I had requested for a GTPL connection shifting on 13th of March and later on I was told that I need to do the payment before shifting on 20th of March. As asked, I did the payment but there has not been any intimation from your end. It has been 7 days since I made the payment but no executive has been sent to the premises even after the payment. I am highly disappointed with the service that I’m getting. And on 27 March 2023 the customer care says sir your payment is pending but I have paid the 560 rupees shifting charge on 20 March 2023 and they said to mail the receipt on
[protected]@gtpl.net and you will get reply within 24 hours but till now I didn't got the reply from the gtpl and the request no applied on 13 March is 726851

I requested for connection shift to my new location and paid 300 Rs. After 2 to 3 days they called and told me it was a non-feasible area and couldn't be shifted. So I took a new connection from another broadband company. The problem is Hathway is responsible for refunding me the 300 rs I paid for their shifting service which was not provided to me. Since January itself I am requesting a refund, everyday one agent will call me and ask for...

I have taken their service I stopped service after 2months they are calling for upgrade the plan I have raised request to stop calling on my number even they are calling me.

I am existing customer, i reffered my friend to use hathway, so i called this hathway sales rep number [protected], he said i will discount your existing plan from 589 to 421, my friend installed hathway, but sales rep still not picking my calls

Hi i have disconnected my hathway broadband connection 3months back and returned the router even though i getting regularly calls to renewal hathway broadband connection i have blocked almost 50numbers but daily i get calls from different numbers please look in to it n do needful

I got the internet connection on the day of 17th Mar and it is on the name of Ravindralal Gupta and on that day during the connection process the connection engineer said that there is high power in the connection ( POWER OF 32-33) and instead of reducing the power and making the connection better the just connected the broadband and said if there is any problem occurred the call the costumer care they will help you.
From that day onwards the internet is not working properly and when i called the costumer care the registered my complain but the service is still not done properly, it has been 5 day since i got the connection and it is not working, when i ask the reason they just say that there is a problem in the connection wire and the engineer are working on it and they are working on it since 5days still there is no resolution provided to me .

I am writing to file a complaint against the internet company Hathway for the daily calls that I have been receiving from them for the past year. The calls are made at least once a day, often at inconvenient times, and despite my repeated requests to stop calling me, they continue to do so.

I am extremely frustrated and annoyed with these calls, which disrupt my work and personal life. I have already expressed my desire to not receive any more calls from the company, yet the calls persist. This constant harassment is causing me a great deal of stress and anxiety.

I would like to request the Consumer Forum to take necessary action against the company for violating my right to privacy and for harassing me with these calls. I hope that the forum will take prompt action to ensure that the company stops making these unwanted calls to me.

I have attached the call logs and recordings as evidence of the constant harassment that I have been facing. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action against the company.

I had a Hathaway internet connection five years before and stopped using it after a while. But even today I get unwanted marketing calls from them even after registering a. DND and asking them to remove my phone numbers from their contact multiple times. If I block one number they call from another and it became a nuisance.

Its been more than 2 years since I got my connection disconnected from hathway. And even till told once in every 3 days they call me saying that there is an offer, i have informed hundred times that I am not interested and to take of my number from there customer list but they never do. Since calls come during working hours it's like torture and nuisance. I have called their customer service but there are never of any help. Instead of service provider they are more like torturing company, i regret getting their connection

I have made payment but my account is not active

I took Hathway connection and paid it online. But since last three days no one has come to my house for connection. And if I call they don't pick up the phone please give me my money back

I have disconnect my hathday boardway connection and surrendered my modem and adaptor and recd acknowledgement for the same. inspite of all these hathway team asking to surrender modem and adapter and also asking to reactivate. i have informed couple of times that i have surrendered and im not willing to renew my connection., daily i will be receing calls from differentr no's and asking for same. i think any

this service deducted money but no response and acc inactive

I Sanjaybhai Dabhi, having GTPL Registered Mobile No.[protected] on dated[protected], time 12:26:20, rupees 6363.00, transaction no.202212241112128001101684995077285 deducted and then cancel this that day now so till not credited to my deducted bank account, i complaints lot of to SURAT city GTPL branch to executive responsible and agent also, now i want immediately refund today, i unhappy with GTPL, thanks

I deactivated my hathway account [protected] as I moved cities. The modem was collected before I left. Its been 3 months and I get calls everyday asking about renewal. I have raised requests to delete account on their customer care number and hathway site.
I still continue to receive calls. Blocking the caller doesn't help either as i have blocked 10 numbers of hathway and they call from different numbers each time.

we are having gtpl cable connection at our home

gtpl has disconnected all sony and star plus channel for a week from dt.[protected] to[protected]

we have already paid for the channels
and
now they are not agree to extend the connection

please take strong step against gtpl and do needful...

My internet connection disconnected on 1st march. Lodged complain yesterday but yet nothing is resolved on top of day area service provider is not responding to our calls. Customer care is disconnecting our call in middle of call. We are not getting proper reply. We r wrking from home if this is the situation how shall we continue. Some r telling cable line is disconnected some r telling as we r upgrading to fibre u r getting such issues and it will take 1week. One of representative told it will be resolved asap as dey r hvng technical issue. Paid on 1st march but zero services used I want my refund n don't wnt to continue with hathway. No one is bothered how will we work. Vry poor services fed with hathway

Hathway customers keep on calling 6-10 times a day, I don't want to receive calls anymore from hathway

My refund of the account no. [protected] has not been received for the deposit money i paid for. i have disconnected my services with hathway 4 months back and still been waiting for the refund. The executives have no interest and this company is scamming common public like this though its Rs.400 only but this sums up to alot of money if they are facing the same problem like me. This company is behind us until we get the connection but once the connection is disconnected they seem to pay no interest in giving back the refund for the deposit.
