Customers who buy take a way's eat on the street on throw the litter on the ground; Please educate the Shop owners to keep a bin and advise all buyers to throw litter in the dustbin and not on the road.

Respected sir,
We live in Kaveri Layout which consist of minimum 30 houses. Our small layout located being right next to the Anandapura Main road circle, Battarahalli, Opposite to Lulu Mini Supermarket we hardly find the waste collection team to be present in a week. We are at their mercy. They are very irregular and comes only twice in a week. When enquires about this they have a standard answer that vehicle brokedown. Living in a house with a household waste is very difficult which is as good as we invite diseases to our children and parents.

I humbly request you to look this matter seriously and take a proper and permanent solution. We have filed this BBMP many times but no actions taken yet.

We have huge street dogs issue in Jaraganahalli, Govindappa Layout, barking day and night and really difficult to sleep. I have already submitted another ticket number 20138383 in bbmp sahaaya 2.0 web portal. So request you to kindly take prompt action and make sure area people sleep without any issues.

I have submitted multiple tickets 20138119 under bbmp sahaaya Portal. But no action taken.

The compaint is no civic manners and hygine kept from the following shops in Thubarahalli extension road, Bangalore - 560066
1. Amruteshwary Vegetable shop
2. Sowndarya Tea Shop - Milk vendor
In spite of repeated requests they are not keeping the area clean. Throwing vegetable waste, garbages on the road and sonestaa Meadows Apartment compound wall. Moreover they have enchroched the road and built their shop. When we ask they shout us like "this is not your father's property". These two shop's unauthorised activity makes the area stinking and often traffic jam. (they keep all the vegetable tray, milk tray etc. on the road). Some times they are telling BBMP is not clearing or cleaning, whereas we see BBMP is clearing .
We request your kindself to look into the matter and advise & implement as per your norms. When others can obey the BBMP rules, they should also obey.
Once again request you to stop their activities at the earliest make the area livable. Approximately 3000 families are staying in ths road

I have submitted application for caste certificate renewal for my son. I have provided my son's TC (with OBC caste certificate) and Aadhar card card for address proof. But the concerned official has rejected stating not proof of Address (ವಿಳಾಸದ ದಾಖಲೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ). Is Aadhar not a address proof ?

Dear Sir,

Stray Dogs are causing a lot trouble in our area, HBR Layout, 1st Stage, 3rd Block, 6th Main (Hilal Masjid Road) Bangalore East Zone Pincode-560043. There are over 6-8 dogs which are creating lot of problems. Among them one BLACK dog is very aggressive and ferocious, it attacks the people commuting in bikes, and this has resulted in a serious accident recently. The residents in our area are facing lot difficulties especially the elder are NOT able to do there morning or evening walks. This has become a CAUSE OF CONCERN and has created agony and fear, in this already testing-time-of-pandemic.

The dogs also form gangs and bark and howl during the night, which is depriving us(the residents of this area) of Sleep, our basic need.

We request you to kindly take immediate action and save us from the Grave Accidents which these Stray Dogs are capable of causing.

Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

This is to inform you that the people who is working at mentioned location (kurubarahalli 15th cross jc nagar near amberkar College road ) not cleaning the road properly and it is told to them about road cleaning reapeated so it is puting you to ur notice to take care about it very seriously

We are facing a problems in Dogs at 1st cross, Royal street Meghnapalya chelekere kalyan Nagar, Bangalore - 560 043.

There are some dogs out of which one white dog is having some problems, his body hairs are falling, and he runs behind every vehicle and pedestrian.

So we requesting you to kindly look into this and catch the dogs from here.

There is a street light that has been defunct over a few months.
The location is 6th Cross, Nanjappa Garden, Babusa Palya. Bangalore 560043. The street light I am refering to, is at the dead end of the road. Due to lockdown and very less movement of people many reptiles have come out from the neighbouring area ( Sethna Power tower apartment compound). Due to this some snakes have also been spotted. Replacing the street light and a well lit place will prevent reptiles to come out freely and also the snakes, even if they come out can be spotted and we can keep away from them.
BBMP may kindly take to replace the street light.

The dry waste collection executive comes near home every Wednesday and Saturday ( 2nd c main, 8th block, Koramangala - 560095) and every single time they come, they ask for money but today when I refused to pay the driver Jeeva's associate he handed over someone else's used sanitary pads in my hands and blamed that I disposed them.

It was humiliating and wrong for him to do such a thing, especially when it wasn't my fault.

We are educated and have been segregating the dry and wet waste every time and no one had any issues.

I urge and humbly request you and your team to take a strict action taken against his associate and avoid this kind of behaviour in the future.

The government in general are doing a great job, but it is sad to see that these drivers and their associates have been taking advantage and bullying people like us.

I am having my office in Vikas Puri at B-18 BASEMENT E BLOCK, VIKAS KENDRA MARKET. There are 10 to 15 stray dogs there in the complex. They are infectious and are dangerous for the public as well as for the staff who are working there.
One of my staff person already got infection from one of these dogs.
It is requested that kindly arrange to take away these dogs from the complex.

I have been complaining dumping of garbage in front of our Apartment. The address is Green Elite Apartment, Marianpalya, Antony's Church Road, near BSNL office, bangalore 24.
Inspite of repeated requested nothing has been done to put a stop to this menace.

Ganeshablock / Dinnur in Rt nagar has a huge dump of garbage in front of Silver Corner Apartments which hasn't been collected since almost a week now causing bad smell and increasing mosquitoes around the area .

Hope this issue is resolved asap during this covid times.

My neighbours have dumped garbage in there back compound which is extremely unhygienic, because of the rains water is getting stagnated leading to breeding of mosquitoes and cause speed of diseases, we have told them several times to clean it but they don’t do anything about it. We have children at home and it can be very dangerous for our neighbourhood.
Request bbmp to do something about this

It's been 2 days, there's a garbage bag lying outside my house door. The garbage collecting guy came and saw the bag lying but just left it like that. He doesn't have a fixed time. And we can't spend our morning waiting to throw the garbage only when he comes. We have got other works to do. What is he getting paid for if he can't do his job properly? And on top, he asks for money at the end of every month. Why are we paying the Swacch Bharat Cess, if this is how we have to live in Bangalore.

Subject: Rampant road encroachment in Yelahanka New Town

I am writing this letter as a concerned and aggrieved citizen to request timely action on the issue of road encroachment and providing safe and efficient roads. Residents of Yelahanka New Town have the menace of road encroachment to a whole new level making commuting an arduous task.

The road is now only 1/2 the width of what it's supposed to be. It may be hard to believe but the residents of Yelahanka New Town have constructed ramps encroaching the road almost completely encroached on their half of the road . If the road is viewed from the beginning then it's quite obvious as the road is wider at the beginning and gradually tapers in accordance with the plot owner's audacity.
Second, there are People have extended their houses on the road and then put additional ramps as well so much so that these roads are haphazardly bulging and tapering. In addition, residents treat the roads as their personal parking space.

Sir, it is becoming a nightmare to commute here, one which is growing more horrible by the second. Just 10 years ago, these roads were clear and wide. But with no one to stop their greed and disregard for fellow citizens', many residents are growing more and more audacious by the second. Please Sir take timely action otherwise the very purpose of roads is defeated.
