I paid property tax on 04/jan/2019 of rs 7748/- using online option through https://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in/Forms/Aro_New_Property.aspx. i made payment through payu biz and upi option. The transaction deducted the amount from my account but bbmp payment status site should it as failed. Transaction details as below.

The amount is neither reverted back to my account nor updated as paid in the bbmp. I tried raising the grievance on the bbmp site as well.

I request to refund the amount paid.

My father who is a senior citizen had filed a complaint with bbmp south bangalore ward 153 with je narasimiah in august 2018 of illegal construction from neighbouring house who haven’t left setback on any side of their house.

Inspite of visiting on-site to audit 2 times in august bbmp hasn’t actioned and the illegal construction continues.

The online ticket on bbmp website has been raised also in oct 2018- ticket number 22880 and still no action taken.

I have lodged ticket in bbmp sahaya as well 2 times but the ticket are closed saying resolved but nothing has been done. Ticket number 10817865, 10823570.

Email escalation bbmp special projects also done with no response.

On Sir M. Vishveswaraya road, BTM 4th Stage, 80 feet double road between the new petrol pump and RTO office junction, where some trucks are parked, on the main road, garbage is dumped at two places. The health inspector is not responding.

At two places on the main Sir M. Vishweswaraiya road, BTM 4th Stage, also called 80 feet double road, the garbage dumped are seen prominently.

These garbage dumps with plastics and papers are on the main road and are seen for many days.

Bommanhalli health inspector should visit the site and take corrective action immediately. Other higher officials from BBMP should visit their areas to see that cleanliness is maintained always.

This road is named after Bharat Ratna Shri. M. Vishveswariya, a great engineer, but BBMP is not doing justice by not keeping it clean.

The neighborhood place where we stay the pit drainage water flowing out and completely mosquitoes breeding and smelling. Inspite of repeating them to take action the land owners nor the residents don't seem to be worried about the same. It's a health hazard to residents in and around the locality. There is some drainage work going on in front of my house and to access the house, i need to cross drain which is being renovate. To cross it,. Some wooden planks are kept which are shaky and unstable. There are open iron rods below those wooden planks which is clearly an invitation for an accident. This work is going on for a week now and we had no other option to cross via those dangerous wooden planks. I want bbmp to do some proper and stable arrangements to access the house by the time this work is going on.

This pothole crisis begins at concord apartments Electronic city and finishes at Balamuri Ganesha Temple Electronics City. This problem spans for only 1.1 Km but has over a hundred potholes. It takes us over 10 min just to drive 1 Km. This issue has resulted in 1 death, 5 injured and 6 fracture cases this year (Stats taken from Electronic City Traffic Police Station). There is no proper drainage system. The road gets flooded during rainy season and causes problems to pedestrians and vehicles (2 wheeler and 4 wheeler). Please help in fixing this road and making our daily commute a little bit easier. Please don't use a temporary fix, use asphalt.

I recently paid my bbmp property tax online via http://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in for[protected]. I paid around 25000. I paid through upi and received a received a status like "your transaction, check after two hours for payment status." after two hours my payment was successful. Bbmp simply put the disclaimer "bbmp is not responsible for any double/ excess payments." by looking at this i feel that bbmp know that online payment surely will fail for more then one time. I tried all contacts given in website. I filed a grievance bbmpt[protected] and bbmpt[protected]. So i dont have option now, need to go bbmp office. I could have paid in bbmp office, instead of making cashless transaction. I wonder when i will get the refund or whether will i.

Acquiring the public road and stopping the bbmp contractor from laying the cement road on 27.11.2018 and demanding money from the house owners by smt. Ramakka & her sons shri. Krishna & shri. Kodandarama alias pappu. They are troubling the nearby house owners and stopped the bbmp contractor from laying the road at the dead end of 6th main road, dattatreyanagar, hoskerehalli, banashankari 3rd stage, bangalore and they are demanding rs. 1 lakh per house for allowing the bbmp contractors to lay the road. Smt. Ramakka & her sons shri. Krishna and shri. Kondandarama alias pappu have acquired 1 acre government land including the said public road at the dead end of the said 6th main road at hoskerehalli and they are troubling the nearby house owners by not allowing them the free access to the said road and dumping all wastes on the said road claiming that the said road belongs to them. The concerned bbmp officers are requested to check the land records of smt. Ramakka & her sons shri. Krishna & shri. Kodandarama alias pappu and reclaim the 1 acre government land from them and also direct the bbmp contractors to lay the cement road and help the nearby house owners to access the road freely.

I, citizen and a taxpayer call's up on the 16/11/2018 to bbmp, babu, the person who answered the call was not able to help me and asked me to call[protected]. I call up this number, they ask me to call up[protected]. I call up this number, shockingly nobody answers the call.

A taxpayer and a citizen has to go so much pains, calling up different numbers to have a street light fixed.

