Unfortunately i am your customer and having treadmill bsa tx003 i which is non operative since last 10 month.
As per mr. Mohit (Bsa - delhi) its membrane is defective and from last 6-7 months i am in regular touch with your mr. Vikram (Bsa-delhi) to provide the parts and resolve my issue and every time he is asking 15-20 days more wait and more than 6 months has passed, every time i am calling him..., but he never called, now he is not even picking my phone, you can check my follow ups with him to check his last 06 months call records, pathetic service response by mr. Vikram.
03 months back i also contacted to mr. P. D. Naik at chennai to resolve my issue, he supported me very well and confirmed me that my part has been despatched to delhi and instructed to mr. Vikram it should be replaced free of cost on good will basis but unfortunately he has left and yours mr. Vikram making me fool... He is replying by mistake your part replaced to another customer's machine and till that i am waiting and calling him...
Now please look into my case on priority and resolve this earliest.

I have purchased a roadeo a 200 21speed disc brake model no 1fg346g0b37000a purchased on 26 september 2017 through flipkart we have installed the same but the gear is not working properly and seat fitting/ tighting clamp is not available in the box we have searched the market but same is not available, the diameter is 1.1/4 kindly sent them and intimate the service center/to whom to repair the same my address is appended below

Sir, i'm extremely tired in search of mach city cycle's saddle. I've bought a new cycle but unluckily, a notorious child has cut off saddle of my new cycle.. And this hurts me very much when i see my new cycle like that.. So i wanted to buy a original saddle or seat for my bicycle and i have found it everywhere, but no one has kept original infact not any other shopping site. Sir it is my request please help me to buy a original saddle for my mach city cycle.. Please

My treadmill was not working properly so i have provide my treadmill part to a person whose name is vikram ([protected]) he says he's an assistant manager in bsa delhi office but till now i haven't got that problem fixed and not even a satisfactory answer its being approx 3 months
I called him again and again but he makes different excuses but haven't work on this till date i don't know to whom i should contact to
I'm fed up of this person plz see this matter asap and get my treadmill fix and take strict against this person

The cycle chain is getting broken frequently. This is the second time chain breaking within 2 months after purchasing the cycle.in the first repair, the front multiplier got bend and back gear was not working properly. Alongwith the cycle chain all this issues were repaired. Now the dealer is asking for charges for bringing the chain repaired.in the first repair itself they did not change the chain which was faulty and now asking for charges for changing it.

I purchased the hercules roadeo cycle from m/s andal cycle stores on 25th aug 2016. I am encountering issue related to the fork on the front side of the cycle frequently from the date of purchase. As a result, the handle is shaking at the junction of fork and can’t be used considering safety for the kids. The issue highlighted to the service personnel, and the solution provided was temporary in nature (I. E. Just tightening the fork), each time the cycle went for periodic service.

I went to the service center once again 3 weeks back with the same issue, the service personnel mentioned there is need to change the front side fork, but later again was adjusted with some other parts, (Again solution in temporary nature). I went y’day to the store and spoke to mr karthik, highlighting the same issue and the solution provided is to replace the fork, but there are no stock of fork (Or) no fork with the same color.

My concerns are as follows:

1) because of the issue, it's not safe to use the cycle by the kids, and the cycle is not in usage)
2) when we are aware of the issue, why permanent solutions provided?
3) why do i need to travel to the store again and again for fixing one issue, pertaining to the new cycle.

Now the cycle is with the store from y'day (8th june'17). Please direct your concerned team/service center to replace the fork immediately with the same color, and for some reason if there are no stock of fork with same color. Please instruct the service center to replace this model with a new model.

Sir, i have purchased 14 inch cycle from gummidipoondi cycle show room, price rs.2650. Another day is damage hand brake very poor quality hand brake. I have going to store, he has telling not any response. After i call to bsa customer car there is told plastic item not warranty covered. What i do sir, very important cycle hand brake that is not quality, please take action.

From date of purchase so many repairs have been done, so for it is in usage of average 30 days only till the date, within this span wheel shaft changed bearing changed some bearing balls changed, I don't understand within nine months such kind of repairs required for new bicycle ?
As I am not satisfied with the bicycle performance pl. arrange to change the bicycle.

In our school G.D Goenka Public school students are being forced to purchase school bags from schools itself. The complain is about Gd Goenka franchise in fzd near Bishan petrol pump. The school management is also saying that on not doing so student bag will be confesticated and Goenkan bag will be given and will be charged accordingly.I kindly request you to pay attention towards the issue.

