Even after repeatedly telling the telemarketers from Hathway that my router has been recovered and sending multiple complaint mails to the hathway support, I am getting calls almost everyday about not handing over the router and legal consequences that will be imposed. I want this daily harrasment to stop, even if it means that I will have to pay 2500 bucks....

I am moving out of India and asked for my account termination and cancellation for which Hathway has replied with this below mail:
"This is further to the mail, we regret to inform you that the plan which you have opted for is a prepaid plan and its a one time billing amount for which refund is not applicable.

Further, we request you kindly submit the device for further account termination."

I bought hatway broadband connection when I was in need of Wi-Fi for my studies but later when I did not require I disconnected it but the hathway beggars are calling daily and pressure rising mentally. Even after blocking them every time, they are calling with hundreds of numbers. I am being mentally tortured due to the number of calls I'm receiving from hathway even after saying them that I am not interested....

I was a customer of Hathway some time ago. I have terminated the connection and I have also submitted their modem. But I still get calls and messages asking to submit the device or it would incur a penalty. Also I keep getting calls from a lot o[censored]nknown numbers and they keep asking about renewing the connection. Even though I have politely asked them to not call me regarding this, they keep calling me at all odd times of the day. I hope...

It's been 3 months I have disconnected from hathway broadband, I have been telling them every time that I have disconnected they keep calling me again and again, serious Action required against them......

I am getting continuous calls regarding renewal of account for a place where I dont even live anymore. Kindly remove my number from Hathway accounts completely....

This is the worst network I ever used it's buffering a lot waste of time to use this network better to keep another broadcast I was calling one day 10 times to this broadcast but even their not clarifying my network issue I raise a complaint to remove this network issue or else remove this broadcast from here...

Its been 3 months, I have discontinued the service from hathway and informed them about it. They still call me everyday and ask the same stupid question. It feels like a harassment now.

The support service also as pathetic as their internet service....

My cable TV recharge available till 5 may 2023, however last 2 days none of the channel seen. I have already registered complaint in coustomer care. But still issue not resolved.

I get 10-15 phone calls daily. Also messages. 10 calls will come even during working hours. They are raising a lot Torture .becouse of recharge....

A few months ago, I moved out of my apartment and deactivated hathway's broadband fiber internet. I got a new connection from some other company but these hatway crooks continuously call me, sometimes 4-5 times a day to get my connection reactivate again. I do not know what kind of marketing tectic is that but it is so annoying. Please get it stopped....

I have made hathway bill payment on 3-4-2023 of ₹ 485 through phonepe but account is still not active, I have also raised complaint in hathway customer service but not solved the issue....
