Please take necessary action

Hi,
Please not that a vacant site opposite my residence is used for garbage dumping. Also the empty site opposite my house has wild shrubs growing to more than 10 feet in height and we have lots of snakes and rats which is not safe for the residents. Please take appropriate action.

No vehicles are coming to collect garbage.
It's been more than 20- 30 days vehicles have not come. After every complain they visit once. Again the same thing. They don't come at all regularly. Please treat this complaint on priority.

From the past 14 days(Nov-4th), dry waste has not been collecting from garbage collector. Only wet waste only has been collected every day.

Please resolve this issue.

Hello respective,

It has become nightmare to drive from nayandanahalli to goruguntepalya via outer ring road. number of issues related to road quality.
1. sudden up and sudden down which will break neck and back.
2. Full of patches and it has become riding on humps.can we have proper patch on the pot holes.
3. speed breakers have become actual road humps. these are not smooth because of high depth speed breakers.

A building next to RR Regency Apartments (Plot No. 428/A) in Ideal Homes Colony of RR Nagar is nearing completion and they are dumping all the construction waste into the empty plot next to RR Regency Apartments. All kinds of construction materials including glass, cement, etc is being dumped in the empty plot. The labourers also dump food, plastic and other waste into the empty plot. Kindly resolve this issue and notify the builders to clean the plot.

I am residing in thanisandra, here the garbage collector just collects wastes from the house who pay them money, because of this reason everyone are throwing their respective waste on the road side which is causing huge inconvenience for passerby. I have been keep on waiting for these waste collecting at the end it becomes very smelly and unable to bear. Please tell them to come regularly and collect from every house. I sincerely obey swatch bharat initiated by our P.M which necessary for clean city

Hello. I'm a resident of 3rd cross, atmananda colony, Sultanpalya, RT nagar, Bangalore. The stray dogs in my street have increased a lot(15-20) and the whole night they keep barking and howling non stop. They whole street is fed up. I request you to please take the necessary action required. We residents are not able to sleep in at night so loudly they bark and howl. Before people start abusing the dogs please take the necessary action for the well being of the dogs as well as the residents. Thank you.

We are located in the Conservancy Road, East Circle Road, Sajjan Rao Circle, VV Puram, Bengaluru-560004. Garbage taker is by intentionally keep garbage vehicle in the conservancy and this is main cause of writing this complaint. After garbage taker start to keep the garbage vehicle, people starting to throw garbage in the conservancy road. From last 2 weeks, nobody have took or clear the garbage which were thrown by the people (photo attached). We requested everyday both garbage taker to clear these, but nobody has shown interest to clear these. They are saying Conservancy Road is not allotted to clean by them. Our BBMP Councilor not even bother about these. If not allotted to them, what is the right to make dirty area by placing the garbage vehicle.

I request your good-self to make two favors for our conservancy road residentials.
1. Please clear the garbage fully and make road cleanliness.
2. Please ask your BBMP garbage taker to DO NOT KEEP their GARBAGE VEHICLE in the conservancy.

There is daily dumping of garbage and burning of the same outside my apartment complex Nandi Gardens Phase 2.

This is not only polluting but also causing respiratory issues for people living around.

Quick action is required to stop this permanently.

