Hi im sundar...i have been using hathway for two months and i asked them to deactivate my account because i vacated my rental house...still they are calling me everyday and asking me renew my plan...i explained them many times...yesterday one person called me and used abusive words against me...im frustrated with these calls...please take necessary action against them...i have even mailed them for deactivation...but they are not responding......

I've been calling the customer service for loss of broadband connection for the past 2 days but the connection is still not working. It's a prepaid plan of 30 days and the connection is npt working for past 2 days even after complaining 3 times. Please take necessary actions...

Sir i paid amount to take new connection, they came to my house and said no connection available in your area, when i placed a request for refund no one is responding and customer support team ending my call without giving any answer.please solve the issue...

Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Broadband connection not working and nobody helping

I purchase GTPL Broadband internet on 27 June 2022, it took 2 days to start actual working internet on my premise.
After 5 days internet just stop working, i was calling everyday to customer service they told me that there is technical issue on my area, however the story was different. The internet was close for 5 days. I had to visit the office and then they sent engineer to check the issue. The same story repeats again my internet...

I have paid an amount of 399 for hathway as they said they do free installation as i am old customer and they failed to do so because of service unavailability at our location. They haven't refunded my amount. Moreover sending to recharge my plan without any installation....

I had hathway internet connection in Bangalore HSR layout. As I have moved to different place i told them to close the connection but I have been getting more than 30 calls per day continuosly and I am tied of explaining everybody who calls me for recharge and offers and asking for reasons.

Please help me with stopping this calls as its giving me lot of mental stress and not able to concentrate on anything throughout the day...

Hi,
i am not using hathway for last 3 years. but still i am recieving calls frequently from hathway to do recharge. i told them to stop calling me. but they dont seem to listen. Please stop calling me .
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

If you have call recordings raise a complaint in consumer court. You may even get a lumpsome amount for the frustration you faced. I hope you returned the modem though.

    Hathway has been calling me every single day almost thrice or more for getting a new subscription or to ask if I am continuing the previous one. I have not been using Hathway for about 7-8 months now. One person I talked to asked me to pay 498 rupees to close my process of cancellation but next month I realised that they fooled me and it was a recharge that they made me pay for. This is just stupid and really frustrating. If nothing happens after this post I’m going to the police.
    Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Please go to the consumer court with the call recordings and transaction statements. Hope you get back your money and even an additional compensation for the frustration you faced.

      Hi,

      Hathway is giving wrong plan to me.
      They are on new connection said giving you 40mbps, but on the recharge showing 15mbps.
      They need only customer for monthly targets.
      After this they said call to tech team they will resolve.
      And tech team said you have 15mbps plan.
      I got connection on 3rd July but speed issue is there....

      Hi Team,

      I am not using your services any more and the reason for that has already been brought to the company's notice but still everyday I am being tortured by your tele callers calls ( more than 6 times a day ) from the last 2 months.

      If this is what your customer care policy then god bless you but I believe that I can pay little extra to get good customer care rather then to suffer this torture.

      Hello my consumer number is [protected] i want to deactivate my Hathway board band services. But i am unable to do it. As i already informed on the call more than 20 time but still i am getting spam calls daily basis it's very kuch disturbing for me i can't focus on my work and all. Please i want to get rid of your hathway connection. Please visit and take your connection back. Very poor services, slow speed, not worth my money. Take your connection back and also delete my number from your data. As i do not want any kind of calls by hathway in future also

        It's been about a month that we had found out about the set top box is in need of replacing as it was displaying disturbed screen. We have called them again and again and yet the person seems to not care anymore. He was definitely responsive and responsible before. But it is really not right that the attitude has changed like this. For Simply something that could have been done in like 5 seconds. It doesn't take much. Just coming to the premises...

        I have paid Rs.12, 000 for my 50 MBPS broadband plan but every time I use my internet speed of it almost 50 KBPS. Every time I raise complain The market as a result without resolving the complain. Many times internet stops working and starts in at least one to Two days. Worst service by any internet provider. My complaint frequency is daily from at least four months but problem is still there....

        Facing internet issues from early morning and till now it is not working. I try to register my complain using gtpl customer care service but they are not registered the complain and told wait for sometime because it is area wise problem. My work are very badly affected due to this. I am working from home and all work are just delayed because of broadband not working.

        Please check the issue and solve it as soon as possible....

        Hathway — Broadband internet renewal

        I cancelled deactivated the internet connection I had with Hathway last week and it has been a HARASSMENT from their team to renew the account ever since. I am getting a call every half an hour for last five days.

        Will the “chootiya” who designed this process himself renew any service from such a VULTURE vision company. I will NEVER renew my connection with them. This has not been informing or requesting me, but pure TORTURE....

        Hathway — Harassment on phone

        Even after informing the customer care representatives to terminate my connection, I am daily getting calls (sometimes 10 times a day) to renew my account and offers. Kindly help me with this....

        Have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of chennai. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting...

        My broadband connection has been shifted and it's been 7 days and i'm unable to access the internet.
