Hi,

This is Pradeepan residing in #9, Shiva Sathya Sai Layout, Behind Neha Prakash Hospital, 5th Phase Attur, Yelahanka -560064. I want to bring to your notice that the neighbours residing in the same area are dumping muds above the actual layout plan. Due to which the water-logging happens in front of my home and hence being affected very badly.

Note: The level of all the houses apart from my home is way beyond the actual layout plan and hence they are dumping mud by increasing the height more than 1-2 feet compared to actual plan.

Kindly take action on the same to get the issue resolved at the earliest.

There is a marriage planned on 1st Jul 2021 in the above mentioned hall. And it is expected to have more than 200 people coming to this event.
As per norms, it should be 40 people with passes. There might be a violation of the act as per guidelines provided by BBMP.

Request someone from the BBMP and give a warning to the hall owner or concern people and the people who are arranging the same also need to be informed.

Same email copied to the media, so that it is actioned accordingly by anyone either by BBMP or Media team. Same copied to V Sommanna's since 166-GOVINDARAJANAGAR is his constituency.

We are all doing it for everyone's wellbeing. Hope you understand the concern behind this email.

Waste grass grown on the road is not plucked/cleaned by the lady who cleans road everday, daily i'll tell her to clean that else snakes or some other dangerous snails might come and it is dangerous for childrens who play in the road. Every time i ask her to clean she asks for extra money, and she is not ok to take 10/20 she needs 50rs extra money to do her work for which government is already paying. If we tell we cant issue 50rs for your work she speaks all non scense bad words and she walks from the place i also have a clear video clip on how badly she will use bad words on us.This issue is happening in sriranganagar 5th cross, bangalore- 560085, a request to higher lead to resolve this by cleaning the waste grass grown on the road in the above mentioned cross or else please change the lady who cleans this cross atleast some other lady who comes to clean road might take extra 10/20rs for their work. Thank you in advance. Awaiting for the reply or an action on this issue.

There is a tree right in front of our house which is not trimmed since 2 years... Now it has grown like anything and covered the street light as well as it's branches are entering to our first floor...!!

Kindly request you to arrange to trim the tree immediately and provide us sufficient street light as well as avoid monkeys & snakes enter into the house from tree branches..!!

I have change khatha from Nityananda pK to my name dated 26/06/2019, then I request to bbmp office yalahanka old town bangalore-64, dated 05/06/2020 as change the name for tax reciept in bbmp property records(REQUEST LETTER AND KHATHA TRANSPER RECORDS XEROX ATTACHED).

BUT Still the tax reciepts as old khata holder name

How can pay the tax I am not pay the tax in old khatha holder name

nearly one year ago my request what are you doing revenue inspectors and other staffs

this is shame for us

so please currect as my name in tax reciept as LALITHA its urgent I AM WAITING FOR 30/06/2021

In our area lot of sewerage holes are overflowing

Royal meridian layout. The dry waste collection vehicle is only coming one in a week or two week once . Please escalate the issue the waste is building up in house and being thrown on streets

At Ward no 1, Venkatala, the waste collector person is very ill trained and careless.. He is not wearing mask inspite of telling and he is mixing both wet waste and dry waste in the truck.. What is the point o[censored]s separating it when he is mixing in the end?
He speeds the truck which leads to dry waste dropping in the road.. Pls take necessary action by seeing it for yourself..

Hello Everyone,

Beside my house there is a gutter in which lot of plastics leaves etc is stored and many unwanted plants are grown. Due to which the flow of water has been stopped.

This is creating lot mosquitos and other insects coming my house premises.

Request you to arrange for cleaning of it.

We are staying in 2nd A Main, Vianayaka Layout Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage, 9th Block wherein the sweeping of street is not happening periodically. Very rarely the Street are cleaned. Please take necessary action to Clean the Streets as per the Norms and rules of BBMP.

I am Staying in No 239, Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage 9th Block Near Hanumagiri Temple. The Street Light In front of our house often fusses out leading to lot of problem. The bulb replacement has taken almost one year which was replaced in March 2021 after lot of persuasion. Now again the bulb has fused about as on 18.06.2021. Site by the side of my house and opposite side 3 sites are vacant wherein snakes etc. dwell around. We the residents are very scared to walk at night. The maintenance In-charge for our Area says he will visit and replace the bulb. But he has not turned up so far and not picking the calls.( Today I tried to call). I request you to look into the above and Replace the Street light bulb early.

Hello,
I am a resident of Vajpayee nagar, Chikkalsandra and the 2nd cross residents are facing issues with the garbage collector. First and foremost, they don't come to pick up neither wet waste or dry waste daily. It is very important for them to pick up the wet waste and unwanted waste ( diaper, sanitary napkins etc.) on a daily basis. Second, they don't come to our street but instead stand far from our street and expect us to bring the garbage to them and they don't even announce that they are here.

CAN YOU PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE ASAP? This needs to stop as most o[censored]s are struggling to get rid of our trash on a daily basis. Your immediate attention is appreciated.

Does not collect dry waste from us... demanding money..how much should we pay him?..the rich people in my colony pay him 200. I can't afford to pay him so much...so what should I do with the dry waste at my home?

We are small-time farmers who are staying near Basapura road which is very close to Begur Vittasandra main road ( near Nice junction) and Begur ward number is 192.

There is no tar road from vittasandra main road to basapura main road. It is a one kilometer road that has no tar till date even though the area is under BBMP jurisdiction.

Also another issue is no street lights installed till date.

It is very difficult to walk whenever it rains and also travelling/walking at night without street lights is very difficult due to the fear of robbery.

We have informed about these issues to concerned authorities but so far tar roads or street lights are not installed from several years. Please find the attached document containing grievances raised for your reference.

I hereby request you to please provide us with road and street lights asap.

There are 50-60 Dogs Around Surveyor street, i complained 6 months Back & today it was A Small Kid who was About to get bitten by dogs.

Empty sites near Sarvagna vrutta Ags Layout Arehalli Ittamadu has become garbage dump yards causing many problems to residents

There is no waste collection in our road for many days now. The van doesn’t come to our road regularly. They visit the nearby roads but omit ours. The earlier vendor was regular and prompt in collection. I have piles of dry ways lying at home and will need to take it elsewhere to dispose it.

We have been observing burning smell from past week. its become a huge menace. from 10 to 4:30 we have continuous smoke in our houses because of this. Please stop this nuisance air pollution in the locality

The garbage collection person alloted to basavannanagar hoodi area, does not bother stopping the vehicle for garbage collection. He does not speak in kannada. He just rambles in hindi. He is very impollite. His actions are causing a lot of nuissance in our street. Kindly lookinto this matter and take necessary action.
