I am Anoop Nazeer from Alleppey, Kerala. I bought FX200 from your dealers Janatha Cycles, Kottayam Bridge, Palace Ward, Alappuzha. The bill no for the product is 836 . I brought this product at 19/08/2020. Having used for few rides only the paint of the cycle started coming off, on further notice I found a lot of irregularities in the paint job. I have provided my cycle to repair to the same shop and has asked for a paint rejob. I hope team Hercules take this seriously. I never expected this from Hercules especially for a cycle that costs as much as 7000 rs.

My self trivendra actually i bought a bicycle in 31 july 2020 at time of purchsing i informed to shop keeper about this defect but he told its new product slowly 2 its working good.but his advise was dishonest now i want to return my product or replace it with new one.Other vise i will sue case against shopkeeper and hercules company.

I have buy hercules roadeo hank 27.5t single speed on 09/08/20.

During cycling noise came during paddling, i have shown my cycle to shop from where buy. They have checked and open both tyre and greesing done. After that they have opened paddle part. They have tried to resolve the problem but not resolved properly.

Two times tube gets punctured and condition of tube was very bad. I have changed the tube within month of cycle buy.

Now chain cover gets damaged and still noise coming from cycle during paddling.

I request to you, kindly do the needful to resolve all the issues of my cycle and repair or replace with new one.

I've been trying to buy a rodeo yago and rodeo motoroid. I've search in a lot of sites online and also with my local dealers, about 12 of them around a 15 km radius from my residential place (Mogappair, chennai). I've also reached out to the company's social media profile. I still don't know why it's so hard to even get details of a cycle, no dealer gave a good response and neither i received any from the company side

Sir i purchased. Hercules axn dx 26 size 3 days ago kerala tvm. Now i noticed cycle frame have bend front and back wheel not straight. Its alighnment problm. Then calling shop they have no respond. What i do can i claim warranty. Replace new cycle. Tell me solution. Satisfaction is necessory

I brought a hercules bycycle from debnath cycles store kolkata on 17/05/2020 but they didn't declare me that how much free service will get and what is warranty period of that product. Product total cost is 7500/- only provided bell and normal lock with the cycle. Today visited in separate store same product they said its cost 5500/-

Compliant made with the customer care and no response more than a month. Photos given no response. Low quality iron used within 3 months rust formed.
My neighbor bought local made cycle it is lasting without any rust.. Mine is not usable condition within 3 months..
Do never buy bsa brand cycle...

2. Break is not fitting properly

I beg to inform you that i had buy a bi-cycle on 15th july' 2019 and the cost of the cycle is rs-7620/-. The cycle break shoe has fallen down on the road for the bad fittings. There is warranty but they are demanding money for the replacement but there is written fitness equipments warranty for 1 year written on the cash invoice. With due respect, I beg to state that on 9/2/2019 I purchased a BSA new cycle from the ''MA KALI CYCLE STORSE'' Proprietor Banamali Jana, son of Gostobihari Jana, address- Nandakumar Rajib Park, P.o and P.s- Nandakumar, Dist- Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, Pin-721632 of Rs- 4, 150/- being cash memo no- 101, Colour-Pink, Chassis No- AYN99942.
After 03 days from my date of purchased on 12/2/2019 when I clean my new BSA cycle then I inspected a defected crack on the frame of my new cycle. I went to the Cycle Shop and request for changing my new cycle.
Owners of the '' MA KALI CYCLE STORSE'' Banamali Jana, Son of Gostobihari Jana and Sandip Jana, Son of Banamali Jana promised to change another new cycle.
From 12/2/2019 till now owners of the '' MA KALI CYCLE STORSE'' Banamali Jana, Son of Gostobihari Jana and Sandip Jana, Son of Banamali Jana continue promise to change another new cycle. But they intentionally fraud and breach of trust with me.
Now Banamali Jana and Sandip Jana completely refuse for change/replacement of my defected crack on the frame New Cycle.

Suggest me what do i do... Plz solve it... I order this cycle in june... And i recieved it on 30, october 2019.. Can u solve my problem... Dear sir / madam,

We have purchased a hercules cycle model: xe87547 for brand & quality purpose.
But i have suffered many issues at the time of riding.

Issues as below:-
1. Pedal can't be kept idle in running condition. If forced fully turns around unable to ride the cycle.
2. It is not free during cycling. (Brake tight)
3. Noise occurs when we are in speed
4. Not satisfactory with the product compare to assembled brand.

Please do needful action.

Because, bicycle kept at home due to not functional.

Hercules motorised treadmill model no. Tm31 is persistently giving problems. The belt is slipping and getting out of control at starting speed itself. It is unsafe for use. The company official came for service after prolonged and repeated complaints. However the issue persists. The product is not serving the purpose of purchase as i am unable to use the product!
Repair is solicited urgently

I am bought hercules dynamite zx, at premier cycle mart madurai.
Dated 27/12/2017. They delivered the cycle night time, after that i riding the cycle, got a noise from back wheel of cycle. And break shoes are very tighten so. That i can't ride cycle smoothly already i informed the dealer still my complaint not solved. So kindly do the needful as earlier

Dear sir,
We had purchased bsa make adler ta 3000 treadmill approx. 05 years back.
It has become defective. When we call the service center people, they informed that control ckt has burnt. And now company is not having spares of old machine. So he is suggesting to replace the treadmill.

Kindly help in this regard.
