[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — money deducted twice but not refunded

Iam a regular user of Beam Fibre internet broadband from couple of years. In the month of August 2012, I have paid the amount of 410 rs as a monthly bill through my Andhra bank debit card. The transaction was failed but the amount was deducted from my account. On repeated calls to beam customer care, i was told to contact my concerned bank as according to them the amount was not transferred. In the mean while as the month was near end, I paid the internet amount again. For solving the failed transaction issue, I visited my nearest bank and said the same to the bank manager. The bank manager took my complaint and told me to contact their internet banking department. After multiple calls, I was told to talk with the bank manager. After visiting the bank, manager showed me the mail where the VISA department said that the amount was transferred successfully to concerned Beam Fibre's account. He forwarded that mail to me which I forwarded to Beam Fibre's Customer care people multiple times but they didn't bother to reply to my mail. Some of the people whom I mailed the issue was Yogita Sharma and one Srikanth Billa.
Every time they say their accounts department will call and even after having a call they don't close the issue and refund my money. They always say their account departments will call again.
I want this issue to be closed as soon as possible. I will not pay full internet bill for this month as I have already paid 410 rs extra in the month of August.
