I was a customer of Hathway some time ago. I have terminated the connection and I have also submitted their modem. But I still get calls and messages asking to submit the device or it would incur a penalty. Also I keep getting calls from a lot o[censored]nknown numbers and they keep asking about renewing the connection. Even though I have politely asked them to not call me regarding this, they keep calling me at all odd times of the day. I hope I am making this abundantly clear not to call me to ask for account renewal. My account number was [protected]. Attaching a list of numbers that I got calls from in the last few days. Someone please take action regarding this I don't want to get these many spam calls from Hathway.

    After so many times of intimation also hathway connection is not removing
    and again threatening me on the same with this number [protected].I tried
    to reach out to that number number of times, they are not lifting and tried to
    contact hathway customer care not connecting. For more evidences/proofs. I
    have the call recordings as well.
    Note: They are calling after 1-2 years and made me pay around 600
    otherwise there will be a legal action and then I asked them remove my
    number and connection, they said ok sir, but not removing and threatening
    me and trying to forcefully make me pay the money to take connection.
    Please solve this issue.

        It's been 3 months I have disconnected from hathway broadband, I have been telling them every time that I have disconnected they keep calling me again and again, serious Action required against them...

                कंपनी के तरफ से मुझे बोला गया था कि आप रिचार्ज करो उसके बाद आपका शिफ्टिंग का चार्जेस नही लिया जायेगा मेरे को रिचार्ज करने को बोला बातम्या अभी मुझे बोल रहे की मेरे हम आपके फ्री मे नही कर सकते है ये हमारा पॉलिसी है लेकिन मेरे पास है सब चीज का रेकॉर्डिंग है इसके तह चलते मेरा कम से कम तीन हजार रुपये का नुकसान हुआ है 16 तारीख से लेके आज तक मेरा नुकसान हो गया है तो मै ये मेरा अमाउंट मुझे वापस चाहिये कंपनी का कोई भी कस्टमर केअर पॉझिटिव्ह नाहीये हॅप्पी सबसे महिने आज तक इंटरनेट यूज के उसे सबसे बेकार है जितना एजंट है उनका सब रोज सर्विस देता है जब तक उनका सर्विस लेने लेना है तब तक बहुत अच्छा बोलते बोलते काम करते है

                  This is the worst network I ever used it's buffering a lot waste of time to use this network better to keep another broadcast I was calling one day 10 times to this broadcast but even their not clarifying my network issue I raise a complaint to remove this network issue or else remove this broadcast from here

                    Its been 3 months, I have discontinued the service from hathway and informed them about it. They still call me everyday and ask the same stupid question. It feels like a harassment now.

                    The support service also as pathetic as their internet service.

                        I get 10-15 phone calls daily. Also messages. 10 calls will come even during working hours. They are raising a lot Torture .becouse of recharge.

                          That i have purchased your plan of 50 MBPS for a period of 6 months for ₹ 3700 receipt no. 20230314010440000842380633112000356

                          Your sales person Mr Bhupesh Fufal and his senior Mr Parth have visited my home and had made promise that your wifi will cover my home ( in area of 10 meter ) after that only we have made the payments,

                          But after installing it is not having coverage of 10 meters and i have been chasing Mr Bhupesh since day 1 but he is not having any answers of it. He is just passing days and already a week is over and like a fool we are just taking follow up from him for which he is not having any answer,

                          My friends and family have already told me not to use GTPL WIFI because of there worst service but I ignored and purchased your plan on the promise made by your sales person Mr Bhupesh,

                          He also installed old router but that also i ignored because all i wanted was just network coverage across home ( 10 meter ).Â

                          Now i am just tired of calling him and not getting any revert from him he is just passings days by saying will visit my home but they are not visiting,
                          and after repeated call and mail they are not properly reply and supporting to resolve the problem, and I am still facing the same problem

                            A few months ago, I moved out of my apartment and deactivated hathway's broadband fiber internet. I got a new connection from some other company but these hatway crooks continuously call me, sometimes 4-5 times a day to get my connection reactivate again. I do not know what kind of marketing tectic is that but it is so annoying. Please get it stopped.

                                  I am being tortured everyday from Hathaway by calls even after telling multiple times to stop calling. They are harassing me mentally everyday. I am no longer a customer and they have to close my account. But instead they are calling me again and again.

                                    We had a Hathway connection in 2020 in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

                                    We moved to another state in the following year. We forgot to return the router while moving.

                                    A while after moving, a Hathway representative messages me. I ask him if their services are available in the new pin code. He says it is not and that I have to return the router. Since it is not possible to pick up the router from where I am, he suggests I pay the device charges. I agree and pay 420 Rupees.

                                    I later found out that he outright lied to me. The 420 Rupees was connection renewal charges and not device charges. They charged me for a connection that I am not using, at an address where I'm no longer located by lying to me saying it was device charges.

                                    When I tried contacting that number again, they had blocked me.

                                    Now I am getting repeated calls from unknown Hathway numbers every day, and they are threatening me with legal action if I don't pay device charges 2000+ Rupees. I don't understand why I should pay again. Their representative has already collected money from me stating it is the device charges.

                                    Their calls are really stressing me and my family out. It is interfering with our day-to-day life. I am not even able to use my phone for essential things because of Hathway calls.

                                        Recently took a new Hathway connection i.e 2 days back and they provided worst to no support till today.

                                        There is no way anyone could reach customer support and get help.

                                        Why I am filing complaint is that, the support numbers they provided for broadband does not help with anything, it is automated IVR and says the ticket is is progress and call gets disconnected. No options to speak or inform issue.

                                        The AI chat DIVA support options which says 24x7 support does not work.Always says try again at the end.

                                        The sales person whom I contacted numbered - +91 [protected] Nagesh Yadav, promised over whatsap that connection will be established within 24 hours since Sunday was office holiday and all payments were made for two months subscription. And in official site as well it says new connection will be done within 24 hours. I got the wifi router installed on Sunday itself and from Monday he was not responding properly when called or over messages, says booking person messed up my address while typing and issue is there.
                                        And today as well, not picking phone and no proper support provided, keep saying tomorrow 4pm, 5pm.

                                        If we raise ticket using the self help portal, a lady calls and raises ticket and says it is in progress.

                                        Please cancel my new connection and issue refund asap. Your support emails/phone number are not responding properly.
