Dear sir regarding to above subject Anepalya 1st cross Neelasandra Banglore 560047 regularly we are facing drainage blocking problem for last few years the main drainage pipe is not installed properly so kindly take surveys and solve our problems at the earliest thankyou

Prestige sunnyside elm is not allowing pets to walk in the green area outside the apartment boundary. Although they don't own that land, they feel that since they are maintaining it they have the right to make rules. This is against karnatak govt's circular on treatment of animals by rwa.

Prestige sunnyside elm has taken over the green area next to the boundary wall. Play area and gazebos are there. This is govt area. They have now started restricting people and pets to walk in that area claiming that it is theirs.

There are so many mad street dogs in this locality. The number of dogs in our street have been increasing rapidly and these posses many problems for local people, they always barking on people and sometime these dog bitted some person. There are so many mads dogs moving on the street and have bitten me and many other peoples.

These dogs barking in night which creat problem to us. These dogs also creats unhygenic condition on street. You are kindly requested to send the dog catching squad local authorities the "dog catchers" are requested to take prompt and strict action against the problem faced.

Sir, we have severe issues with the garbage collection, mainly in only our street which is 4th c cross. The garbage vehicle most of the days can be heard whistling on our behind street the 4th b cross, may be because the president and secretary of our association lives in that street.

To our street, the vehicle comes only once in 5 to 7 days, sometimes, they will not come for even 10 days. I have even complained to our area garbage contractor mr. Murali[protected], but nothing happens. You can check with the residents of 4th c cross, all will have the same complaint. It is not because of the corona or lockdown. Even before corona also, they never come to collect garbage to our street regularly.

Sir, all are paying the taxes and cess and everything that the government insists, but if we are not getting the service, how are we to live, how are we to manage with all the waste kept inside the house for 7 to 10 days.

Request you to kindly take up the matter with the concerned so that garbage collection comes at least once in 2 days if not daily.

Hello i stay in vinayak nagar 3rd cross a block hal.in my area the garbage pickup is not happening from past 1 month. The person comes in 2nd cross but not in our cross. We have to go and dispose the garbage in open.

Please trim the tress and cut the branches as the branches are in danger... The rainy season has started. The branches are almost touching the road and is about to fall

Dear concerned,
We are from nagaraj layout, vijayanagara, whitefield, bangalore 560066.
We invested in the builders project based on the bbmp approvals and other charges paid by the builders, and also made home loans based on the same information. The layout is under bbmp management is what bbmp officials and builders who got the approvals also claimed during the project construction phase.
Since then after occupying the individual flats, we have been paying a property tax based on bbmp assessment of our property, with no services like ugd for sewage, storm water drains, and drinking water supplies, street lights, roads etc. Gail has reached our flats for piped lpg distribution, but bbmp is yet to reach us.
We are ain the heart if it sector of bangalore, whitefield and with a strength of more than 500+ flats.
The residents have been living here for more than 6yrs now, investing their life earnings into the flats, and trying to live a routine.
Hence i would like to file a formal complaint against bbmp for deficiency of services and bring a stay on collection of property taxes hence forth from this layout until the basic services as a tax payer are available to us.
I hope you can agree that my concern is genuine and can be acted on as a consumer grievance and do the needful.

I really don't know how bbmp is allowing illegal construction against bangalore fsi rule. I agree, whatever happened already we can't control. But, why now bbmp is allowing in new construction against fsi rule. Opposite to my home on 8th cross, vijaybank colony, devasandra, kr puram bangalore 560036 there is an under-construction. The land size is 30x40. But construction violation i feel will be 3 time more then prescribed fsi rule. G+3 floor with corner to corner of land area. Please don't allow new construction with this kind of violation. Otherwise, please update fsi rule, so that everyone can avail the benefit.

Due to raining and non cementing of road towards the southern and western side of my property, foundation of my property getting weaker. Any incient occur which cause damage to property and life the bbmp will be responsible. I have complained many a times but no action. Since from 4 months the road was digged and remained as it is. Now rainy season started and rain water is damaging the foundation of my property. Pls take suitable action at the earliest

I do stay in r k layout 10 cross where garbage collected daily is along with the vehicle is parked in front of our house as we will go for working. I have complained this to contractor and even Ashwini health inspector of this ward. But is of no help.. since I have a small kid and even the situation of covid is worsting day by day I request you to kindly help me in this.

This is to bring to notice that wastage dumped near our locality is heavy it will be doubled this what they have dumped due to this mosquito are heavy and street dogs are also heavy please do visit our locality the smell is rotten we can come out of the house please provide some permanent solution to this.

With reference to the above subject, i would like to bring to your notice that the work of garbage disposal is been held very poorly by the authority in our apartment. Keeping in mind the concerns of environment cleanliness and current situation, it's very important to maintain the required hygiene.in spite of calling several times regarding this, no appropriate action has been taken. It is not possible t call everyday and bring this to notice therefore, we request the concerned authority to look in to the matter seriously and take action as quickly as possible.

In my location waste collector people are making too much trouble to the public. As we are all knows that waste management system how to segregate the things & disposal. We are dividing the waste in to two parts 1. Dry & 2. Wet
But even though they are changing the systems daily basis like this.
1. Dry waste disposal days (Wednesday & saturday)
2. Wet waste disposal days (Monday, tuesday & thursday)

Again sometime they changing as they need, how ever they want.
Lot of argument, conversation also they do's
We need 1 correct disciplined way of method to follow.

Please rectify this issues & organize immediately

Drainage blocked due to sand inside the drainage from last 1 week Trying to raise the complaint last year only they done concrete drainage in front of home but now sand, lot of sand in the drainage.do the need full

Hi, we live in bhcs layout, turahalli, near uttarahalli. The garage collection vehicle is not coming and only coming once or twice a week. That too he resists to take since his vehicle is full. We can't keep the garage at home for a week and wait for his next arrival. Please look into this matter very seriously and urgently. Otherwise people will have to resort to throw the garbage on the streets leaving no choice.

I have paid the tax amount of 540 through net banking. Amount has been debited from my account but it is showing as failed and the status is showing as not paid. Please refund my money or accept the payment and show as paid.

This is complaint against a white dog chase for biting to day at kudremukh colony on one of our resident by name mr. Dhanashekaran while he was moving on his scooter no. Ka 01 jb 4743 at around 0940 hrs.
A white dog with black belt around its neck has chased and attempted to bite today morning while our resident was riding scooter at our colony entrance. The dog attempts to chase and jump dangerously barking and attack the persons. This dog attacked many residents and children also in our kudremukh colony on earlier occasions also. Our sr. Citizen group also endorses this and request bbmp to take immidiate action to remove this dog from our colony.
I request concerned bbmp authorities to kindly make note of this complaint and help our kudremukh welfare residents assn. Especially in resent pandemic scenario

As per the fire and life safety of nbc 2016. High rise building 15m (G+4) and above needs to obtain noc from department of fire and emergency services (Dfes) the building mentioned in the above address does not have the noc from department of fire and emergency services (Dfes). Please inspect the building from fire officer, we see that the building is constructed without proper standards as per bye-laws. High rise building 15m (G+4) are also not permitted to be constructed in the 30*40 site dimension where the front road size is just 9m. Floor area ratio (Far) permits only g+2 construction as per the building bye-laws published by bbmp. We have launched a complaint in bbmp site also.

Few years back we had a carlton towers bangalore fire incident in the same area, where the lives of many were lost which we all regret. Hence we request the government to take strict action on such buildings.