I have purchased a bicycle(Mach City) at BSA Hercules showroom, Franchise: Vinayak Cycles, 9/430 NSK Nagar, Anna Nagar Main Road, Chennai-600106.
There was some free service given for my bicycle. So I have gone there and given it for service. As I had an issue with the product which they have given me along with the bicycle. I have spoken with one of the sales person and she was a female. I have explained her about the issue and said her that the products quality was not that good It was not working within few days. But she didn't take that as a suggestion and argued with me stating that the way you would have handled may be rough and incorrect. I said, I need to talk with your manager or any other responsible person. She then spoken some harsh words and said to go out and search BSA Hercules website, you can find the contact and register your complaint. Is this the way that a customer is treated. I do not know how comes BSA Hercules show rooms recruit such an irresponsible person as a sales person. She doesn't know how to respect a customer at all. This was my very worst experience that I have faced with BSA Hercules.
I came to a conclusion that you people will concentrate only on sales, but you do not want to give any customer service. That is the reason why you do not respect customers those who come for service.
BSA Hercules maintain very worst standard in customer service.

We purchased hercules hannibal cycle on[protected] invoice number -32302 from m/s presidency cycle importing company banglore. We have used the cycle around 1 and a half month of about 1 hour a day but now tyre has weared out completely. We had a cycle before of same brand but never faced this type of complain.. So please replace a new rear tyre as soon as possible

Shop owner promised to give service at Rs. 150/- at every 3 months
but he dint give any service
I repeatedly approached to him and each time I gave address and mobile no. he promised each time, but he dint send any service man

Being a dissatisfied customer who wished to celebrate this international yoga day by purchasing a brand new hercules bicycle (Terminator model) found bogus seat of the bicycle very painful. Within a week i discovered lots of problems in this junk machine. I visited the store 3 times which was wastage of time. Handle dragging to left side, constant sound while peddling. At the time of purchase the seat model was different to that of it was shown in the web site picture (Discovered latter). The company should change the parts with genuine parts in working condition rather than defective parts. Company should provide a check list with every bicycle and warranty/guarantee card with every cycle. I am unable to avail the service provided by the hercules company due to harassment at the retailer shop. There should be way to resolver this short of nuisance before one is forced to approach consumer court.

Unable to use due to non avalibility of spares
We bought hercules street rider bi cycle at velachery, chennai. Some one stolen the valtube set. We tried to replace with local shops. It doesnot fit properly and air goes out. So we approached velachery bsa showroom for spares. They replied not selling the spare and also not providing solution. For small spare they replied to replace the both the tubes. Company is doing services in showroom still not arranging spares.

I had just bought a BSA Kruze 8 months ago and from a shop called jyothi cycles company in mangaluru and i have frequent puncher problems from this cycle and i am fed up of changing the tube and the tyre of the cycle several times and this happens always as i go cycling and i want the BSA company to give a solution for this problem as it costs a lot for a new tube and a tyre these days and i cannot afford to change the tube again and again. Once as i was cycling the tube just bursted open and then i found out that there was a small glass piece in the tyre and then again the same thing happened i would like the company to address this issue seriously.

As discussed yesterday, regarding problem in Mach City Cycle Tube from 2nd day onwards, but we call the dealer, they told fill the air and use, we done the same till 1st service, but the same problem continued... In 2nd service also same problem but they, told that rear affected
Tyre was had small puncher...that the only reason for air problem...
Kindly solve this issue and replace the tube at the earliest.

I was bought a cycle hercules roadeo turner vx on 09/09/15 from barrack pore mukta stores, westbengal kolkata - 700120 after 2 days this cycle's frame was curved and also damaged so the cycle store head click a pick of my cycle and sent it to company but its happens again 1 week ago and the store head suggest me to tell you. On my report pleas get me a solution for this if possible give me a hardy frame another style it's my kind request to you

I bought hercules cycle rodeo zkr - 20" (6 speed) from rajesh cycle trading company (Address: lgf 6, gaur gravity, near easyday/gold's gym, kala patthar road, indirapuram, ghaziabad (Tin no: [protected], cst no: nd-5073075 dt. 17/4/96, tel no:[protected].

I bought this cycle for my son on 19 jan 2016. Within 1 month its chain broke entirely and the paddle torn on both the sides. When asked to change, the shopkeeper refused saying it will cost me extra. But he changed the chain. The handle grip is always getting loose on both the sides and the mud guard also torn off within 20 days of purchase.

Now today again chain broke and my son fall badly and hurt himself. I am really upset with your cycle quality and and not able to answer my son if why i bought such a bad cycle for him which is tearing apart every now and then. I request you to please take your cycle back or exchange it. I don't expect to buy a cycle and it to be all torn apart within 2-3 months.

At least, not hercules cycle which use to be a best standard in our days.

I seriously hope that you will look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

I have buy this bicycle (A500)from metro enterprise vasai since I buy these cycle from 3 week onwards making too much noise n nobody knows what the problem is very disappointed with Hercules no help I call everyone I spent 18000 rs for cycle .
