Bses — Payment deducted showing failed

Hello, i tried to pay my bses rajdhani power electricity bill with ca number[protected] for the month of august 2020 through axis bank debit card on bses portal bill desk gateway. However the transaction failed and still inr 760 were debited from my axis bank account with reference number ecom pur/bses rajdhani/mumbai/130920/17:47, please refund this amount of inr760 to me or credited in my payment of bses.
