[Resolved] Hathway Broadband Fraud — HATHWAY IS CHEAT AND FRAUD | |||
Hi I am a hathway brodband customer for last 2yrs now acc no 754864 contact no [protected] ...hathway has been cheating its customers in one way or the other my plan details: unlimited 521 kb/S fup of 10gb,sunday n holidays 512 kb/S no limit applicable.... within lat 6 months hathway has changed 3 times their tariff and increasing the rentals!! I dont find this plan anywhere listed on their site: http:/Www.Hathway.Com/Hathway-broadband/Plans_details.Php?cat_ID=nw== how do I believe hathway ...recently they charged 100rs extra in my bill and when I argued ,they said its a mistake and reduced the rental..I doubt hathway is doing this kinda of business ,they commit something while taking connection and deliver something else..... I want hathway to be brought to justice!!! they cant cheat ppl just like this n get away...there is no improvement in speed nor cust care so y increase tariff?? Now i have asked Hathway to disconnect the connection ,they are not doing the same and sending the bill for the whole month when connection was NOT EVEN ACTIVE !!! I HAVE USED FOR ONLY 14 DAYS AND READY TO PAY THE rental but HATHWAY IS HARASSING ME SAYING THAT THEY WONT RETURN MY SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CLAIMING THAT I HAVE NOT PAID AT ALL!!!! THIS IS HEIGHT OF HARASSMENT....HATHWAY IS SENDING BILL DEPENDING ON CUSTOMERS ....they added 100rs as rental ,when i asked about it they said its a mistake!!! Also, my plan tariff details is not mentioned on the Hathway site!!! I NEED TO GET RID OF THIS CRAP HATHWAY AND GET MY DEPOSIT BACK. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL... Is hathway is doing proper service . Im facing money fradulant and wrong promising from sale comitment. How can I get my money back for the service that I have not used and my deposite money. Only raising this concern in consumer court will get my money back ?. Please let me know il proceed with filing complaints.

I have taken POSTPAID CONNECTION FROM HATHWAY BY PAYING ADVANCE RENTAL OF 1650RS FOR 3 MONTHS .I WAS PROMISED A SPEED 512KBPS AND UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD ANYTIME,WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTIONS!!!WELL HATHWAY ARE PERFECT CHEATERS...AFTER 10 DAYS MY SPEED WAS REDUCED AND I GOT A DOUBT AND CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TO ASK....WELL THEY TOLD MY SPEED IS 256KBPS AND NOT 512KBPS....WELL I WAS NOT ONLY SHOCKED BUT SURPRISED HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN WHEN I HAVE PAID FOR 512KBPS....I GOT 2 KNOW THAT I WAS CHEATED BY HATHWAY...MY SPEED WAS 256KBPPS....WHEN I ASKED WHY THEY HAD TOLD 512KBPS ...THEY TOLD THAT I CROSSED USAGE LIMIT....BUT WHY WAS IT NOT MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF TAKING THE CONNECTION........????HATHWAY FRAUD COMPANY...
THAT WAS NOT ALL.....EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID 3 MONTHS RENTAL IN ADVANCE, I HAVE BEEN SENT A MAIL FOR RS 550 ...I WAS TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND ANGUISHED....WELL CANT TOLERATE ANY MORE HARASSMENT BY HATHWAY.....WHEN I IGNORED THE AMOUNT, MY CONNECTION WAS DISCONNECTED FOR 7 DAYS.....WELL WHEN I PAID ADV RENTAL Y SHOULD I AGAIN PAY RENTAL????
NOW THE BIGGEST OF ALL.....MY CONNECTION IS DISCONNECTED CURRENTLY...WHEN I CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE, I AM TOLD THAT MINE IS A PRE-PAID CONNECTION AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THEIR CUSTOMER CARE WORKING AFTER 5 CLOCK??? I AM TOLD THAT MY VALIDITY IS OVER.....WELL HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN WHEN MINE IS A POST PAID CONNECTION...HATHWAY HAVE REACHED A GREATER MILESTONE IN FRAUD...BEST FRAUD AND CHEATER BROADBAND PROVIDER OF THE MILLENIUM.....
FOR EVEN A SMALL ISSUE THEY TAKE 2-3 DAYS OF TIME.....
WHO HAS GIVEN SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER LICENSE TO OPERATE WHO DONT HAVE INFRASTRUCTURE TO SUPPORT NOR CUSTOMER BASE....
PLEASE POST MY COMPLAINT ON THIS FORUM SO THAT HATHWAY SHOULD LEARN A LESSON THAT THEY CANT CHEAT AND GET AWAY...MY HONEST REQUEST TO U IS ATLEAST WE NEED TO STOP HATHWAY FROM CHEATING OTHERS....