Appalling service by bbmp. This is dereliction of duty by whosoever officer involved and the bbmp mayor has to really be made to understand that such petty issues for bbmp could be a major issue for us the general public.

I want this to be resolved at the earliest. 11 days to fix a street light is not acceptable at all, even after calling bbmp time and again.

I have been trying to make an online payment for building plan sanction since last afternoon. Amount 10, 440. 2 unsuccessful attempts yesterday where the money was deducted from my account but not credited into bbmp file.

Raised a complaint with my bank hdfc they said the transaction is clear.

Tried twice again today and same problem repeated. Please reverse all the transactions immediately as i am now short of funds.

Recently on 1st nov 2018, we met with an accident at 10.30 pm near kadugodi dominoz pizza. Dog jumped on our scooty and we lost control & skid down on newly constructed cement road.
Fortunately truck coming behind stopped immediately when our scooty skid else it was a complete nightmare.

There is lot of problems of these stray dogs esp in kadugodi-seegehalli (Dinnur road) highway which connects to hoskote (Thirupati express highway).

Also there is never lights on kadugodi bridge or highway between kadugodi-seegehalli. May i know the reason behind it? Is it we are contributing less tax (As far as i know whitefield contributes highly on tax)

Main Road in Neeladri Nagar, Electronic City phase 1, Bangalore - 560100 is in pathetic condition. Due to this, people face daily trouble while commuting. Also, it leads to a lot of danger for pedestrians as well as there is not provisions for them. Every time when a question is asked it is said that it will be done without any luck.

Major problems in vehicles is seen. Even my shockers and tyres have deteriorated. Please see and help fix

Disposal of the garbage becomes an major issue. Because we don't have the common dust bins at the street end also. Most of the times garbage collecting people won't come according to the schedule, they will give more than a week gap. We are highly dissatisfied with there behavior. Please solve the issue asap.

I am living at h-49, 9th a main, indiranagar, beside kfc signal. From last 3 months, bbmp employee who clean & sweep 9th a main road collects all garbage from all house and dump it in front of my house. He also put the garbage trolley (Ward no. 32) in front of my house (Main gate) for other people in the colony to put the garbage there.

I complained multiple times, even visited bbmp garbage site in indiranagar. I called several times but no one visited this place. Last week, my family member got viral and needed to be admitted to hospital. I solely put you responsible for keeping the front filled with garbage which resulted in mosquitoes and other infectious insects.

I am positing here last time and post this, i will visit consumer court to take legal action against you people.

There are too many stray dogs in our area, especially near 10th main road horamavu nadanam colony. Residents are afraid to go walking due to fear of being chased. They chase even bike riders. Nights are worse when they start barking and crying non stop and viciously, we hardly get any sleep. Please do something to help us have a safe environment for kids and elderly can walk about freely and save us from this sleepless night.

My name is sunil kumar, resident of nti layout - phase 1, rajiv gandhi nagar, kodigehalli, bangalore-560092.in recent days dumping of garbage on road has become major issue in my layout. Also garbage is not removed once in a week or 10 days once so i am concerned about the rapidly spreading deceases like h1n1, dengue, etc.
I request you to take possible quick action to address this issue. I am also attaching a photo of the garbage.

I am resident in horamavu agara, kalkere. We have a problem of stray dogs group which pounces on the passers by everytime from the lane. Details of the lane:- 9 cross road lane, pete krishnappa, kane road, horamavu agara. Please try to catch these dogs and leave it at city outskirts. These dogs have become very dangerous to passersby from the 9 cross lane. Every morning or anytime we have to pass by that lane, we have to hold something in hand to scare away them from pouncing on us. It is bit surprising that residents of that 9 cross lane never complained about these stray dogs. It seems they are feeding and allowing them to stay. Bbmp, we request you to clear these dog group from that lane and leave it free outside city limits.

My base application no.[protected]. This is a house in basawanapura main road in batarahalli. 3 years back when bbmp changed zonal classification, my flat was wrongly classified as zone b instead of zone d. All other flats are zone d. I gave letter to both kr puram office and batterahalli bbmp office last year to correct the zone, but no action taken. They just gave me a challan on 20% increase tax basis without correcting zone. Therefore this year it continues to show zone b. This year also i have given letter and visited several times, no action at all. I am a law abiding citizen and wish to pay my property tax on time, however after frequent visits to the bbmp office also there is no solution. I am still awaiting to hear from them to pay my property tax for this year. Unfortunately, the rebate also is not available now. Kindly help.

Bbmp not collecting garbage making the area nasty. I tried to reach bbmp byatarayanapura but the number 22975936 is not working. There is no fixed time for collection. One day come at 6am other day at 4pm. Garbage bucket kept outside of the gate being scattered by dogs making area nastier. Some resident dispose their garbage at vacant site after evening. My locality is sahakara nagar, a-block, bangalore 560092.