I wish to bring the following to your kind notice and necessary action please :-
Today on 12.11.2020 in the morning hours I noticed a dead body of a stray dog opposite our building on the main Kodichikkanahalli Road (Kaveri Nagar area – BBMP Ward No. 175). I asked our Security Guard to pull the dead body of the dog towards our side, in side our site so that the dead body is not crushed and mutilated by the moving vehicles on the road, and the mutilated body should not get scattered all around, and become a cause of spreading disease in the already prevailing pandemic situation.
At about 9.30 am I asked one of my staff to ring up JUST DIAL to check the number of the concerned department in BBMP to lodge a complaint. Within 5 minutes he got the number and lodged a complaint on the given phone number, and registered my mobile number [protected] as Complainant.
Very promptly within next 5 minutes I got a call back from BBMP from phone number [protected] to confirm if I had lodged a complaint. I was told that they will depute some one to remove the dead body within half an hour. When no one came for about an hours’ time, I started reminding on the same number ([protected]) every half an hour. After calling about six to seven times, and seeing no action, I again called and recorded the call. Later I was told that my location falls in Hongasandra Ward and hence he is unable to help. Then I took the photo of the Board put up by BBMP showing our Ward number as 175 and sent him the photo thru whatsapp. (Photo attached herewith).
Finally at 3.30 pm a BBMP vehicle came to our location bearing Regn No. KA 01 AJ 3405. BBMP Ward No. 175 was also displayed on this vehicle. He demanded Rs. 500/- to pick up the dead dog. When we questioned that to lift the dead body of a stray dog why is he asked us the money. Then we were told that it was not his area but still he will oblige us by doing this work by taking Rs. 500/-. This person was not wearing any mask as per the BBMP rules, being a part of the BBMP establishment. Then we questioned why he was not wearing the mask being from the Department and took his photos. Then immediately he started wearing the mask. We also took his photo while giving him the money (which later he did not take as we were taking the photos, and he was guilty).

After that once again we spoke to the number [protected] and gave his complaint that he was asking for money.
After all the discussions and arguments, finally he agreed to remove the dead body of the dog, and till the last minute kept on asking for some money at least for tea/coffee etc. Of course after all that time wasting exercise, we did not give him any money.
The relevant photographs taken during this entire exercise showing this person arguing, asking money, not wearing mask, the photos of the dead body of the dog, the photos of the vehicle sent by BBMP, and the recorded conversation on phone [protected], are attached for your kind perusal and information.
In the back drop of the above, I will appreciate if you could kindly clarify and confirm if we are supposed to pay to the BBMP from our pocket for doing all this so called social assignment (to get the dead dog removed from the main road, to avoid stinking smell and to prevent any disease from spreading in this area).

Dear Sir,

I'm residing in 3rd cross Pooja Garden, Kalkere channasandra, Horamavu.

For the past one month there is no street lights in our street, elder people and kids are really suffering. Kindly do the needful on priority basis please.

Rain water and sewage water from rajakaluve back ow to road due to lower road level. Leaves and tree waste accumulate on road resultin in stagnation or several days. Image attached. Road sweeping not done for over a month. There are 20 children and about 15 senior citizens living in this road, There are 30 families exposed to water pollution and danger from covid, malaria etc.,

On behalf of niranthara layout, kattigenahalli, yelahanka residents, we are facing very much issues with the BBMP garbage department...They will not come on any fixed time and moreover they are not regular.. most of the days they will not come itself. Due to this people( we cannot educate the litrates and forget about illitrates are also there)here are throwing waste on road sides and making the city very much dirty. We being telling them many times the health inspector( the mobile no of the health inspector: [protected])there is least bothered about this inpiste of complaining him 100 times..so, i am raising this issue.Please address this issue at the earliest..

The garbage( tree leaves and garbage from roads cleaning)are being dumped at site no 244, teachers' layout(kendra upadyayara sangha layout) in front of house no. 249, 7th cross, 3rd main, and is not being cleared for fortnights. Bandicoots and snakes are taking shelter in the garbage lot.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform that the garbage is not collected regularly from yernapalya, Rammurthy Nagar area from last 6 months.

I was regularly seggragating waste and paying ₹30/- to the Garbage collecters every month without fail. Now they are so irregular that they visit us just twice or thrice in the beginning of the month. Most of our neighborhood have started throwing on the main road where the garbage is collected despite the fury of the nearby shops.

This month we refused to pay money asking the garbage collectors to come regularly. The driver threatened that he will never stop from now and is asking to throw the garbage on the main road.

Hope this will be addressed soon. If there is any customer care number for BBMP, please share.
