[Resolved] Hathway Broadband — Disconnection | |||
Dear Sir I was using the Hathway Broad band cable net services. My account no was 772426. I had asked them to stop the connection in the month of November 12 and then i was told that my connection is terminated and the service personnel will collect the Modem and cable. Till date no one has come to my home and collected the device. So i had raised numerous request to the customer care and the complaint were taken . Again i was told that some one will come. Till now no one has attended Instead i am getting bills for every month. So for that also i had asked the customer care that i am getting the bills The response was ignore the bill as your connection is terminated. This is happening from Jan 13 onwards I am afraid if my deposit paid during the installation will be seized or given back to me. Please solve my queries. Broadband — Disconnection of broadband
Dear Sir,My BSNL Broadband disconnects every 30 mins.As per the status still my net is connected, but actually i can't browse.I have to disconnect and re-connect.Since, my works depends on internet, so i am getting difficult to work.I request you to provide solution for working continously on internet.
