My daughter Anubhuti Rana enrolled with brilliant tutorials under 2 yeares class room programe for IIT 2013 ,for which I had paid 47,508 / after deuction of scholarship . I sumit kumar had taken admission in Brilliant Tutorials, Ranchi Centre for test series(IITJEE/AIEE/BITSAT-2012) on 13th september 2011 against a payment of Rs. 3320. my grievance is that they took his admission although they had knowledge of the internal crisis they were facing. But soon after that I came to know that Brilliant Tutorials had shut down indefinitely without providing us with any proper refund. Secondly, no one is lifting...

My son Keshav Bansal got enrolled vide no. 12PS13DE0028 dated 15.3.11 for 2 year class program at Brilliant Tutorials, Mayur Vihar, New Delhi centre. We had paid the total amount of Rs.42384/- for two years in advance to Brilliant Tutorials vide cheque no. 800306 . The coaching centre is locked since last one and a half month. They are not responding at all.

Brilliant Tutorials (henceforth called BT) conducts preparatory tutorial classes for 11th, 12th and IIT JEE, other engineering entrance exams. My son [Akshay Jangir] also attends a 2-year classroom programme [session 2010-12, Enrolment No I2PS12HG0072] in BT, Gurgaon, Haryana centre to prepare for Engineering entrances.

BT has stopped taking classes without any prior notice to students and parents after 15th Oct 2011.

I want to post a complaint against BRILLIANT TUTORIALS PVT. LTD. SEC-63, NOIDA. They started 1 month late classes in APRIL 2011 for IIT preparation which were supposed to start in MARCH 2011.
Further there were many holidays during the session.

Brilliant tutorials has been taking no classes for over 3 weeks.
The reason being that the teachers are on strike for they haven't been payed their salary due over 3 months.
IIT exams are nearby and are course haven't completed.

The dealing of the person of the chennai head office of brilliant tutorials on phone is not at all polite. When I had a talk to the person on the phone to inquire about a course provided by the Brilliant tutorials in the Chennai head office the person who so ever it was was rude and did not at all know how to deal with people at all. He was rude and moreover uncivilized. Such people should never be hired for this job....
