It's been 2 days, there's a garbage bag lying outside my house door. The garbage collecting guy came and saw the bag lying but just left it like that. He doesn't have a fixed time. And we can't spend our morning waiting to throw the garbage only when he comes. We have got other works to do. What is he getting paid for if he can't do his job properly? And on top, he asks for money at the end of every month. Why are we paying the Swacch Bharat Cess, if this is how we have to live in Bangalore.

Subject: Rampant road encroachment in Yelahanka New Town

I am writing this letter as a concerned and aggrieved citizen to request timely action on the issue of road encroachment and providing safe and efficient roads. Residents of Yelahanka New Town have the menace of road encroachment to a whole new level making commuting an arduous task.

The road is now only 1/2 the width of what it's supposed to be. It may be hard to believe but the residents of Yelahanka New Town have constructed ramps encroaching the road almost completely encroached on their half of the road . If the road is viewed from the beginning then it's quite obvious as the road is wider at the beginning and gradually tapers in accordance with the plot owner's audacity.
Second, there are People have extended their houses on the road and then put additional ramps as well so much so that these roads are haphazardly bulging and tapering. In addition, residents treat the roads as their personal parking space.

Sir, it is becoming a nightmare to commute here, one which is growing more horrible by the second. Just 10 years ago, these roads were clear and wide. But with no one to stop their greed and disregard for fellow citizens', many residents are growing more and more audacious by the second. Please Sir take timely action otherwise the very purpose of roads is defeated.

We are staying in Nagarabhavi ward, Vinayaka layout, 2nd stage, 9th main.
Garbage vehicals are not comming properly. Some times 2 to 3 days also wet waste vehicles will not come. There is no proper timings and coming as per there comfort. Same road only passing the vehicles but will not stop for garbage taking. Another important thing is person who is coming to collect garbage is asking money dailly.
Please look into the issue as soon as possible.

Dear BBMP Officials,

I am resident of Soorya Signature apartment in Tatanagar, Kodigehalli - 560092 (Ward 8).
After every rain we have frequent flooding of our basement and the entire street in front of our apartment is water logged and water flows like a river stream.
There is a heavy inflow of water on the street after every rain and it gushes into the basement. We have suffered a lot due to this lost our vehicles submerged due to the flooding of our basement.

After today's ( 04Jun2021) rain, the entire street again was flooded with water.
I would request the concerned officials to visit the site and fix this issue at the earliest as the rainy season has started in Bangalore

I am jagadish T from byraweshwara nagar, sunkadakatte, bangalore-560091. recently a concreate road has been done near my home and road was not done properly. due to this water is storing in the road so that no one can cross the road and due to this storage flys are increasing. i have sent videos to bbmp whatsapp number [protected].
please solve this issue at the earliest.

Stray dog count increasing everyday.
Barking day and night - unable to work or sleep.
Attack every one passing by.
Jumping into house at night and damaging private property.

Dumping waste by BBMP sweepers in front of our house, by requesting also they r doing the same, after seeing the dump public is also dumping the waste here, please do the needfull

Street Light Not Working, since last one year.
Needs URGENT REPLACEMENT.

The garbage collection personnel are refusing to pick both the dry and wet garbage from our building for the last one week. It is causing un-necessary accumulation of waste and a bad stench/odour.
Kindly take necessary action to have it collected at the earliest and also make sure that it is collected on a routine basis.

I have already complained twice regarding garbage collection. I have kept the garbage near the gate since i dont hear the horn or whistle from my apartment. But the garbage has been kept for 3 days now and nobody has come to pick up. The lady whom i called was so rude while talking. Could you please resolve this once and for all before i escalate this publicly?

Garbage van has been left unattended in our road for more than 15days. Even after telling the garbage person couple of times, he is not bothering to take him from there. People are dumping garbage into the van and it has become unbearable to be at home due to smell. Please being this to immediate attention to the respective department.

Hi - My brother is covid positive and at home isolation.
BBMP said separate thrash collection vehicle will be sent but it’s been 3 days now

Garbage collector behaves very badly with us.. We have 3-4 dustbins.. One is for kitchen wet waste other for dry waste n 3rd one is for used diapers n the office waste dustbin different.. Still daily he screams at us n behaves cry disrespectfully with ladies.. Every now n then he asks for money for lifting garbage n if we miss out paying him then his behavior gets worst..

I am a resident of Varthur, near Lakeside nursing home Varthur Main Road. No Paurakarmika cleans the place and a lot o[censored]nwanted garbage us being dumped. In the pandemic I request concerned authorities to take action and have the place cleaned. Also instruct Lakeside nursing home house keeping and nursing staff to keep a dustbin in a corner and dispose medical and other waste in the right manner.

A huge pile of garbage dump will be placed at 28th cross kilari road near water tank, leading to lot ofmoswuiyoes an[censored]nhygenic habitat.

Could you please take action to make the surrounding garbage free.

Waste water channels were built newly, the connection of cross road to the main road is built like barrier, road dug have not been closed, it is really not necessary to build the connecting road bed to such a hight, even an uneducated person would have built it properly, what kind of engineers did that i don't know. Please make the road proper and do the needful.

Home have been flooded with drainage water due to overflow, when it rains it gets even worse . This might have been happened due to rework of road. Please do the need.

I stay in 10th Cross, G G Road, Ejipura.

We are facing a perineal problem of dirty Street Road. It is not swept or cleaned on a Regular basis. We have complained to Ejipura in charge/ local BBMP in charge person several times but nothing is done.

Request you to ensure that the cleaning staff deployed by BBMP sweeps/ cleans the street regularly.

We are TAX PAYERS too.

Garbage collection is not happening in our area. We are individual house. Please arrange for regular garbage collection so that we can keep our area clean
