints to be registered is absolutely pathethic.
                                    5. After holding the phone for 35 mts, I got connected to Customer Care and after taking all the details about the complaint and other information for almost Ten mts, the Customer Care gentleman says my system is not working and says to inform the Service Centre in Secunderabad (telangana).
                                    6. Service Centre has taken my details and said will register the complaint and asked me to come again for Complaint Receipt.
                                    7. Bose speakers suppose to be one of the costliest in the World and we get such a pathethic and irresposible service.
                                    8. I will be knocking doors of the highest authorities if my speakers are not rectified.

                                    With reference to my above complaint, I receive a phone call from the service center in Secunderabad that my product is old and the parts are not available and hence cannot be repaired.
                                    I request the authorities to solve the issue as the Bose Speakers are very very expensive.
                                    How can they simply say that it is outdated and cannot be repaired.

                                      Bose Indi have been lingering providing support for the product I have. They done have customer support in india. The number mentioned on their website is not available. After many messages on FB and Twitter they says that someone called me to provide support but no one did so far. It’s been more of Han a year and they don’t even respond. Today they message me saying lie that they tried to contact me.

                                        I am from Kurukshetra and desperately trying to contact Bose care. it been weeks, none of contact number is in service provided on official site. I visited Bose care at Chandigarh then at Saket, New Delhi but none of them more functional anymore.

                                        No response on email as well, Please help to fix the issue.
