Service is the worst... no after sales... service centres dont work... never buy a hose product if anything goes wrong there is no repair/service ... the service centre is like a government office where there is hardly any service... rude and non-cooperative staff... doesnt go along with the expensive products the company is selling ... its a nightmare to get your product fixed

      My mother lives in Byculla, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and she has been desperately trying to contact someone to repair her BOSE set that is not working. Please provide me with a working phone or contact information.

        This is regarding the soundsport ear plugs which I purchased last year and after completing the just one year the button/ volume switch has come out and when I visited the service Center that this has to be replaced and can not be repaired for which they asked for RS. 14, 000/-

        It’s really injustice for the customers who trust a big brand like yours

        Your brand is the topmost brand in our country and we can not expect that we buy a product of Rs. 18990/- which we can use only for one year

        Kindly look into my issue get my product repaired

              Respected sir first of all I am very very shocked to tell u that from 5 days I am going to the store where I purchased and in five days iam not able to get service phone number or mail and what they are providing are wrong and being a big fan of Bose I am very ashamed to say this is the worst service I have faced in entire lifetime my I have used Samsung and of also but I never felt this type of feeing because of special interest I purchased Bose lifestyle 600 15 months back know my remote suddenly stopped working I am not able to know whether warranty is there or not otherwise I am ready to purchase new remote also but store person a superb and very nice person mr sai is also trying from five days to find a service number can anyone believe this and my tax invoice number is #[protected] kindly pl anyone help me in getting out of this

                I bought my Bose NC700 (Rs 34, 500) on 22 Feb 2020, everything was working fine untill the day I installed the Bose Music App on 4 Jan, 2021. I connected the Headphone and the Firmware got updated by itself. After the Firmware update, the Noise Cancellation feature completely changed. The noise which wasn't audible before the update was clearly audible after the update.

                I've lost the receipt, I called the store i bought my headphone from on 25 Jan, 2021 to ask if they can give me a copy, the store told me the product Serial Number was enough and no receipt was needed for servicing. Also i was told the service centre was relocating to Koregaon Park, which was close to my residence from 1 Feb, 2021 and I could just go to new service centre without any appointment.

                I went to the service centre on 1 Feb, 2021, where the technician present check the device and told me that the Noice cancellation function was working. (My response - Not as effective as when I bought or before automatic firmware update). I told him I wanted the firmware to be reversed to the version when I bought the device. His response - we just relocated today, we'll be functional from 15 Feb, 2021 onward. I was told I could drop off the device by 15 Feb and pick up after 3 days.

                I went back to the service centre on 15 Feb, to my surprise I was told the service centre will not be functional before the end of the month (i.e. February) also I can't just walk in and that I have to book an appointment before visiting the service centre (which he never mentioned when I went on 1st Feb) and come back after 1 March, 2021.

                The problem is the one year warranty provided provided by Bose ends on 21 Feb, 2021. The service centre is not functional till then. The Bose Customer Care Number (website[protected]No response) and (provided from the Bose shop[protected]Call unable to get through)

                I don't know how much the service centre will charge to fix my headphone which is out of warranty. I want the company (Bose) to take responsibility and repair my device without any charges when the service centre officially become operational.

                  I have given my bose 300 subwoofer in kolkata collection centre on 22/12/2020, but haven't received any response till now from bose even after writing more than 10 mails and calling more than 10 times to customer care in a day. Customer care have no clue regarding my comomplaints. It's very frustrating to keep calling daily and sending mail for my product to bose. Looks like I lost my 70k rs.
                  I need my full amount of money of my purchase.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I recently purchased BOSE SOUND BAR 900 along with woofer. My problem started as soon as i made payment.

                    Case
                    Once purchase was made i was asked if would like to take product right now, and the system can be installed by yourself just down load the BOSE app. I clearly told that i am not that techo savy i it would be great help if some one can install or start the system for me. To which the answer was please pay Rs 2000+ for engineer visit to set up the system. After lots of debate it was agreed that someone from showroom will bring the system and show.

                    Next:
                    The system was brough by one of the salesman to my home, he unpacked and then tried to down load the BOSE app on my appple tablet but could not do, stating that my wifi is slow. He somehow showed system working using his app. The woofer was still not connected remotely .

                    Next day i took my tablet to store and asked salesman please down load the BOSE app, he tried but failed and clearly told it was not his problem please contact customer support and he cant help .

                    Now back at home i called BOSE CUSTOMER support and requested for help, on phone i was told various instructions and some how system worked but woofer still connected by wire.
                    Very next day the sound from TV was not there thru the system.

                    Again i visited the the showroom and was told they are helpless please take support of engineer which will cost Rs 1700+, i argued this is very new product and i clearly told in start that i am not techo savy and unable to use product. He bluntly told he cant do anything do what you want. I told him i might consider going to Consumer court, to which he said you are most welcome but he cant help.

                    We are now stuck with sound bar and woofer purchased only 2 weeks back lying at home and not used.

                    If this mail reaches anyone in BOSE INDIA i request to assist me
                    Such pathetic after sale service i have never seen in mylife.

                        Extremely disappointed with the lack of support being provided by Bose for an issue with my Lifestyle 600.

                        For the past 2 months, I'm following with their service center and customer care number. They kept it in their service center for 2 weeks and returned WITHOUT fixing the issue.

                        On call with their 1800 number, I was asked to reset the entire system, and after that, it is not resetting and I'm not able to use it at all.

                        Lifestyle 600 is a high end product, and I'm surprised by the lack of interest to service it for their customer!

                              I have bought a pair of Soundsport Free Wireless In-Ear Headphones on Dec 2018. Spend quite a chunk for the earbuds.
                              I have given it for service since it is not charging and not working.
                              Bose Service is claiming it is waterproof and they cannot open the mold and replace the battery.
                              Also they say that they cannot do any hardware service at all for their products.
                              Only software bugs can be rectified it seems.
                              Now they are asking me for purchasing a new(same model) product with 25% discount.

                              This is SERIOUS CHEATING. I was initially a fan of Bose for their quality, but from this experience, i am totally disappointed and highly furious with this response.
                              CAN'T DO HARDWARE SERVICE (THAT TOO BATTERY) ??? SERIOUSLY ?????

                                  After I connect my mobile phone or tablet to my Bose Soundlink Revolve+ through Bluetooth, I cannot make or receive Whatsapp voice or video calls through the Bose speaker.
                                  I get a message from the Bose speaker saying "call ended", each time I try to make a WhatsApp from either my mobile or tablet when it is paired via Bluetooth to the Bose speaker.
