    Purchased a home theatre speaker system 2/3 years back the speakers are working but have changed the speaker remotes twice and I still it’s not working properly so I have to change it again. The remote charges around 15000 and comes with no guarantee of it’s working period and the and in the course of buying I have to buy every year. As spoken to the executive they claimed they are aware that this system has problems but are not ready to compensate.

      I have purchased the BOSE soundbar 700.
      It got defective exactly after one year.
      Strangely there is only one service centre in Delhi.
      There also my product has been lying for more than 90 days citing parts unavailability.
      I was really so fed up.

      BOSE by no means appears to be a professional company.

          Hi,

          I purchased Bose SoundSport Free TWS earbuds in 2019 June and just after 2 years o[censored]se, their battery is draining very quickly.

          I purchased them for Rs 14000 and it's an expensive product. When i contacted their service center, they say that they are no repairable and you can buy the new model at 25% discount.

          This is really wrong. When as a consume you spent such a big amount for the earbuds and they can't even be serviced.

          I need my refund

          I also facing same problem. My earbud battery backup is only 45 min. same thing they(service cente executive) told me. Seriously i never expect these things from the premium brand like Bose.

              Dear Bose

              I am surprised as being one of the reputed brands, you are not able to face your customers.
              I purchased a BOSe 's latest noise cancelling earbuds from CHROMA, NOIDA. In two months, new earbuds stopped working and I visited your service centre. It was a pathetic experience and the place is beyond the standard of Bose.. Anyways they checked earbuds and found them not working and told me that I will get a replacement. It seems the global bands are supplying substandard products for Indian consumers.

              Now, as I will be without earphones for one month while working from home, I would be spending money on buying a new pair. I have no answer from your call centre and Nehru place team. I just called the Nehru Place centre and the call was received by Jaya at 1:35 PM and she just disconnected the call without listening to my query.

              Now as my grievance is not heard by your service centre and I would l;ike to escalate this matter to you with a refund of my money as well as compensation for my mental agony.

              If there is no solution from your side I will write to Consumer NGOs, Secretary Consumer Affairs as well as Prime minister's office by involving media to showcase how global companies are supplying substandard products to Indian consumers and not in a position to heard thier grievances. I need solution within 2 days and a response from senior officials from BOSE.

                The Bose service is utter waste. The customer care never responds properly and the service centre charges hefty amount. My base module was complaint during lockdown and under warranty. I couldn't bring the base module to service due to lockdown and the customer care agreed to service it under warranty later. But, the service center is asking 14K for a power board failure. My device is dead for last 2 years after spending 70K. Looting people, someone should learn from Bose.

                  I have purchased BOSE sound sport free ear buds and it was faulty.
                  I had raised a complaint with their customer care and ticket number is [protected]. The product is under warranty as i just opened the product and it was faulty.
                  Post that i had handed over the faulty product to their customer service centre in Nungambakkam Chennai. They mentioned i will receive a call once they get the replacement product. However its been a month and i didn't get any call.
                  I am trying to reach their customer service through their toll free or the customer service centre number in Nungambakkam with much success. No one is answering my call. I am clueless on my ticket status now.

                      I bought this Bose Sound Sport for 13000rs in March 2020, also used at home during all pandemic, but in about 1.5 years the quality has shown a super decrease... i wasted my 13K for this considering its bose and after a year it was out of warranty.. due to another lock-down situation it was difficult to get in touch with service centre in Mumbai.. they shifted location too... its bad.. i am upset and i will post this on twitter

                        This has reference to my complaint to Bose India Complaint Status Update [ID:2986403] dated 17/09 regarding repeated damage (torn diaphragm) to my Bose Home Speaker 500 (Serial No.[protected]) when the volume is raised to about 80% The speaker is presently under repair for the second time ( first time at Bangalore Service centre in October 2019) for the same problem at the authorised service centre at Kochi (Job sheet No. [protected]) I am told that the cost of repair will come to about 7.5K and that the replacement speaker had also failed during testing which speaks of the inherent design/manufacturing defect. What guarantee is there that the same problem will not occur when the speaker volume is raised again. As I've said before, I feel this is a manufacturing defect or the preset volume has not been set correctly, otherwise I see no reason why a factory set speaker should fail twice by merely raising the volume. I am still awaiting response from Bose authority regarding these frequent failure of the speaker diaphragm and free repairs to the same.

                          I bought a Bose Home Speaker 500 (B07H94PPZV) in October 2018 which worked perfectly until I raised the volume to the about 80% when the speaker diaphragm got torn and got it repaired by Bose service centre at Bangalore in October 2019 Surprisingly the speaker is again damaged in September 2021 when the volume is raised and the same is presently with the Service centre at Kochi I feel this is a manufacturing defect or the volume has not been preset correctly I want the speaker repaired free of cost

                            I submitted my Bose soundsport wireless earbuds to Bose service centre with complaint number SO-[protected].
                            The company hasn’t returned my product and the customer service executive just says that it will be delivered in next 15 days.
                            I have not been able to use my product nor can I purchase other as they are not refunding. Really frustrated and helpless.

                              I have bought a soundsports earbuds from Amazon and when I had open the box or started the product I found out that the left earpiece did not work. So I tried informing the Bose service center for replacement of the product and they took the product from me for replacement and told me that we will recive the product within 5-6 days. Since then the service of the Bose company has been so worst that they are not answering my calls nor replying to mail and by chance if they answer they will tell we with get our product within 15 days 10 days etc. it’s been completely 3 months that the service center people are making such drama.
                              I’ll give a 0 rating for the service they are providing
                              Bose is such a huge name but they failed to keep their services worst service ever provided by Bose
                              No customer satisfaction
                              I will wait 15 days more if I did not get my product
                              I will raise a consumer complaint against Bose

I have been calling up and trying to contact bose service centre for past 2 months. I have been harassed like anything. I have still not received my product.                                       Cinemat 120 - console given for repairing on 29th July 2021 in bangalore service centre with NO communication either in email or phone on giving back the product after repair.
                                      Even in bangalore, they have 1 person sitting in shared workspace of MI mobile service centre.A global and luxurious brand company with such setup in metro city!!.that clearly indicates running of company.
                                      No response from service support numbers, just disconnects automatically after 5 minutes.

                                        Seems Bose has outsourced their service Center. I tried calling them many times, call never goes through. Finally when I could get through, shared service Center details for Bangalore. For the given number, incoming calls are barred. I am own lifestyle home theatre and remote has stopped working. I am looking option for replacing the same. After I escalated on mail, they sent me a format to fill up. After that I have sent them 4 reminders, they do not even bother to respond.

                                        THIS IS A WAKE UP CALL FOR POTENTIAL BOSE OWNERS. DON’T EXPECT ANY SERVICE SUPPORT.
